I have ordered medicines online in 1mg and paid by amazon upi on jan 17 got a message debited from savings bank alert linked to upi then got message from 1mg order cancelled then i paid from paytm on jan 18th and it was processed and delivered to me wrt payment on jan 17 th they said they have issued refund on 21st jan and will be credited before jan feb4th but it is january 8 th they have not credited there is no complaint cell and sending emails with no resolution. Beware of online transaction with 1mg, if anybody has medical emergency then you payment is blocked or lost as it happened in my case.1mg ticket no 2158591,, 2103506.
Customer care service is worst.. They won't call soon.. Evn when we call thair customer care number thairs no option to talk to their agent ..cancellation and refund takes more time...
It needs to correct all these.. As it is a pharmacy and health based application.. People should have the choice to talk to your customer care agents

    through 1mg have not been delivered.but status showing order delivered. It was assigned to ekart logistics delivery guy named Nikhil Saurav.without contacting me he delivered my order elsewhere.when complaint about it to 1 mg they are showing my receiving signature which is entirely different from my signature.I had done my payment in prepaid mode.

    through 1mg have not been delivered.but status showing order delivered. It was assigned to ECOM EXPRESS delivery agent without contacting me they delivered my order elsewhere.when complaint about it to 1 mg they are showing the soft copy of invoice and had done my payment in prepaid mode.

        I had ordered few medicine against order no. Po[protected] on 17th nov. They did not sent. And cancelled my order on their own... And not even refunded my money.

        As per their app.. It shows that they had refunded my money on 18th november... Which is totally false. Neither they have refunded and not even initiated. I have confirmed the same from paytm.

        On various complaint and mails... They are not even replying my mails.
        Same happened with me, my payment is stuck fro. 6 months, while I did payment from phone pe they saying they initiated payment to paytm.
        The thing is I don't have paytm.

          The product i received was not sealed properly and the seal was broken also the cap of the bottle is broken it is always coming in this way and i think the product maybe dublicate or is used before delivering it to me i hope you take my concern seriously and send me proper new product of minicheck f within few days that is sealed properly and is of desired qulityy
          My recent order was SBL Nixocid Tablet for gastric issues. But I received SBL Homeocal tablet which is a medicine for osteoporosis.
          I complained multiple times through App. But didn't even get a reply on this issue. Now I feel cheated.

            I have ordered a medicine 10 days back and every day on the delivery date they keep it revising the date.
            I am so fed-up, they are just fooling their customers, if they are not able to deliver why the hell they are making false promises to their customers.
            I want to take a strict against them. Medicine is something which should be delivered on time, if they are not able to, they should not be allowed to go on with such a critical business.
            The medicine arrived at noida on 5th nov only, but since then its been 8days they are still not able to deliver, this shows complete negligence at their end.

              Generally order 2.5 ml duolin respules for my father and keep getting the medicines on time and accurate product however this time some other medicine is delivered and rs 170 is charged, which i paid in cash to delivery executive
              I do raise the concern before delivery (You may check your crm records) that why i have to pay extra?

              Solution required
              Either get it replaced or refunded.
              If you are refunding, please keep in mind that i used rs 100 1 mg cash which you need to give back with validity. I purchased it during offer period and used my 100 mobikwik super cash and if you refund it you need to provide solution to this
              Plus also rs 170 which i paid in cash
              Apart from above the basic amount which i paid while placing order

                I ordered medicine (Order id - po[protected]) on 12th october and delivery date shown 20-22 october which was already very late and on mentioned date courier partner didn't come after out for delivery and reported that i rescheduled to 22-24 october and since then daily it is getting rescheduled without attempting still i didn't get the medicine. Now it rescheduled to 28th october. Medicine is not a toy which u deliver in so careless way. You should tell the exact time which you will take at time of placing order. After this experience, i decided to not order any medicine from your company now onwards. And 1mg is not taking care of the concern. They also say that they will deliver at earliest and still getting rescheduled daily.

                    Had booked lab test for my parents from 1mg and ordered some medicines. Had bad experience both the times.
                    1. Lab test (Diabetes) booked for 17th aug. My parents were fasting for the test to be done. The phlebotomist didnt show up and my parents had to stay hungry till he came. Unfortunately no one form 1mg responded and my father faced severe health issues due to fasting.

                    2. Ordered some emergency medicines for my pregnant wife on 6th sept. The order was confirmed by 1mg. However, they kept delaying the delivery everyday without any proper justification. Finally after 6 days, they cancelled the order without notifying me. Medicines were really necessary to be given to my wife.

                    Big negligence from 1mg when it comes to medicines

                      I had a blood test (Good health package) on 31st august 2019, still the reports are not provided to me it's been 7 days now, even the customer care service is worst!!!
                      Where should one call for his/her report nor they are providing refund.. Worst worst worst service ever!!!
                      This is not the way you serve your customer.. There should be transparency in payment method also.. I'm very very very disappointed!
                      This was an very emergency Dengue test
                      in emergency situations. Several time complained no body taking
                      responsibility. Very worst service. Please don't rely on 1MG.

                        I had ordered fycompa 6mg tablets strip of 28 tablets which costs inr 1960 as billed.
                        But i. The receipt of pack was contains one strip of 14 tablets only which cost mrp of inr 960.

                        This i could understand after opening the packed parcel received.

                        This was deliberately done or by mistake, i don't know.
                        But they don't give phone number to call immediately.
                        They attract by giving 10 or 20%discount and cheat like this.
                        Request to refund me inr 960or deliver full quantity.

                          Well on aug 14 2019, i was supposed to get my complete body health check up (Booked by their customer care consultant meenu) which meant submitting my blood sample and urine sample to the phlebotomist (Neeraj chauhan). Well for some reason i only submitted my blood sample and i was provided with a sterile container to collect my urine sample on 16th morning and he told me that they will pick up the sample. Well nobody came later on : so i decided to put up a complaint on their website but what i found on my 1mg account was purely shocking - they have already sent me whole reports including both my blood test reports and my urine sample reports. Yes you read it right!! So basically i got urine sample reports as well for which i never gave a sample. I was completely utterly shocked and decided to call them and their customer care executive meenu had no idea to what i was talking about.. So she checked online and said those reports are just beta version not your actual reports. When i asked what’s the meaning of this so she answered i dunno but we can collect your sample and give final reports. Can you imagine, i mean should there be even a beta report exist for such medical tests wherein they are providing fake reports based on samples that you never even provided them. On those reports they showed that my urine sample levels were abnormal and needed medical attention. This is so disgusting, they are a fake company who is just looting their customers, making a fool out of them and they don’t even care about human blood for the sake of money. Totally shameful and disgusting. It’s sad that such things are happening in our country in medical industry. They should be banned forever. If i had submitted my both the samples probably i would have never even known that they just send some fake reports and not do actual tests and calculations. Please take some action against 1mg labs.

                            This is ridiculous service received from 1mg after giving the prescription. I have given a prescription after concerning a dr. Which is consulted online. Since, the dr. Is not in touch and is far distance. How can i be in getting the prescription. That will be online only.
                            But 1mg didn't consider it and rejected the medicines order which was needed urgently. This is totally unacceptable. I would like to take action against the same asap.
                            I placed an order "protinules PL" and never received it. Instead they delivered it to someone else. I raised a complaint but nothing is being done.

                              I booked Lab Test on 4th Aug 2019.

                              Sample collection done on 5th Aug 2019.so the result supposed to delivered by 48Hrs which was by 7thAug2019 Morning but they failed.

                              So I mailed them about the same but I didn't received any reply same day, next day they reverted it will get delivered by 24Hrs More which was on 8thAug 2019 and I received a call from there representative ( Name - Javed ). He said I will get my reports Maximum by 8:00PM on same day (08/08/2019). But No report received and they mailed saying it will take more 24Hrs.

                              By this how can anyone trust the reports.

                              By this I can see how professional people you all are.

                              What is point to get report after 72 Hrs?
                              What is genuinity in that report?
                              Who is going to assure me about the accuracy of my report?
                              Who's going to give me on paper written guarantee about this report?

                              I am a Diabetic and heart patient and those reports were so important for my checkup but because of the unprofessional behaviour towards the customer today I am suffering.

                              I am going to file a legal complaint against you people and escalate this to at maximum online level.

                                Ordered 2 packets of onetouch ultra glucose test strips and paid via cod.
                                But i was shocked to find that i received only 1 pack in the box. I complained to the customer care immediately and i was told to wait for 24-48 hrs so that they can resolve the issue.

                                After 74 hrs i got an email that "as per the update from our vendor team, we have delivered the complete product with the intact quantity hence i regret to inform that we are unable to initiate the replacement/refund request."

                                The box was properly sealed, so the product can't disappear in thin air but they assume they quality check before shipping the product.

                                Send the missing product or refund my money??

                                  I have purchased 4 strip of androanagen medicine online on 7th may 2019 from 1mg and paid rs.797.16 in advance but received only one strip in previous week.

                                  When i checked the package received it was carrying only 1 strip of medicine, so i made a complaint on 1mg portal on 12.05.19 and yesterday i received a mail from 1mg mentioning that there vendor has confirmed that he have dispatched 4 strip of medicine.

                                  But the fact is i have not received 4 strips which i have ordered. Now what should i do so that i get my complete order or refund.

                                    I have placed an order on 4-3-19 and then cancelled that order. I have made payment through freecharge gateway from my bank account. Later on you people has refunded that money into my freecharge wallet. How could you do this sit!!!.

                                    I have made payment from debit card, it is obvious that i should get refunded my money into my bank account...

                                    How can you make refund in my freecharge wallet. I want it to get transfer into my bank account as soon as possible.

                                      We have already initiated the full refund of rs.1373.71 to your upi account on 02 feb 2019 having refund id: 20190202111212801300168478421022765.

                                      The refund amount should be credited to the upi account within 10-14 days. If you have not received the refund amount then we request you to please contact to upi customer care department along with the refund id: 20190202111212801300168478421022765.
