Your [protected]@1mg & [protected]@1mg executives are sending just blind unconnected, routine, copy paste and irrelevent replies without any connection to the specific issue raised, suggested or complained.

They don't understand the purpose of the mail but just reply with routine, parrotted, copy paste and irrelevent replies.

Your company is WASTING crores of rupees in Plastic Packaging Materials under disguise of GOOD...

I highly recommend NOT to order any medicine from 1mg. It is the worst ever app with worst ever delivery partners. I ordered medicines 2 days ago. Still the medicines not yet delivered. In app also it is unable to track accurately. They are extending the estimate delivery as their wish. WORST.

4)Urine culture and, Sensitivity

And executive collected the urine and blood samples for same as per scheduled date...

I received order PO[protected] on 17May with medicines missing.I raised this issue the same day with 1 mg & was told to wait for 48hours.There was No response.Later connected & they asked to wait more.Escalated issue and Raised grevience & they said wait more . They said they verified with vendor. Vendor said order was packed as per order but seriously. I didnot receive the entire medicine Cilacar 10. Now it is 7th day and still No Refund...

1mg team is not delivering the medicines on times, despite these are life saving medicines and they are very careless about the delivery.

I would like to bring to your kind notice a case of misinformation and harrasment and mental torture by 1mg for giving me false information about the delivery status of these prescription medications I ordered.

I have placed an order for Nindanib in 10 strips. Now the doctor has changed the medicine from Nindanib to other and I have ordered the medicines through WhatsApp I wanted to return the medicine. Instead of medicine, delivery guy collected shoes saying he is from Amazon. I was chasing Amazon since I was expecting it that pick up is done by Amazon. On investigation, found it was 1 mg. Now they are not taking any accountability...

I did a booking on 13th Jan for a RTPCR test from Tata 1 mg and asked for the sample collection on 14th between 9 am and 10am. I tried several times to contact the person who had sent me the WhatsApp confirmation, but nobody answered the phone. Around 10.30 am I got a call stating that due to "field emergency", they are unable to collect the sample on 14th and they could do it on 15th.
