24X7Fresh.in — Non delivery of items against the milk subscription | |||||
I had made a purchase on a website http://24x7fresh.in/ on 29th march, 2016 for a milk subscription amounting to rs.1377.00 for which i made the payment through payu money. The service was promised to start from april 3rd, then postponed to april 19th but, now when i try calling the customer care, they either disconnect the call, or refuse to respond to my query, not to mention they are quite rude and ask us not call again. I have written to them on their customer care email address [protected]@24x7fresh.in quite a few times requesting for a refund but they do not respond. I have contacted payu money as i had made the payment through their wallet services, but they in-turn asked me to contact my bank to get the refund. I would request you to kindly help me get a refund for the said product/service. I have attached a screenshot as proof of purchase.
