    I got my keraFM 5% topical solution delivered today, which I ordered via tata 1mg and appears to be fake.

      I was approached by two of your sales executives in kanpur, Mr Amit Sharma ([protected]) along with Ms Sonika diwedi.

      They convinced of providing minimum 25% disc + additional some discounts or points which they have . condition would be that they will order from there mobile creating my profile.

      in my first order they promised me 28% disc but on delivery it turned to be just 25%, further they got me delivered wrong medicine and insisted not to cancel or return as this would effect there work profile.

      second order was raised by Amit to provide me correct medicine, but the wrong delivery was not rectified.

      Now once the medicines are accepted and paid, Mr AMIT is not getting them replaced and neither is he helping me in making fresh orders. Those wrong medicines are of no use to me & as the order was from Amit sharma's mobile i could not even raise the return complaint.

      Such irresponsible and careless staff will for sure effect the image of company owned by TATA's.

      I regret to say that, after such false commitments and careless staff, it is very difficult to refer TATA 1 Mg to others.

      Kindly look this issue seriously and arrange for refund of medicines wrongly delivered. Such Staff should not be permitted to move around the city causing nuisance in public. my mail id is [protected]@rediffmail.com

        This contains prescribed medicines related to Covid 19.
        Have paid full amount in advance and the order is in packed state for hours, but it is not getting dispatched.
        If due to this irresponsible behaviour, the patients in my family suffers, - I will completely hold 1mg responsible and they have to pay for any complexity that arises in future.

          My order number PO[protected]
          was to be delivered by 6th Nov but they didn't delievered...instead when I call courier boy he said he will deliever tomorrow ...on system they showed that customer want open delievery...
          When I called courier boy next day he said he has send it back...you cancel this order and order again ...
          Since then till today I have chat in app several times but everyday they just give assurance it will be delievered today but in reality they don't worry about necessity nad urgency of medicine...
          Stop buying from them..they all are here for making/earning money by making common people fool...
          Even giving contact number of courier boy they haven't taken any action against them...

            I've ordered the medicine before hand on 31st October for my parents as i was not getting enough time to purchase them by going to store and they gave me delivery TAT thats between 3-4 nov looking at the TAT and the medicine in hand i placed the order but its more than 6 days now i have not received my order yet

            I don't know why they don't take orders seriously, its the damn medicine which am ordering not groceries for orders to get delayed
            Even delivering groceries wouldn't take this time see how Amazon manages their orders. i even enrolled in you care plan but i don't think thats a big deal for you
            Why does it take 6 days for you to deliver my medicine?
            Please refund my money i will purchase the medicine from store
            Whats the use of so much discount when the medicine are nor being delivered on time. Its ok spend little more bucks extra than compromising with health
            Uninstalling you app and spreading the to other people not to use app just the way i did them to install

              I had placed an order for Erytop Lotion. I had also paid his payment from Upi as well. But after a day I canceled that order. On 18th I got a message from 1 mg that your order has been cancelled. But it's been 18 days now and I haven't got my payment refund. Please my complaint is that you see my personal information and take me my refund.

                The Patanjali Divya Coronil was canceled by the 1mg company it self and did not refunded my money back.

                They told me to email my bank statement so I sent them my statement and they again bluff that they have refunded my money back, they can clearly see my bank statement.

                I have been waiting from 6 months.

                My payment method while ordering from 1 MG was phone pe and now they give random reference id for payment and say we have initiated the payment to PAYTM. How can they send payment to other platform while my payment was from PHONEPE.

                It's clearly a Fraud Activity from 1 MG.

                Don't know what I can do to get my money back.

                  I submitted my prescription, duly signed in letterhead of Dr Anuja Porwal, Additional Director Nephrology.But my prescription 2 medicines were objected even though it was genuine medicine and nephro can prescribe these medicines. it was delayed by 48 hours and since I am a kidney transplant patient it caused hardship to me. It was approved only after their Dr who was also not expert Urologist has approved. Can 1mg experts explain this so that I may not face same problem again.
                  Pl note delay in medicine can cause damage which is irreversible and 1mg is dealing with medicine should understand it.

                    This is in reference to refund I’d [protected] of amount INR 1331.23/- We ordered medicine from 1mg on 23rd Aug’21 which got delivered the next day. One medicine which was ordered mistakenly was put on return request and got picked up by 1mg person on 26th Aug’21 but was missed by 1mg team but after raising the concern they agreed to refund the amount which they initiated on 29th Aug’21. Since then they are just buying time and every time when we follow up on mail they ask us to wait for 2days and another 2 days…..this is very unprofessional team and don’t expect after Tata group takeover

                      I was regularly buying medicine for my parents from 1mg and service was very good.. Noticed last one month their service getting deterioted after changing their courier agent. They cancelled 4 of my orders (2021 August month)in a row (PO[protected], PO[protected], PO[protected] &PO[protected]).. What the reason for cancellation after promising everyday that shipment is going to be delivered next day every time. Expect a proper clarification.

                        Dear Sir,

                        As per our discussion, there is a serious concern with 1MG lab test done on 27th Aug in Gurgaon from a prime location (Richmond Park, Sushant Lok).

                        We have booked two tests for two patients and both the test was conducted with in-efficient staff and the report generated is also not at all accurate.

                        Two reports they have generated of the same test with different readings. Both the report has been attached of Ms. Manju Devi with a different reading, which is a criminal offense and they are least bothered after contacting so may time in customer support app (which is the only option to get connect)

                        Another report of Ms. Manju Devi is still pending and they committed that I would have received the report the same day by EOD. Now, the patient is sitting in Paras hospital and they are not responding and least bothered about the same irrespective of her old age and sitting there for 3 hours since morning.

                        I think they have clear intentions of fraud with the pre-advance payments made to them hence I request to cancel their license as so many complaints have already been registered in their grievance department and Google but still it's falling on deaf ears.

                          1mg Lab report

                          I booked a lab test with 1mg Labs (Order ID: PO[protected]-371) for Protein/Creatinine Ratio.

                          Having a Phlebotomist assigned took 4 chat sessions with support - though I was told it will seamlessly happen between 6-10pm previous day. Finally, a Phlebotomist was assigned at 10.30p. Note here that I paid an additional Rs. 119 apart from Rs. 50 collection charges as "1mgLabs Certified Phlebotomist Charges".

                          I placed an order on 24th August 2021. estimated delivery on 25th August 2021. order was splitted by 2 orders . one order was delivered without any hindrance . another order was delayed and delivered by 26th as mentioned in your order status.

                          On 26th August order status showed for delivery ... but till 8 pm not delivered . When I contacted customer care, I got the mobile number of the person who delivered the medicine.

                          when i contacted that person MR. Arun, he told that, he called my mobile no which was not connected so he return to the vendor. i dont know, where deliver address mentioned why he called me which never before anyone called .

                          After that, order status showed RE-dispatch and arrived on 27th August 2021. and again checked in your website on the way it will be delivered soon ( below mail attached)

                          Again, i talked to the delivery guy, he also told, within 2 hrs your order will be delivered. After some time, he called me saying that your order was made by the RTO.

                          what happened within a few minutes .. my order was made RTO. without any confirmation with me.

                          Hope your team is not taking any order seriously ... like selling grocery items ( even they working fantastic and their team also very good i.e. amazon, BB, etc)

                          what resolution will you provide me ... same as fixed " Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you"

                          Even Pharmeasy provides good support and good delivery . but you guys are making fools..

                          I will take this on social media for sure ... you may see ...

                          very poor knowledge training customer care and non controllable vendors you have... ..

                          very pathetic service ... i don't recommend anyone also share my experience to others

                                Very poor delivery service i have faced.
                                Delivery staff called me and told me to come one place and collect the item.He did not want to go at the address which i had mentioned during the online booking.
                                I can't understand if you are unable to deliver the material in postal address then what is the online delivery service.
                                Way of talking also very poor during communication over phone.

                                    So I'm very much disappointed, poor service from 1mg. wrong promises by asking people to buy there care plan so you can get rapid delivery. Later they are not able to deliver the medicines on urgent basis. I have contacted them them several time that my medicines are urgent. But 1mg didn't bother about this issue. If they are not deliver within committed date simply should tell the user that they can't but instead they temp you to buy there care plan with extra benefits and rapid delivery (within 5 hours ). And if you asked them where is your medicine then they give you all stupid excuses.
                                    I ordered medicine from 1mg site on 5th july, I uploaded prescription so they called and assure they have all medicine except one and also confirmed by there doctor, I was expecting it to be delivered same day as I also bought there care plan which has rapid delivery but it's 7th July almost 5 pm and seriously no clue if they will deliver it by Today... it was my wife`s ear infection medicine and she is in pain now, really stuck n regretting my decision to go for 1mg...

                                    Such an unprofessional team 1mg has, they forgetting that they deal with medicine, which need to give priority... They playing with people life.

                                    Is there any punishment for such companies so they can learn and try not to suffer people ????
