I had reported on 26th-oct that my order po[protected] is not delivered yet after i got the message that it is delivered but i didn't receive that. On the request id 42912, your executive responded on 27th-oct on my registered email that he will get back after investigating but there is no update since then however i am daily asking for an update.
I don't understand what kind of service is this and why are you guys not responding to me despite reminding that those are urgent to me and if you are not going to deliver those then refund my money and i will purchase them from market.
Looks like i have been cheated by making an advance payment. Could you please expedite the resolution on this?

My experience with 1 mg was bad. It took a long discussion and argument and fight and i also had toe mail to ceo of 1mg to get my medicine returned;

But if you have to write to ceo for return of a medicine which si packed and unused, it is embarasisng to customer..

It was poor experience and i do not recommend 1mg.com for medicines.

If you are going to order Medicines, etc through 1mg.com then please be careful as you will not have the option of cancelling the order, there services are pathetic for any Issue they don't have any Helpdesk number, you need to use "Need Help" tab which nobody monitor and action on it.

My Order completed in all respect on 26th Sept. 2017 was split by them in 03 orders and 01 order (which has all the Medicines) delivered by 24 hours delay 29th Sept. 2017 after calling their FE, Office, writing emails, etc.

It's was my biggest mistake, let's not put our loved ones on Risk just for some Discount by ordering Online especially on 1mg.com

Keeping aside everything, It's just a business of minting money from investors.

I had ordered medicine through 1mg.com on Sep/05/2017. The details of the order is as mentioned below:

On Sep/6 I 11:45PM, I received SMS on my mobile that my order has been delivered. It was a shocking message as I did not receive that order from 1mg till date.

Next day I tried to contact the delivery person to check when and to whom the order was delivered. The delivery person was not contactable over the phone# mentioned in the sms.

I contacted 1mg through their website that I have not received the order and why status is showing as delivered.

The 1mg team asked me time for doing internal inquiry and promised that it will be delivered in a day.

After several emails to [protected]@1mg.com and phone calls to 1mg customer care[protected] even after 10 days, so far they have neither delivered the order nor refunded my money. This is day light fraud.

Please do the needful so that I receive the amount I have paid to them for this order and these cheaters get best punish to not repeat this kind of fraud again.

Hello sir, i purchase online patanjali honey 1 kg. Pack from https://www.1mg.com/. but the seller give me the duplicate gst bill of 260 rs. With wrong gst no. & without mention sgst or cgst in the bill. The seller name is neelkanth the medicine people. Please find below attached bill for reference. Very much disappointed service from 1mg. First they give wrong delivery date. Later they are not able to deliver the medicines. Ask them several time that, those medicines are urgent. But 1mg didn't bother about this issue. If they are not deliver within committed date, then don't give any excuse.
I ordered medicine from 1mg site on 14th july and they give sms as well as mail that medicine will deliver within 16th july. 16th july i got a sms of the delivery person's number. I tried this number 10 to 15 times. But as usual the person didn't pickup phone. Today is 17th and i am not sure you are able to deliver this medicine today also. I have a concern with 1mg, if you not able to deliver medicine within time then why you give the blank date. They forgot that they deal with medicine, which need to give priority.

I have had a very bad experience with online medicine supplier 1 mg com my mom is a heart patient and lured by the 20% discount offer, i placed an order for her monthly stock of medicines along with a valid prescription. They always have some problem or other with even the genuine prescriptions and delay the order execution and a lesson for me was to never pay upfront and you are stuck if you do.

Other than the prescription woes, i have been treated to an absolute shocker today when i finally received the medicines ordered. I paid upfront with my card and not opted for cod which i now regret. I accepted the medicine packet (Sealed) from the courier boy. However, when i opened the package after the delivery guy left, i found a critical medicine and the most expensive one of the lot (Nikoran 10 mg - 3 bottles worth rs.1, 191) missing from the package. I called back the delivery guy who was just leaving and asked him about the missing medicine but he had no answers and asked me to complain to the customer care which i duly did both on email and by phone. The response is utterly useless asking for the pictures of package, which i again submitted through an email. I am still awaiting their response and learnt a huge lesson. Medicines are best bought offline and an additional 10% discount is not worth the trouble. Paying upfront is again a big no no. I am hoping that i get my missing medicine / refund from 1mg and also hope this review helps others who might be lured by these discounts.

The 1mg.com dealer who supplied the medicines is "the medicine mart", a-19, ground floor, gazipur village, delhi-110096".

Blood sample got collected twice on 2nd june and 12th june.
First time they didn't provided the complete report, next time they again collected 3 blood samples for 1 test and again the reports are not yet generated.

Every time you call these guys, you keep on waiting, no resolution. Each time they will say that we will call you back but as expected no calls from anyone.. Its a fraud company with pathetic employees who are sitting only to lie to the customer.

I request please think twice to book any test from such fraud lab..

I bought medicine from 1mg website on 24th May 2017 with order id: PO[protected] worth Rs 1069. Post placing the order it was showing material will get delivered on 25th of May. Till 25th eve it was not delivered and when we rechecked the status, its showing it will delivered on 26th May. On 26th morning I received the message, it will get delivered by Mr Deepak Sharma
([protected]). Around 12 noon I got the message material as "Your order has been delivered"
When I got message that product had been delivered, i was shocked as we have not received the medicine yet. Product was not delivered at my place. Tried reaching to the delivery boy but his number was coming as switch off continuously.

I raised the complain with 1mg customer care also but yet to revert the update from their end.

I had faced similar instance in the past also. How 1mg team can adopt such unethical practice of cheating with the customer.

Medicine is something, which everyone expect same day delivery but its 4 days now and I have still not received the medicine. Its simply a case of cheating and because of this we had to face lot of problem & mental harassment.

This is to complaint on 1mg - online pharmacy portal regarding my order placed in this website.

Details:
i have placed an order (Po[protected]) for adoclear hq cream on 21st may 2017, 09:30 pm which actual cost is 2800/- however, with the offer/coupon they provided it costed around 2300/-.

but the problem is that they have updated stating the product is out stock after 2days, wherein the product is shown up available on the portal (Still available)

assuming that might be a technical/any other issues, i have again ordered (Id: po[protected]) the product on 23rd may 2017, 12:17 pm and they also called, verified and confirmed the order.

But i got the same response stating that it's out of stock

If it's out of stock how can it be shown available on portal for purchase (It's still available, i could re ordered it again)
Hence, i wanted to bring this to consumer forum notice, as it's is a cheating/fraudulent act​, becuz it's clearly visible that to you are bluffing the consumers incorrect promises

It's an online company which do fraudulent practise of selling medicinal products at discounted rate i book a product amway nutrilite vision health with lutein and they say that i will receive 100 cashback by booking through mobikwik wallet, so i signed up on mobikwik wallet and book the product through the same wallet but i dont received any cashback from mobikwik wallet and after 10 days they cancelled my order without my consent and transferred all my money to mobikwik wallet. And you know that mobikwik wallet has nothing to be purchased they are all completely fraud wallets.
My money is blocked...

This is the fraud practise by both mobikwik owners and 1 mg owner they are all frauds

I have placed the order id: po[protected] dated[protected] to 1mg. com online supplying medicine for supply of dr ortho capsule 1 strip of 30 capsules. the package received on[protected] and found different medicine in the package.
The matter was brought to the notice by e mail as under:-
I have not received my order medicine dr ortho capsule.
in place of the said medicine i found some himalaya product inside the package.
Advise the supplier to supply dr ortho capsule and pickup the product i received which were not order by me

Refer order po[protected] dated[protected] for supply of dr ortho capsule (1 strip) but till date supply has not been made. i urgent need of medicine. you may arrange immediate supply of dr ortho capsule (1 strip)

Vide email dated[protected] informed that:-

Pick up slip attached for the package received not containing my medicine dr ortho capsule 01 strip. you supply immediate my order medicine dr ortho capsule 01 strips.

But till date the ordered medicine was not received nor any positive response / reply of e mail and action taken in the matter.

this will be treated my notice for supply of ordered medicine or refund of cost of said medicine paid by me to you along with compensation amount of Rs.1000.00

Dear Sir,

I have registered my personal information with 1mg website for the purpose of purchasing medicine. However, I could not make a successful transaction for a valid reason and two of my last transactions were canceled by the company.

Now even after repeated request to delete my account information from their database, they are not willing to delete and I keep receiving annoying 1mg promotional emails...

This is regarding the below two Order IDs, I placed the order on 23rd Feb, for sample to be collected on 26th Feb.

I made the payments in advance, but alas on 26th FEB, the phlebotomist refused to come and collect the samples.

Finally, after lot of follow up with 1mg, the sample was collected on 27th FEB.

Just now I contacted 1mg and they told the sample is sent to the LAB and it will take 48 hours to generate the report.

Now, when I checked the list of labs the lab assigned "Quest Diagnostics" is no more listed in the same.

I request you to shut down this FRAUD and HOAX company 1mg completely and if possible take a legal action over all the employees involved with this conspiracy, as they were aware of all the illegalities.

My father is a senior citizen, is diabetic, has renal and multiple health issues.

For multiple tests i ordered sample collection from 1mg on 23rd - feb-2017 for collection on 26th-feb-2017 on 10-11am. I made advance payments as well.

For the next 2 days i never got any update from 1mg, on 25th night 1 day prior i called 1mg and they said sir we have forwarded the request and by 7 pm you will get the details, but alas by 9 pm i didn't get any update. After multiple followups and escalation to supervisor i got the contact details.

Next morning the collection guy didn't turn up and i called him, he said i am not going to come today, if you want i can come tomorrow.

I called 1 mg regarding the same, those cheaters, # they said they will follow with the lab team and call back in another 30 mins, but they never did.

I called them back again, they said we can only arrange the same tomorrow.

My concerns is why allow such cheats to operate:-
1. I booked the same 3 days ago, still no use my tests will be done on another day.

2. I had to spend so much money and trouble calling and following up. Who will pay for it?

3. Who will arrange for doctors appointment for this delay. They sit in ac and make fun of common people like us.

I request to take strict action over all the executives priyanka, vigendra, mary and their superviosr from 1mg.

I approached to thyrocare laboratory through www.1mg.com for thyro analysis of myself . First of all the reports which I got is of some other person. They have provided wrong reports. Upon that whenever I call they were telling you will get the correct reports within 1 hr, 2 hrs, half an hour, keeping us on waiting. We need that reports immediately since we are out of city for doctor consultation. But till now no...

I ordered medicines for my heart ailment to 1mg.com online and as advertised widely by the site it was @ 22% discount.
PO[protected] is the reference, I received the medicines and they charged Rs 5772/- for the same. When enquired about the bill it was told that it is inside the packet.
To my surprise when the packet was opened they have charged full MRP with NO DISCOUNT.
Upon inquiry from the call center of 1 mg I was told that I did not opt for any discount.
This is a shameless lie because these medicines are available all across over the counter and I applied because of the discount.
I wrote to them but they do not care to respond.
These is a clear case of cheating.

This is regarding my experience with the 1mg

I placed two orders
1) Order Number: PO[protected]-212 Placed on: August 5, 2016
2) Order Number: PO[protected]-380 Placed on: August 6, 2016


Reported the issue with the items got, as i use to monitor glucose level
regularly before breakfast/after breakfast and dinner. I found an increase of
glucose level by 100 in the morning to evening. I have reported the duplicacy
of item to 1MG, But No action has been taken from them.

Better to not order from 1MG, avoid discounts on medicine as they use to deliver the item
which are in their stock from long time.

After all, it is a big loss to my mother health just because of the 25% discount.
Now, it will take another 15 days with the correct insulin from stores to get the same results as before.
