17, Nilkanth, Surat — wrong order

I ordered 4 designer kurtis each of rs.600 total rs.2400 and 3 lehenga cholis each of rs.900 total rs.2700 and total of both is 5100 from www.queendesignstudio.com and received wrong product and very bad quality sarees and I paid Rs.5100 order no:-Que20003 and now no one is responding there is no contact number nothing I also filled for refund and return but there is no response... this site is fraud and I’ll really take action against this people are making fool..we should really do something and found out who this people are I lost my 5100.rs and as per all comments they are doing this with everyone.

I order a fancy designer kurti code is surpankha45.My order no.is SUR11662.FROM surpankha.com.I was received a wrong order.I received a very worst, damage quality and design saree.After l immediately go for a side for return and refund policy I had summit the form for return and refund.But yet I have not received any reply.

I ordered a kurti from Paanchali.com but received a damaged Saree which is of very low quality. I need refund and please take immediate action against this website AMD the corresponding shop owners (17, Nilkanth, Surat)

This is to inform you that i had a ordered a long gown on date 25.06.19 from Indianmiss.com through facebook of Rs.755/- my order number is IN11056 and barcode number is[protected] from Surat.When i received my parcel and i opened it i saw that there is a old saree inside it and it looked dirty then i instantly fill the returned & refund form and given my bank a/c number but still now there is no response and not refund my money.

So, please look into the matter or otherwise i will complained to the consumer court for your side so as soon as possible please refund my money.

I am giving my bank details please refund in my account instantly.

Wish I could see these comments earlier, Such a cheater and fraud they are, anyone's issue got resolved? I got to know the products are getting delivered from radha Krishna creations,

I called up this number named Yogesh, he first gave all details and when i said its a return related issue, he disconnected knowing he is being caught. Guys please request everyone to post this on facebook and report the fraud issue so other people dont loose teir hard earned money.Details below

I have ordered Jodhakbar suits 589 and 591 gown thru facebook radha creations surat on[protected] and paid 1500, 750 each,
but i received bad quality 2 sarees, immediately i filled return and replacement form but there is no any response, i think even shadowfax courier supports them, his courier man collected amount from me, then to whom there will pay.

i think they are fraud company .

so upset as this thing happened to me as well. super disappointed. fraud!!!

I ordered designer dresses from www.karinakarishma.com. My order no.is 13541 and amount i had paid Rs 1100.I have received a wrong order.I received a very worst, damage quality and Unstiched clothes which is available in patri bazar.After l immediately go for a site for return and refund policy I had summit the form for return and refund.But yet I have not received any reply. Please take a look what i was expecting to receive and what i had received.

Same thing happened to me yesterday
Lost 750 bucks on poor quality dupatta instead of gown.
I think strict action should be taken for such fraud website.

I ordered a kurti of RS .550 order no.JOD15436 but I got a cheap saree. I filup your return refund form but it's been 10 days but I still haven't got the money back otherwise I will be complaine against you

this is very sad that we found them in facebook with such a atterective photos n all .facebook should see these n ban them. today i recieved my order no.QUE16130 in which i found 3sarees very low standard very cheap inspite of 3kurtis no.-20, 6, 13 from Queendesignstudio amounting rs1800.pl do something otherwise they will cheat so many others.i m going to lodge complaints against them.

last week i ordered 3kurtis on discounted price of ra499/-each to queendesignstudio site on facebook yesterday i recieved 3old/very cheap sarees which no body can wear with the payment of rs1800(with tax).these companies r making us fool as well as to govt.also .facebook should check these accounts with so many complaints n stop them other this type of fraud will continue.actully we consumers don’t know what to do now?

Oh my God I have to same experience with the same address I ordered a green kurti from queendesignstudio and the address is same 17 Nilkanth Surat and what they delivered is a ### piece of old saree and now when I am trying to contact on the number provided on the courier packet the number is invalid and the email the which they have provided is also not responding they are not replying anywhere and they are not refunding my money this is a big big scam and fraud please help me E I want my money back this sent through the courier Bluedart I immediately open that but when I called the Blue Dart theme they are denying to take it back and giving my money and the company is also not responding what should I do please help me. They are so fraud that the number they have provided is also invalid
