[Resolved] 24X7Fresh.in — No supply of prepaid milk subscription for 1 month, paid rs 3213 | |||||
I placed my order on 30th april (Order[protected] for milk subscription. I had paid rs 3213/- the monthly charges in advance through paytm. I was promised the milk supply will start on 02.05.2016 then changed date to 16/05/2016 when i asked them by calling on their customer care no.[protected] several times. No milk is delivered till date. I have been calling yesterday and again today, but no response from their customer support[protected]. They do not log any complaint, nor do they give any complaint number, neither do they escalate the call to their supervisor / manager upon customer insistence. They are not informing anything on email also. I have also done complaint against 24x7 @ paytm but no response is from there also even after 2 weeks of complaint.
