Team, I have made the transaction on 29th April with order no #[protected] to provide me services of 12 litre of milk to be delivered for 30 days for order value of Rs.8, 820/-. It was told to me that services will be started in 2-3 working days and later promised that it will be provided after 2 weeks which is from 16-18th of May. These promises kept on extending as we pass by the time. However, without success no services has been provided for this order value. Now, it looks like the company has stopped all its operations and i am failing to reach anyone. This payment was done from PayTM payment gateway and PayTM should have validated the authenticity & genuineness of the company before rendering services. However, PayTM team has provided below details of the company. Owner Name - Randhir Kumar Contact No – [protected] Email id – [protected]@24x7fresh.in Address - Off – SH-08, Sector-71, Noida 201301 This is a serious offence on the basis of business ethics, believe and trust of digitisation India we are talking about.
