    I have ordered medicines through this app. I didn't receive it even after the given time and the customer support is also poor. it was an absolute head ache and financial loss

      My order gets cancelled twice after accepting it that to after waiting for 24 to 48 hrs as I was in a need of the medicine urgently. Why are they accepting orders if they don't have the medicine. This kind of service is life threatening as the medicine is very important to me and I cannot afford missing even a single does otherwise I might have to get myself admit. They shouldn't have accepted the order in the first place and this happened twice

            I paid Rs. 3521 on 18th September at 12:46 PM for my pharmacy order via 1mg app, the amount got deducted and reached the merchant account but my order was not placed. I am still waiting for my money. I already contacted my bank. They told that 1mg is the responsible party to pay the money back.               Refer your following order

              delivered on 15th November 2022

              You have delivered four bottles
              Of Dabur giloy tablets
              100 in each bottle

              But what you have done
              You have supplied from very old stock
              Manufacturing date. May 2021
              Expiry date April 2023

              Why didn't you supply bottles from fres batch?
              All these four bottles will expire after 5 months
              I take one tablet everyday
              So it is nonsense to buy such old stock medicines.
              Therefore you are supposed to replace all these four bottles with fresh batch bottles.
              It is also very strange that on your website app, you have totally hidden the expiry date of this medicine. Why? Because you knew very well, once a buyer comes to know about surch very old product he will never buy it.
              Replace them immediately with fresh product or refund back our money.
              We hope you will not constrain us to take up the matter with consumer court for selling the items hiding the fact from us.

                I have given a repeat order for regular medicines on 12.11.22 vide order no.PO[protected]. However inadvertently the above medicine was also got included in the P.O. I do not know how it happened. Anyway, there is no prescription for this medicine and I do not need it. Therefore I would like to return it. Kindly arrange to collect the same and refund the amount

                  I had booked a Comprehensive Silver Full body checkup on 28/10/2022.
                  The phlebotomist came home to collect my blood sample.
                  The urine sample could not be given as I had just passed urine before the phlebotomist came home.
                  He gave me a urine container and assured me that someone would come next day to collect my urine sample .
                  Next day I kept my urine sample ready but nobody came to collect my urine sample.
                  I made multiple calls to their toll free number but they could not help me as they are only interested in sales and not in customer care service.
                  They are only interested in sales and once you do the payment they lose all their interest.
                  There is no system available for redressal of customer grievances.
                  I had written a review about this on Google and within half an hour they wrote back, asking me to share the details, which I did.
                  They promised to solve the issue within 24-48 hrs but now even after 48 hrs, the issue remains unsolved.
                  I wonder, what would have happened if my urine report was urgently needed.
                  This type of shoddy service is not expected from brand Tata.

                          I had ordered serum F morr and the order was not successful due to not submitted the prescription. The doctors keep on calling to rate the experience and all of that but the order has been cancelled. But they are still not refunding my money back to my bank ac. Everytime I CONTACT them they say it takes 5-7 business days and all ###. Its been longer than this time and still I haven't received any of my money. I read mANY COMPLAINTs on their app as well as other CUSTOMER complaints app they also do have the same compaints. Please help asap.

                          Issue still not resolved. The 1mg customer support states that the amt has been initiated on 1st aug only but contact your bank as it is not reflecting. The bank people are saying that the transaction was not successful otherwise money would have got deposited. Useless company cheating people. Now they are telling to dispute the matter. How does it help when asked numerous times. Fake company and fraud. Never trusting them again. And will post on social media to make people aware about this

                            I Book Lab Test from 1mg on phone call after availability check from 1mg team and then give me slot between 1 pm to 2 pm on 31 July till 4:30 Pm no one came i called then more than 20 times and all the time they will told me our concern team will call you soon but no one called me i have very important appointment for chemotherapy and i need this test without my test my date will be reschedule. I called them again at 5 Pm they told me they can't take sample today. very unprofessional behavior from 1mg team. worst service i ever seen from any health related service providing company.

                              They don't understand the purpose of the mail but just reply with routine, parrotted, copy paste and irrelevent replies.

                              Your company is WASTING crores of rupees in Plastic Packaging Materials under disguise of GOOD PACKING TO CUSTOMER to pollute the earth.

                              My suggestion is that all medicines are DULY SEAL PACKED IN ALLUMINIUM FOIL PACKING MATERIAL AGAINST ANY DAMAGE, BREAKAGE & LEAKAGE AND REQUIRES NO BUBBLE WRAP PACKINGS AND ORDINARY BIO GRADABLE MATERIAL BAGS WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM TO DELIVER THE MEDICINES TO YOUR CUSTOMERS INTACT. YOUR PLASTIC PACKAGING MATERIALS JUST GOES TO GARBAGE BIN AFTER THE CUSTOMER TAKES OUT MEDICINES WHICH IN TURN GOES TO GARBAGE YARDS.

                                I had ordered Omron HEM-7120 BP Monitor (order number PO[protected]). The product is inconsistent and gives faulty readings. I want a return and refund and I had logged a ticket within 7 days, ticket number [protected]. However, I am unable to get a response from 1mg about what needs to be done. Every 2 days I get a mail or when I chat, I get the same message that my concern will be looked at in next 24-48 hours. 8 days have passed and I have no meaningful response.

                                  I highly recommend NOT to order any medicine from 1mg. It is the worst ever app with worst ever delivery partners. I ordered medicines 2 days ago. Still the medicines not yet delivered. In app also it is unable to track accurately. They are extending the estimate delivery as their wish. WORST.

                                  Carelessness about the customers. They are not thinking about the product (life saving medicines) they are delivering. Timing is very important and it is the major drawback. Not satisfied in the first ord

                                        I want to inform you that i have booked Lab test against Order ID: PO[protected]-990 for 16th may through 1mg service desk and asked to booked for 4 tests as below.

                                        1)FERRITIN, FERR., IRON

                                        2)HB

                                        3)HPLC, HB ELECTROPHORESIS

                                        4)Urine culture and, Sensitivity

                                        And executive collected the urine and blood samples for same as per scheduled date and time.

                                        I have got all the reports on time expect 'Urine culture and, Sensitivity' test But i afraid when asked for another report after 3 days and got
                                        confirmation that they had booked 'AFB C/S RAPID, AFB CULTURE ' instead of 'Urine culture and, Sensitivity' test.

                                        I have lost time and current doctor appointment and booked same test again 'Urine culture and, Sensitivity' for collecting the sample on19th May.

                                        I have no use of the 'AFB C/S RAPID, AFB CULTURE' test and not required of report for the same so please refund the amount 1050/- which paid against the same test.

                                        I hope you understand the ethics and value of TATA for further consideration
