I have order important medications for my wife for seizures and depression on 4/11/20. The order number is PO[protected]. The order got confirmed on 5/11/20 at around 11 am. The expected deliver date was 6 to 7 Nov 2020. The payment has been taken before confirming the order. Now they have not deliver the order as they don't have the medications and tre telling me to wait or else cancel the order. I have already paid for medicines and if i cancel the order the refund will take 10-14 days. And i dont have money for buying medications from outside. This is complete carelessness as i dont have medicines for today to give it to my wife. I want you take action against 1 mg as such service can affect the health of patients due to non delivery of medicines.

1mg is a fraud Lab, please do not with them.
Me and wife gave a sample on 7:15 am, 31 Oct 2020 for the Full Body test and Covid antibody. You all know these tests are not time taking.
She got all report on time 7:30 pm, but I did not, I asked to support, she said you will get the report on the 2nd (after 2 days), after some discussion they send me one report around 9 pm.
Their CUSTOMER support guys are ###. they have 2-3 lines for apologies, paste here.
Govt. should ban these type of lab, if they can not provide reports on time, they charged more money compared to other labs.

An amount of Rs. 1079 was debited from my Amazon pay account, but i did not get confirmation for my diagnostic order placed on 1mg. There is no response from 1mg.

Please help me in finding justice. I have registered Covid 19 test in 1mg for my wife who was Preganant. As per new guidelines from Hospital, Preganant women has to under go Covid test 3 days before delivery date. So based on Delivery date we have registered for Covid test through 1mg Diagnostic on 5th October and sample was collected on 6th October, As per timelines from 1mg report has to be delivered in 72hrs maximum. But as we can't predict delivery date I have done follow up with 1mg about status of test report and they said they will deliver it on time. On 9thOctober morning my wife got delivery pains and I have admitted in Hospital, but Hospital was not ready to start treatment as there is Covid report, somehow I have requested them to admit her first and I said I will get report by 10AM. So every minute I have started talking to 1mg representative and explained my wife situation to provide report as early as possible, I literally begged everyone to provide my report as Hospital can't give treatment without Covid report. My wife was suffered a lot with pain till evening 5PM and that pain was unbearable. This pain can be managed with treatment but due to unavailability of Covid report they have not started any treatment. During this time I was keep on asking 1mg to provide my report explained situation, non of them have shown atleast mercy on wife. End the day 9 people of Doctors team has decided to give treatment after my request and I have arranged them Covid protection Kit with my Money. After all these now 1mg came up with report on 13th October and simply saying Sorry. When you look at report, the report was generated on 7October itself, here you can see how neglect 1mg is. I'm raising this complaint not only for me, it should not happen to any women in this world, Pregnancy is most sensitive matter and important thing on this earth, but this1mg has not even shown mercy at all. Please help me to find justice.

On Sept 8 2020 I have booked some blood tests which is of 1545 rs and amount was paid successfully and transaction was failed.
I have paid amount through phonpe, i enquired phonepe they said amount was successfully transferred to respective merchant and you can contact to merchant they said, so from Sept 8 onwards am trying to get my amount back, atleast they are not responding, complete payment screenshots,...

Order not delivered but updated as delivered. First they took they complaint and said they’ll resolve it but didn’t. I raised it again today and they are refusing to help

I had ordered medicine ivepred 4 which costed 72 rs approx my father by mistake gave him 612 rs.. And this delivery agent without checking took the money and went. Then we tried calling him but the number shared was in valid... And now the team giving same answer of checking with logistics.. Since morning 10 it is almost 3 in the afternoon. Pathetic services and highly irresponsible attitude in sharing details with customers and risking their lives... By hiring such incredible people

I placed an order "protinules PL" and never received it. Instead they delivered it to someone else. I raised a complaint but nothing is being done.

Very bad service. Medicine is supplying in all world without any restrictions. But 1mg product will not allow to containment area.

More than 8times the date changed. I ordered the medicine not a mobile. What a responsibility to send the product that what we ordered. That is 1mg.

I booked on 2nd August and today is 21st August. Medicine is not reached yet.

1mg simply refuses to honor the customer's consent. I've repeatedly messaged their twitter account asking me to take me off their sms list - yet they keep spamming me relentlessly.

I'm also on the national dnd list.

I ordered some medicines from 1 mg like supracal xt, glycomat 500 sr and pro pl lite powder as on 21 july 2020. But on 22 july 2020 my order was part delivered.. Since i already paid them in advance their bill showed pro pl lite powder is delivered but i did not get pro pl lite powder for that i contacted their support team guess what they are good in making fool of their customers all the agents say they will revert within 24-48 hours.. One of the support team person told me that i need to submit the email along with the details of the bill and box so that they can resolve the issue asap.. But they didn't forward the email to their concerned team.. On a daily basis i ask them please assist in delivery of my order or refund me the money back but they always say they will get back at earliest.. On 2 nd aug 2020 i got confirmation from their support team member miss bhumika saying she will help the resolve the issue within 24 hours but it was of no use.. I would suggest everyone not to buy anything from 1 mg it's better to buy from amazon and flipkart then to but from this small sites they keep on looting money and they never resolve the complaint..

A total amount 2133 but when they delivered some of them item is missing
Actually 1bottle of BGR34 is missing.i complain within 2hr of delivery. Previously the don't register my complain but after that they Register my complain as ticket Id as 3051720
They request me wait 24hr our team resolve your isse.but after they there no response from them. After 24hr I contact 1mg agin they said pls wait 72 hr
Again 72hr there no reply from 1mg.
After that they again said pls wait 72hr more

But till now no resolution provided

I placed an order from 1mg and I paid from Amazon UPI. I cancelled order, but I didn't receive refund from 1mg. I talk with 1mg customer service they said that you will get refund after 10 days but still I didn't receive refund. And I talk with Amazon customer care they said it is transaction from bank to seller we can't do anything. Please talk to bank or Amazon customer service ya 1 mg service. Please solve this and initiate refund.

I have ordered sbl Sulphur mother tincture along with some other medicines and I received all of them. But later when I try to use Sulphur mother tincture I observed that the one I received is different from the one shown in the pictures of 1mg. Usually the mother tincture should be dark in color but the one I received just looks like dilution. My concern is that whether I received the right medicine or wrong medicine.So I tried to reach the customer service but they simply emailed me that my complaint is out of returns time window.

I have ordered medicines from 1mg. But when I checked the status on the date when it was supposed to be received I found that my order is cancelled. When I asked the executives that why my order was cancelled, they said that I have asked them to cancel the order. I never had asked to cancel the order, I also asked them to show proof that I have cancelled order, they are not giving me any proof or call records for cancellation of order. This type of negligence are not acceptable in medicines and for patient.
Meanwhile I got a call from 1mg and they said that my number was entered wrongly by the company. Therefore courier boy couldn't connect with me. This may be an excuse. If it is not an excuse then such a big mistake is not acceptable.
Very very disappointed with the service.

I am poonam mehta had tested by blood samples through your lab on 15.06.2020. Those samples were for number of tests. There was also one test for ace level, according to you that test was negative for me, which is a specific test for sarcoidosis.
After one week on 21.06.2020 i got tested for the same test from dr lal path lab. According to dr lal path lab my reports are positive for this test & i m suffering from sarcoidosis.
Now...

I have booked thyour and fsh test from 1mg. Their phlebologist took sample on june 27 and today it's been more than 72 hours they are neitherdelivering my report nor answering in proper manner.

I ordered for 2 victoza injection on 7 April 2020 for which I paid online... They placed the order, after some time received a message saying that only one inj can be delivered since it was out of stock... Till date they have not refunded the money for the undelivered injection citing one or the other reasons... They have put my case under escalation, but still no money received, just sending messages of apolgy every 2 days... Lost my faith in them. Pl help in recovering of my money.
