    This is to inform you that I purchased 4 strips of Minirin melt 60 MCG through your 1mg app. Order placed on 21 May and delivered on 22 May (order ID - PO[protected]).

    After using for a few days it seemed something was wrong, we were wondering why my son was feeling so tired, dehydrated, lethargic, dizzy. He was going to the washroom many times. Then yesterday we measured how many times he went to pee. By night he had gone approximately 30 times. It then struck me to check the medicine properly. I opened the wrapper and when I broke it ...to my shock it seemed that it was thermocol. Minirin is dispersible but this product was not.
    I spoke to their customer service who are not cooperating. Please help.
    They are selling adulterous drugs and playing with people's life.
    They should be punished.

      My mother got Rt-pcr done through 1mg lab son 14th may, this sample u lost and on 17th may on same order Id yuo did another Rt-pcr test done, whose report still pending .
      We are not able to understand the reason of delay in report and my mother is not able to know wheather she is corona position not just because of delay in report and doctors are not giving any medication as they don’t know the status of patient,
      Sine the 1st sample drawn on 14th may and 2nd sample drawn on 17 th may in these 6-7 day report is not provided by the lab, this mail should be treated as notice and I am going to loadge a legal complaint against the lab for this unprofessional behaviour.

        Dear Concern, i order my medicine through 1mg online on 11th May amounting to rs 6290/- next day half of my order got delivered but also got the msg that full order is delivered. eversince i have been in touch with customer care on chat, they are not doing anything only replying -please wait for 24-48 hrs . sent repeated emails also but they don't even bother to reply.either they get my product delivered or refund my money, its been week now. they have pathetic customer care.

          These people are scammers. I had placed one order for some urgent medicines. I wa red to edit the cart by adding one more medication which is understandable that they cnt edit due to which I had to cancel the order. The agent informed on chat to wait for 5-7 days. Note - Refund is still pending, crossed SLA timelines.
          Second time, placed order again with all medicines, they took 3days to approve my prescription which I uploaded again as it was not clear. I was okay with the delay until, I reached to chat support again. They updated my prescription as approved and marked one medicine as out of stock. I had to cancel the order and the unavailable medicine amount was refunded instantly to my source account but the other two which got cancelled at the same time did not come. I[censored] check now it's different TAT for UPI for max 15 days. Hey give back my money today, with your interest. Check with my details with screenshot has my refund ID.

              1mg labs have collected the sample on 28 April and assured us to deliver the report within 72hrs but they have not delivered my complete report yet. I am tired of requesting them to help me in getting my reports as I have to consult my doctor but they are not helping me out. Just asking again and asking for next 24 hrs to solve the problem but nothing is changed. It's almost 6 days with hopes to get my report and they are not giving me any information about the problem. If they have let me know the facts I could have tested somewhere as. According to their policy if they are not able to provide report within 72 hrs they should start the refund but no action is taken.

              After placing this complaint they said to refund the money of tests not conducted by them but they are not taking any action. Additionally, they are ignoring my request and not starting any refund. In the time of need they are playing with us. Not expected this from 1mg

                Why are 1mg company playing with the lives of people by hiring 3rd grade staff.

                There are 2 diff msg from MYGOV for rtpcr

                Sample was taken on 23 4 2021. I requested for early report as patient of bp

                Paid 2100 for three tests even it's a part of bulk collection of more than 20 people at Orchid petals.

                  On 23rd I have one parcel from you which is sent by Dabur. When I open parcel and socked because bottle has broken. I call deliver men but he refuse to take back the parcel. This is not proper.

                    This is related to the the lab tests reports. We have taken a good health package and the sample was collected on 15th April, 2021 from 1mglabs. They have promised to deliver the reports with in 24-48 hours. Its been more than 72 hours, There is no response from the 1mg team. Yesterday when i contacted them through only available chat option, they requested to wait for another 24 hours which itself was not acceptable. Today the chat option is also disabled and there is no way to contact the customer care. Patient is waiting from 2 days for the report to consult the doctor and his health is deteriorating. This is complete irresponsible behavior from 1mg to block the customer support and delay the reports as per their wish

                          I haven't received my medicine yet. It is so urgent. They canceled one of the medicine. Half of the medicines they don't have in stock. They initially gave me 3calls and I haven't received the medicines yet even after I mentioned how urgent they are. Such poor service. The medicine arrived the city a day before but no one is ready to deliver it.

                                I ordered a set of N95 masks, they delivered some capsules. I raised this to their support team, they initiate a pickup and then cancel it automatically sending a mail : "I would like to inform you that as per an update from our logistics partner, the reverse pick up for your order has been canceled as per your request. If you wish to reschedule it, kindly revert on this email".
                                They have done this 4 times for the same now. This is really a waste of time and a very frustrating experience.

                                      Bought a toilet seat that does not fit my toilet 2 days ago and it seems that 1mg cannot take the return of the product stating hygiene issues.
