We had purchased the 25Chutti.com Domestic Travel Package last year February 2020 at your Thane Office after tons of calls and marketing pitch from you., but till date the package is not activated. It was for a period of 5 years.

We would like to highlight that we have called multiple times, sent multiple emails and visited your Vashi, Kharghar, Thane and APMC branches but did not find anything.
Tried online services, but of no use.
I have attached email conversations of various follow ups with you.

It seems like the package was a sheer fraudulent act.

We are anxious and worried about our money INR 44000/-

Request you to please look into this matter and initiate the refund or else we would have to go a stricter way, since no other option is left.

I had taken Membership from 25Chutti.com in November 2018 by paying Rs.84, 000/-. I was told that in case if I do not travel within 2 years of taking membership, they will give me electronic items of my choice. I had sent several emails to their email id at [protected]@25chutti.com and [protected]@travelseva.net requesting them to cancel my membership and refund the money since January 2020. No response from the company.

I the pravin dwarkanath thakur stays in dombivli.I have purchased membership from 25 chhuti on 19/08/2018 worth 50000rs.
First year they have not any availability for bookings as they have promised it will not happen ever with this company.From 2019 they are not receiving any calls, no email replies, n websites also not working.
I have wasted my 50000rs.i want it refund.pls someone help me out.

I had taken 10 year membership by paying 95000 rupees. Now the company website, email, phone none is working.

Paid 40, 000 to 25 Chutti on 5.5.2019 against 5 year membership. I couldn't use the facility even a single time. As there is no 25 Chutti regd. office available in Thane i could not make any query or offline transaction with them. Hence it is highly requested to cancel my membership and refund my payment made against membership.

I hv paid Rs. 60000/- to 25 Chutti.com for 5 years membership for 30 days tour programme. This company is now neither lifting phone nor replying to our emails. I now request to return my membership amt as I want to cancel the membership.

I was member for three years
But after deposit money they are nit recieng call and no responce of maill

I have taken membership of approx 2 lakh where they have offered me plot and 25 year membership to there portal but it's been 3 & half year no response to any things n whenever I call them they say it's on hold

I have paid 6000 for 8 year service. But now no one accepting call. Customer care number which is on website, no one recieving. Looks like they have bluff.

I had taken membership of 25chutti on Dec 2019..I made a payment of 60, 000 for 10 year membership. But now no one is replying or no one is accepting call. All my money gone into vain as no service provided from their side. I also visited their office but they are not located there and have vanished. Plz let me know what can be done to get my amount back.

I am member of company, paid full amount of package but now no one is responding, website is closed, customer care service is closed, office also closed. Company just collect money from all customer and run away. I am filling police complaint against 25 chutti, if any one all ready filled complain add me also.

It seem to be fraud company.

In Feb 2018 became a member of 25 Chutti.com. vide monthly installments paid complete amount of Rs.70000/- vide ECS of my bank every month. The membership commitments were not fulfilled at any point of time. Today surprisingly they are missing on the web as well.

Is this fake company, i have paid 50k for 5 years membership. Their call at customer care number give is not working. Pls call me at [protected] to resolve my issues

When ever I try to call customer care phone are not responding.
And they have closed thane office.

I want refund or book my holiday asap

Request to please refund my membership amount plus my first holiday booking amount which is not yet happened.
