I'm taken the holidays package of 25 chhutti in 2019 but till they're not given us any package and all of them office location and contact number are fake

I have taken membership on 26th Nov 2019. 4B-48, 4th Floor, Highstreet Cum Highland corporate centre. Kapurbawdi Junction, Thane (W) 400607. There are 2 sales person involved Mr. Chetan Sharma Mob. No. [protected] and Miss. Nayanika Mob No. [protected].

Now when I called both not picking my call. Customer care also not reachable.

I have trusted company and sales team that was my biggest mistake. they have even do not allow us to take paper where they have explained & written services and promotional offer to me & my wife. they said we require this for filing. you will get everything in welcome kit.

Following features / offers committed to us by sales team (Mr. Om Lahoti)

1) 6N&7 Days any domestic package inclusion everything flight tickets, food, & private car. which we can avail any time during my membership period. no compulsion to avail this year. They will help to book additional two tickets for my children in discounted rate.

from their book let (Kashmir, Andaman & nikobar, Shimla here were 7 to 8 packages they shown)

2) 4N/5 day package for 5 years in = 3* hotels which includes breakfast & lunch or dinner & private car. I can accommodate less than 8 year 2 children with us without any additional charges if I do not demand for extra bed.

3) You do not have any travel restrictions you can go any day among 365 day in year. you have to just book 25 or 30 days advanced.

4) If place is not available their listed location we can get booking from tied up hotels for which we have to pay nominal amount which can be very 500 to 1000 depending upon hotel.

5) they will plan our entire itinerary and help us for air booking in discounted rate.

6) You do not have to pay additional if you gift holidays to friend or relatives or they accompany you.

7) you do not have to pay maintenance charges if you are not availing holidays in that year. You have to pay it only year when you avail your holidays.

8) They have given us 2N/3D stay to attend presentation and said if you take membership any condition mentioned in voucher is not applicable to you. I will arrange lonavala trip for you from tied up hotel.

After becoming member I could not call due to busy schedule after some time covid-19 come in to existence as per sales person these 2 year can be extend. But now when I am actually plaining to go Shimla nobody is replying me. Customer case number also not reachable. They are not replying on mail also. Bothe sales person Mr. Chetan and Nayanika not picking call. It seem sales person behaviour suspicious. When I try to connect with google lots of complain are there. Now I understood that they have make me fool.

I am feeling like cheated and wish to file FIR for cheating and unethical business done by your company. I want to cancel my membership and want my money back. I do not want to continue relationship with the company which is not ethical.

After personally visiting and dog like follow-up still they have not updated services in portal and today they have emailed me MOU in which one clause is written do not trust sales person verbal promises.

they have fooled me... I want to warn all people do not deal with them they are liars cheater and not doing ethical business...

I am member of company, paid 80000 full amount of package on dated 08/06/18 i am not used package. no one is responding, website is closed, customer care service is closed, office also closed. Company just collect money from all customer and run away. if any one filled police complain against 25 chutti. please add me also.

My mother Mrs Vandana Rajendra Gupte had purchased a membership from this company and so far has invested 75000 rs for the said membership. There is no trace of this company after covid and there are no working phone numbers or email id which we can contact them through. Their High Street Mall office is closed and we can't find any other office adress. I'd really like if someone can contact us to discuss this matter further.

When I'm trying to login to the website, I'm getting the following message:

But after submitting the complaint, I'm getting the message "Could not execute the query :(."

Please do the needful immediately.

I have been subscriber of 25Chutti.com Holiday membership package from Year 2019. Since Corona pandemic is over, trying to plan for Holiday basis membership availed from them. From last 1 week they are not reachable for planning holiday. I have valid documents issued by them at their Big-Bazar, Kapurbawdi Thane marketing office.
In case if they are not reachable in next few weeks, then there is no option other than to file complaint at local police station.

I took a pakage from 25chutti.com but because of corona I could not plan the trip now I am trying to contact them but they are not responding they took full payment through EMIS but not not responding on mail neither could contact through call. I am they have done fraud or my money is gone

3 years back took the membership. Now wanted to book holiday. But no response from the company on phone nor on email.

I am trying to reach 25 chutti since when but not able to connect them. I have paid more than 2 lac for this but haven't traveled even once. Plconnect me [protected]. Worried about my money. No action on mail too. Please please call back.

I had taken their membership in 2017 for tour and travel through 25chutti.com. I have sent mails and called them on the given number but there is no response from them.

Dear Sir,

I took membership of 25 Chutti in december 19, post which due to lockdown and covid 19 there was no availability of holiday tour. Now trying to contact them for detail about when they are going to start service and how this period extension will be given. But they are not responding to email and call.
customer support number is coming switched off and email is unanswered.

Now i will be expecting either refund or service availability from them as per membership plan

Please support. I have took this membership with saving of 3 years.

Hi want raise a complaint against this company as they cheated me as well. I send certain email for cancellation of my membership as the company given a fake offers and promises I was offered a couple watch which I haven't received yet they said if you don't want to go for a holiday you can purchase a electronic device or you can let us know we can sale your package and give you the money back and many more even I haven't receive any document as they promise you will get a document with stamp paper. when I confirm the same with customer service they denied for such offers said will get back to you as need to confirm with sales team but no reply and call back was done. Now their customer care number is not working and no reply on email.Please help to get my money back as its fraud company.
