I had placed online order for few medicines on 18th Nov 20. the order ref no is 2856921. neither have i received medicine nor refund till date . I tried to lodge a compliant with your watsapp contact Mr Deep. He has not responded. its over a month now and i request to either give me the medicine or refund

      I have payed through a paytm rs2572 which was priced 65 for a strip. I ordered it and today morning. I contacted them to check the status. I informed them medplus and netmeds do cheaper than that so refund my amount. They have not refunded nor responding to the calls and messages. I called them then they replied my product is not ordered but my money is lost. I want refund the money or i want the medicine.

        I have paid ₹ 934-08. Through paytm on 20/05/2019 at15:43:37 hrs, towards supply of 20 sachets of cartipep as per your demand invoice. Till today even after 10 days there is no information from you. I am badly need of the mediciine why no tracking information yet. Kindly see it is sent immediately. This lethargic action is not expected from a reputed firm. If not possible to send item refund the amount forthwith. Our order no 2816521. Nagaraju

          I placed order for tablets which was priced 105.70 for a strip. I ordered it and after 2 days i contacted them to check the status. They informed me the price has gone up and its 136rs for a strip. I informed them medplus and netmeds do cheaper than that so refund my amount. They sent an email asking for paytm number to do the refund. I replied back with the number. Its already been 3 days they have not refunded nor responding to the calls. My order id is 139581.

            Hi, this is deepak verma from mumbai, had ordered astavita soft gels (Order id is 2537933.) dtd.7/7/2017.
            Would like to inform you friends that whoever is reading this message do not buy any product from this company. I had paid the said amount of rs.1629/- thru paytm for the above product and after one week of continous calling which by luck they answered, refuned my money deducting rs.77/- saying the product is not available as it should have been fully refunded.
            Since then i'm continously calling but no one picking up the phone.
            Just think that how much money they must b making by method.

            So friends will advice to be cautious b4 paying them online.
            Company seems to b a big time cheaters.

              Hello sir,
              I m lakshdeep from punjab bathinda. Online pharmacy i searched 1 month before i order alprax tabs 7 strips as per 45 each i paid 45rs to him online by payumoney on 17 april 2017. But they didnt send anything and after 7 days he said ill charge 75rs per strip i said ok send me 4 sstrip but no after 10 days they said have u any proof of payment i have proof i pay by debit card of sbi. They have all details plzz ask them i am not so rich to ignore my hard earned money please i want to send him notice please my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

              This is regarding my order ID-2580977 which is placed on 6.10.2017 for Rs.765.24.
              The merchant refused to deliver the product for the price the paid. I requested them to refund my money on 7.10.2017. But the process is not initiated yet. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Than you.

                I have paid rs 400 for immediate delivery of diazepam tablets and they have told to give my I'd proof and priscrption I gave it and they told they wil dispatch it in the same day itself and till now they haven't dispatched after 5 days and also no reply when I contacted them and no refund of money it's a fraud cheating site so pls block it from net so that no one will be cheated more
