I subscribed to the following subscription: Nandini Tonned 520 Ml Milk (Blue Pack) x 30 Days. on 18th April 2016 and was confirmed that the service would start from 23 Apr 2016. I had paid the amount of Rs 1377 online using my HSBC debit card. Below are the details of the transaction: Order #[protected] SKU: 2000109 Date of transaction: 18 Apr 2016 Date the money was debited from bank account: 21 Apr 2016 Proposed date of start of service: 23 Apr 2016. The company is now not reachable on phone/email/website. I am also not able to cancel my transaction. I expect that a criminal case be failed against this company by this forum (representing a lot of customers) and arrange for the money to be refunded. It is quite possible that the authorities can freeze the bank accounts of this company and block their online transactions to safeguard against new offenses. So, I humbly request all those who have got cheated, to please lodge a complaint with your nearest police station. The value of your effort may outweigh that you lost in this transaction, but you could be contributing to book the offender and prevent future victims.
I am sure, there are thousands of victims like us pan India. It is pretty easy to crack for the Cyber Police and bring justice, as they are networked across all cities.
