I withdrawed my ₹5525 on 8 september but till now it is not credited to me

Initially they told me to wait for 48 hours and now they are just excluding to wait for 24 hours more from last 3 4 days

Firstly they use to reply really quicks but now they don't even reply for hours

Please can you help me getting my money back i am so struck in between😭

      I joined 1win in Jul. Initially i get my withdrawal easily but now they totally Stop. Asked identity proof and i provided still not get my withdrawal please help me i m in dipression. I lost lake's in 1win.
      I just want recovery of my amount by Wining but 1win suspended my withdrawal.

        I have requested for withdrawal of money. It's rejected many time. Finally they deducted money from game account, but not deposited till the date to my bank account. It seems they are fraud, and cheating it's users.

            Good morning
            I made withdrawal request on 2 Sep from morning 0500 hrs to 0724 hrs. In between I made five withdrawal request of 50000.00 eatch and wait for 48 hrs of policy. After 48 hrs i contact customer care 1win. They said tecnical issue and said [protected]@1win.xyz emaid.
            I email that I'd still not solved issue or not responding from 1 win app.
            Also for new withdrawal request not accepting....

                    I had withdrawn my winning money on 13th 2022 which is still showing in pending . Don't know when the problem will be fixed and my money will come in my account..

                            I have applied for a withdrawal on 6 of July 11:11 PM but then after waiting of 24 hour still the withdrawal was not credited to my account and i try to contact the 24/7 customer support but they reply to me that the withdrawal process usually taken within 24-48 hours so they ask me to wait for more hours. But then after waiting of more than 60 hours still the withdrawal was not credited. After sometime I contact them again so they asked me to send the mail but the mail give no response...
