Hi I had ordered milk subscription with 24x7fresh.In on 11th may 2016. Order detail is as below: Shipping address Prateek saxena Aum sadan, flat # 502, plot #l1 &l2, cmc layout, masjid band, kondapur, botanical garden lane, opposite lane to jaguar showroom Hyderabad, andhra pradesh, 500084 India Order#4000107 Heritage tonned 500 ml milk x 30 days ₹540.00 x ordered: 2 Total:₹1, 080.00. I made them call many times, initially they told it will take 5working days to deliver. After i got below mail: Dear customer Thank you for showing interest in 24x7fresh. We have successfully processed your order for the delivery of at your door steps. We shall start delivering the milk (Quantity as requested) at your door steps from 18/19/20th may 2016 depending on the system feasibility. We assure you that once our services begins it will continue uninterrupted. Fyi - before starting our services, your local area supervisor will connect with you for confirmation of delivery start date. Count for milk shall begin from the day our service starts. Anticipating a long term relationship with you! With regards, 24x7fresh So i called them 20th may, they told me due to some shortage, we are not able to process kindly wait for 48 hours you will get 100% its our promise. But till now i did not receive product, so i call them today (23rd may 2016 at 12:34pm) Customer care was talking very rudely and saying we have closed milk subscription, you can buy other things like vegetables fruits. So i asked him to return my money, he told it will take 3month to return your money. After that i asked please transfer your call to manager, he told no one is here. I asked him please process my cancel request and give me id, he refuse to give me id and said cut your call we will process and send you mail. But till now i didn't get any mail. Even they are not lifting call. Even they told me it will take 90days to return your money. How it can be possible sir? 90days i was surprised Kindly file my complaint for this company Was this information helpful? | |||||
