I have paid rs.1404 to "24x7fresh.In" on 19th april, 2016 through paytm transaction no. [protected] for heritage milk. After few days on 25th april, 2016 i got a mail from as follows... ""hello Thank you for shopping with 24x7fresh.In Your order is in process, so please allow some more time. Your delivery is start from 1st may. We assure you that once our services begins it will continue uninterrupted. Fyi - before starting our services, l Local area supervisor and delivery boys will connect with you for confirmation of delivery start date. Count for milk shall begin from the day our service starts. Anticipating a long term relationship with you!""""" Today is 18th of may till date no product has supplied, i am asking for money back, the customer care email id and phone number both are not responding. What should i do? Is the company fake? 24*7 Fresh — 24 * 7 A Fraud Companay - No Response from customer care
I have places an order on February 16th for the subscription of Milk and it's been 3 months no update on the order / delivery. I tried to call customer care number nobody picks up the phone and no response on emails too.I have clue of my money.
