22/03/2016 purchase at 24x7fresh_paytm 21:09:50/13874 inr 1, 701.00

I have done the above payment on mar22nd, but till now i have not received any confirmation of order as well as deliverty details.

Called up several times[protected], but always number is busy and some times post 15 seconds, it will automatically disconnect.

Can you please look in to it quickly.
