My father got affected by fever and tiredness, he was unable to walk. We had dialled 108 for the ambulance support due to no private vehicle facility and due to COVID-19. Reply given by the 108 service person is very casual and he said we cannot come for the fever and all. If things are normal situation we will not demand this 108 ambulance service. My brother took my Father in two-wheeler in a very hectic situation and I feel very bad for that. I am a tax-paying citizen and I am expecting a very basic human being nature at least from my country government service especially kind of this situation. How the person can reject the service simply? who is governing..how you are assigning the duties?? what is the optional way to hire this service. Please clarify. Was this information helpful? |
