On 22, August, 2018, I gave rs 514.80 for purchase some medicine frm my Paytm bank account through upi transaction.and the receive it.but he could not provide medicine .later he give a refund id and days that contact ur bank the money reversal grm our end is complete.but bank says there is no such refunds on my account.and till today I m m waiting for money.atleat 20 times I contacted to merchant and bank to resolve this issue.but the same response from each other

    I have registered my personal information with 1mg website for the purpose of purchasing medicine.
    When i started using it, i reported it as useless for me because mostly we need medicine urgently which they can't

    Now even after repeated request to delete my account information from their database, they are not willing to delete and i keep receiving annoying 1mg promotional emails and sms.

      I have booked some prod vide order awb[protected] and since tomorrow courier is making me fool that reaching. Today at 6.45 even i rec'd a msg from courier that since office/door was closed at 1.12 noon today hence cudnt deliver. It is really ridiculous because it is address of bank central bank of india. See how stupid courier you have engaged. Now i want my money back. Courier mob no [protected] today rang 6 times hence i want refund

      This is realy so 4th class service i had.

        I have booked test by CAP accredited lab for which people of 1Mg.com told me that Pathcare Lab is CAP accredited and NABL ceritified and also ISO 9000 certified and they suggested test from this lab whereas I have got my test report previsouly from Diagno Lab Gurugram. I booked my test and paid the money. when I received my report from Pathcare Lab through you I found that nothing regarding these certification is printed on report. As I could check on internet Pathcare Lab Hyderabad is only lab of this group which is certified by CAP and gurugram lab is not accredited by CAP.
        in this way by giving me wrong information regarding this lab you have did a wrong action regarding ethics of this trade.
        So please arrange to give me pathology report by CAP accredited report from some other Lab or refund my money paid to you.

            I have ordered an product from 1mg on 14th november those people are not delivering my product. They are only giving false assurance so i requested them to cancel it but those people are also not canceling my order. Whenever i used to contact them they used to speak that they are working on this matter want me to wait 24 hours. But it has already been 14 days i don't get any resolution on this. So yet those people are not refunding my order amount. Those people's are cheater. They are playing with customers life by doing medicine business in wrong process. I can't imagine how this company is running having this much worst customer service.

              I placed an order for 10 strips of Triolmighty 20 mg which has an MRP of Rs. 70 for one strip. The price displayed on screen was Rs. 77 and my card was charged Rs. 770 without taking the discount coupon HEALTH20 into consideration. That means effectively I was charged 110% of the actual price.
              1mg is cheating the customers by having such setting on their website that the coupon does not get selected even when you have selected it and then they comfortably blame you for not applying the coupon for discount. That is what I was told when I called the customer care on 13 Nov 18. The executive generously agreed to refund Rs. 50 in my 1mg account which of course I did not accept.

              The message from my Credit Card reads: Rs.770.00 was spent on ur HDFCBank CREDIT Card ending 2001 on[protected]:17:59:06 at onemgayush PayTM.

                Hello,

                I am hemant recently on 25 sept 2018 01:19pm i had purchased a thermometer from 1mg cost me around rs-212.80, but it got defective when reached to me and 1mg decided to give me refund but from that day to till now on 18 oct 2018 i haven't received any amount of refund.

                I had complaint about 64 times but no satisfaction till now.

                In this mail id attached some mail copy which clearly mentioned that i received my refund in 24 to 48 hours and max 7 days but all promise dates are gone but still no resolution every time i call to 1mg they told same answer to wait for another time line..
                I am getting very mentally stress from there response.

                Kindly view proof in attachment and make serious action againts them.

                  First of all, 1mg and its services is worst thing ever. They sent a guy who collected blood sample after 24 hour, when report was missing they are saying we are sending to collect blood sample again, seriously? Is that any joke, my mom is on medication, u guys are having fun with patient. If you cannot take responsibility for anything, why you are providing such a # services.

                      Very disappointed with 1 mg.
                      I have made my first order with 1mg on 31 july and ordered 2 medicines which was urgent for me. I made online payment.
                      After prescription verification they have given me estimated delivery date as 2 aug.
                      But on delivery date they have cancelled the one medicine from my order and i got to know that the other medicine was not available.
                      This is not fare, you should have not taken the order or you should have informed about the unavailablity within 2-3 hours after order verified. But you are informing people on the date of delivery.
                      Please realise that you are dealing with medicines, its about people's health which can cause serious harm to people's life. This is my serious suggestion if you can't deliver the ordered medicines, please inform the people at earliest.
                      Please my cancel my order (Order id po[protected]) and refund my money. This was my first and last order with you people so don't add refund money as 1 mg cash, credit it in the same payment mode which i have done.

                        At 20/07/2018, I tried to buy premium doctor consultation in 1mg and I tried to book with PAYTM option provided by them. From Paytm side it is Sucess. From 1mg side, they are saying it is failed. They asked me to wait till a week. If it not happened they asked me to share a screenshot. I did the same what they asked. But now they are saying to contact Paytm. How would I contact Paytm. If it is their gateway problem.
                        I am extremely sorry that 1mg com. can not consider a small request to replace a damage product not even any interest to collect it. I have paid cash Rs 120/- Not givings its replacement with fresh one.

                          On 09 June 18, I had placed an order on 1mg.com for prescription medicines required for my spouse named Prem lata. While ordering medicines doctor prescription was uploaded. Order ID PO [protected] was created for this order. When this order was delivered, it was noted that patient name and doctor name was wrongly mentioned in the invoice provided by 1 mg.com. In the invoice patient name was mentioned as RAJENDRA SINGH and doctor name as Dr PEEYUSH JAIN whereas as per uploaded prescription name of patient is PREM LATA and doctor name Dr Dhanveer Singh.

                          On 13 June 18, I raised a concern (Ticket Number 427653) with the customer support of 1mg.com and requested them to provide hard copy of correct invoice for PO[protected]. In the beginning, customer support executive Mr Navin Kumar sent email that it would not be possible to provide hard copy of invoice. However, he agreed to arrange soft copy of the invoice. Since I need hard copy of correct invoice to claim medical reimbursement, I persistently requested to provide the same. After constant follow-up, another customer support executive, Mr Vijay K on 28 June 18 informed that hard copy of invoice has been handed over to DTDC Courier and provided Tracking ID. when I tracked this consignment I was surprised to note that DTDC courier had failed to deliver this invoice because of incomplete address mentioned on the letter. I immediately sent email to customer support and also talked over their phone number[protected]. But, every time i have been given assurance that issue would be resolved within 24-48 hours but nothing has happened till writing.

                          First of all, 1mg.com did a mistake while issuing the invoice not as per uploaded prescription and when raised the concern they did not provide hard copy of the invoice despite protracted correspondence. Due to this reason, I am facing a lot of inconvenience and deep frustration because I am unable to submit reimbursement claim without hard copy of the correct invoice. With this attitude of 1mg.com I have been made to suffer un-necessarily.

                          1mg.com is reluctant to provide hard copy of the correct invoice despite constant persuasion though it is obligatory on their part to deliver correct invoice of the ordered medicines. In such circumstances, 1mg.com must be asked to look into the matter matter and address the concern on highest priority.

                            I have ordered few medicines from 1mg.com and paid online, but instead of delivery they are showing product is delivered. They sucked my money this site is 100% fake site. Company has sent me a mobile number of a person but he is not taking my calls. From the company side still no solution has been given. I feel cheated. On 29th June 2018 I have ordered my medicines through the website. They showed me to deliver the product on 1st July 2018. But on 30th June 2018 they sent me a massage that product has been delivered. I want my medicine as early as possible, few medicines are to be kept in freezer.

                              Keep delaying the delivery without any communication to patient.

                              I have placed order at 1 mg made the complete payment. I am pregnant woman and the medicine are related to my pregnancy. 1 mg accepted and assure d to deliver medicine by 6th june. On 4th june, 5th june 6th june they sent same status as 'order dispatched'. On 6th june they are sending new mails again.
                              1. Set of one medicine coming from 3rd party delivery by 12th june.
                              2. Pregnancy medicine, to be delivered by 7th june.

                              For pregnancy medicine i called the delivery person also (Number: [protected] shared by 1mg) that is wrong number.
                              Are they selling medicine or doing black money business with common people life.
                              Will they take any responsibility if some unexpected infection happen to me or my baby.

                              How negligent these medicine business man could be!!!

                              This is the case with other medicine provider as well. My bad i trusted to take chance with them. They should be sealed back to home!

                                  I am very disappointed with the improper services provided by 1 mg. They just give the assurity and timings for reaching to the customers but the demands are not met. Even after repeatedly calling on customer care no the problems are not resolved and just the timings for calls are assured and it has never been made or resolved. The customer service representatives just fool you by giving assurance that you may receive a call back from them but once the calls are disconnected nothing is being resolved till date neither u receive updates nor response from them.

                                    This is highly disappointing that my medicines are not shipped for one week by 1mg.com.

                                    Not only 1 mg has blocked my prepaid order amount but for last one week they have not done anything on my order.

                                    I have ordered very popular homeopaths medicines of causticum and rhus tox which could not be arranged by 1mg.com,

                                    This is an extremely poor experience, this shows 1 mg.com has poor network and are extremely inefficient in processing medicine order.
                                    Though 1 mg.com sla is 48 hours but it has been one week delay on my order.

                                      I placed an order of 2 Nos. Elsenz toothpaste through 1mg (online medicine provider) on 05/03/2018 and paid amount (Rs. 354.00) online and 1mg confirmed to deliver the product by 07/03/2018 to 09/03/2018 but surprisingly on 08/03/2018 I received a message on registered mobile number and on mail that this order is cancelled due to unavailability of item, when I asked to 1 mg that if they were not able to provide me with the item then why did they accept my money online, they replied with sorry/apologies and assured that it would not happen once again and thereafter I placed another order on 25.03.2018 of 1 no. Elsenz toothpaste, 5 strips Limcee vitamin C table and 1 bottle SHY OR mouth wash and I paid Rs. 267.20 online and 1 mg assured me once again to deliver me by a particular date but once again some days later I received a message and e-mail that only 5 strips Limcee vitamin C table would be delivered since unavailability of other products with them, when I asked to them why I have been cheated twice, if they are not able to deliver the products then why they take the payment, they were replying me through mail with different excuses but now they are not replying my mails even I have told them that I am gong to 'Consumer Forum' against of it all.
                                      Kindly help me, I do not want to have any money as a compensation from 1 mg only I want 1 mg not to do it with anybody and facilitate the customers to write feedback on their website to be shown to everyone that what type of services does 1 mg provide to its customer.

                                        I have purchased some medicine from 1mg, prior to they delivered me the medicine they told me they will give me 20% rebate and extra 75 rupees. But when they came and delivered me the medicine, i checked the bill and did find that there had been no rebate as they charged me the full amount. I am a retired person and it’s hard for me to maintain my budget as i have to look after my wife as well. I lodged a complaint over the phone 2 weeks back, initially they promised to rectify their mistake and give me back my rebate amount. But 2 weeks have passed since then but nothing happened. 1 mg simply cheated me.
