24X7Fresh.in — Order for milk placed, neither order fulfilled nor payment refunded

I, deepak kumar, made an online order for one month subscription of double toned milk on May 6, 2016 with order id[protected] with the website 24x7fresh.in
when the order was not fulfilled, i wrote to [protected]@24x7fresh.in on june 21, 2016 and they reverted, regretting to fulfill the order.
then on July 12, 2016, i wrote to the company for refund.
later on Aug. 5, 2016, i write a 2nd reminder for the refund.
But nobody ever reverted back to me since then.
All correspondence was done via email id [protected]@gmail.com

Kindly, get my amount(Rs. 700) refunded along with a penalty of Rs.5000 to be imposed on the company for the harassment.

You can also Change your product to get fast delivery Like Vegetable, Fruit and Meat. Either Refund will take 90 days.

this is regarding order id[protected], this is an order for double toned milk made on May 6, 2016. pls get the refund made asap, so this i can trust ur company nd refer it to somebody else in future. talked to cust. care, and they said that refund will be made in 90 days, but if it is so, then trust me, i am not going to refer 24x7 fresh to anybody.
please get the refund processed asap.

We apologies for the inconvenience in the services you have experienced during your subscription period due to lack of communication.

We are withdrawing all subscriptions from 30th June 2016 till we update our Technology, logistics and manpower. Those who have subscribed in the month of March to May and have not got services for a single day from us can claim immediate charge back from the concerned bank. We will ensure that the approval is given for refunds asap. Incase if still do not receive refund with-in 15 days of claim, you may please contact us. We will ensure your Service are started as early as possible. However, we will not be taking any new subscriptions after 30th June till our Technology; Logistics and manpower are scaled to face large customer requirements.

We have had some bad experiences with Payu and Paytm payment gateway as they have not shared any information of refunds or transaction IDs from last 158 and 32 days respectively. Instead with the complaints of just .01% of our customers they had blocked our Gateway without any Notice.

The Cyber Crime Cell had frozen our company bank account and thus our hands were tied but we want to ensure complete / seamless service without any excuses. We had been providing services since last 11 months and promise to serve you for sure.

We are issuing coupons for the remainder amount. However, if you have taken the service for even a single day, then we would request you to send an email with supporting Order id and concern to harsh.[protected]@24x7fresh.in We will confirm with our back end and issue your coupon to ensure a quick response. We would request the handover of the daily/weekly/fortnightly coupons once the service has started.

Our customer care number is [protected] and customer care technology is also going to be upgraded within the next 10-15 working days. We are opening up 9 warehouses in Delhi-NCR, 9 in Mumbai, 6 in Bangalore and 2 each in Pune and Hyderabad to serve our customers.
