I have purchased a milk subscription on 31st Dec 2015 (Order#[protected] and the payment was made through payu money as a part of promotional offer by paytm. I was told that within 3-4 days someone will be contacting you to start the subscription. But no one contacted me for that, i patiently waited for a month and then again contacted customer care the same promise was made by customer care. Done multiple calls and emails but nothing worked. Finally now i am hearing that the company is almost on the verge of closure. Need to request my refund.
