Hi There, I need to cancel my membership & need refund dont want to continue.

As I got a call from 25chutti team early in morning that my mobile number is lucky and I will got some gift from 25chutti.On same day I was visited the 25chutti office in Thane Majiwada Junction area. first 45 min some tours package was discussion given to me...later on they were telling me that we will give you tours with reasonable prices all over the world as I all was not at all interested in those package any how they manage me to took into interest in it and l had given 25000 by cheque. I am not interested in those package also I was visited the office to refund my money but they refuse to give me money since past one month I am try to refund my money from 25chutti.com as I am not at al interested in those package. plz plz help to refund my money as earliest as possible

I have personally visited your Kalyan and Thane offices (as per address in received booklet / slip ) but this office is already closed.I am paying the package amount under EMI by ECS. If you do not contact me within 48 hours, then I will stopped my ECS, for which you will be fully responsible.

As i have registered at allure travelseva services pvt. Ltd, 4b-48, 4th floor, highstreet cum highland corporate centre, kapurbavadi junction, thane w 400607. (25 chutti.com) and paid rs 10, 000/- on 08/02/2020. Meanwhile due to pandemic, corona outbreak worldwide i am going to cancel my registration. Kindly initiate my refund amount rs-10, 000/- in my account.

I have sent above message to mail bud didn't get any reply...

I was frequently trying to call mr. Ranjan bedi. but he did not picked my calls infact he blocked my number. Is this way to deal with your customers.?

i am really fed up with such a organisation who doesn't care their customers. I want my refund asap in any circumstances.

I am arun ganesan we bought this product as holiday package on july 28th. Membership id is 411952
Still i am not able to book any single trip. Whatever place we request, the customer care respond not available. So i asked to sell this product to someone and give money. The agent told he will speak to manager. But he is not responding call for past one month even when we call daily.

This company is a fraud one... They make false commitment to sell their membership and once we have paid they will change on all the commitments they made. First they will take your number in some mall and then you will receive a call that you have received free gifts... Later they will ask to collect those gifts and for that you need to attend their 1 hour presentation. After that they will force you to buy their policy.

Registered the no and coupon code but to use it when tried on the site to book then the error is occuring like this. Not able to book any locations.
Can you please assist me that how to go on with the site and get the place booked. Even called customer care but they seemed that you need to get back to us with the screenshot for the same.
Need to have knowledge whether we need to register and then immmediately redeem to use that or is there some other thing.

Myself once visited sarvodaya mall kalyan
They got one slip filled from us saying that u visited this mall so they are getting it filled

After few days we got a call from somewhere in thane stating that we have got a free gift and to come and collect
We had argue with that lady that in the name of free gift is there any plans or schemes u r going to discuss they plainly said no its only free gift
This arguement went for 2 3 time and everytime they said no its only free gift

We went there they said us to give details of our job we told them we have come for free gift spending 250 rs to reach there. She said there is a family function going inside so ask us to attend mean while she will get the gift ready

We went inside we were given one table chairs to sit asked us coffee and tea

Then they started with their conspiracy. Had a nice talking with us they explained to us many many things all gol gol
Not clear it was 10 pm we were not getting convinced they were again and again trying to convince us at last they succeded in doing so for rs 30000 for 5d/6n 6n/5d per year for 5 years one international and rs 9000 to be paid every year
In this they told us many many many things such as pick and drop, for sight seeing they will provide us with car they will allot us 5 star hotel breakfast dinner flight ticket and all and also they said this all is for family i told them i am having son of 20 years and many more which i could nit recollect.

We told them that we will come tomorrow for the same but they said no plz do it today as it is already 11 and all and the offer was only for today they again and again insisted us they were insisting us one or other way whenever we refused they provide us with new offer something or other and then atlast we agreed we told we will pay the amount 2mrrw as we do not have any documents with us no pan card aadhar card but again they insisted that to pay the amt today itslef and for documents they may send the person to our house the next day, we paid the amount of whole amt of rs 30000 and they gave us the receipt.

They took signature on few papers which were not completed filled and then they took that papers with them we thought that they will provide us with one copy so we asked they said no they will give us with welcone kit and all.

This got over

Next day i got a call that welcome and they said it is rs 60000 no papers yet send and all i told them to hold down before i sought the matter

Then i called chetan to send me papers it took 3 4 days that to send papers in that it was written all what i read i was horrified the way they cheated
There was no name of my son it was under 12 years and also the amount they wrote was 60000 and also upon that 9000 every year cheated us
I was horrified because they explained many things but what was finalized was 30, 000 but now they were also not responding properly so i went to their office

I went to their office again and had talk on that about minor child and also about 60000 they denied stating that i was aware of all this (Where as i was not aware) and also now again they offered me once again saying that pay 60000 and they will give me 2 more years and also something like one year returned international ticket
I told them i want to withdraw the offer and refund the money they plainly said no insist they can offer me two years more

They were so rude now and also their tone was changed i thought of getting legal help which i do not wanted to goto nut no option left (I was not ready now)

I told them on the recipt they have not mentioned any balance, even they took signature on empty papers.

I also told them ki money return nhi karna toh jo aapse 30000 mei ban sake woh de duo will do yu toh hamara paisa aapney pass na rakho but they plainly refused

Then after 2 days i called but no reply i came to know archies got married and no one to reply to me it was disgusting but left with no alternative i have to wait. I made up my mind now that with this cheater company i do not want to keep any transaction and no faith left. They have tortured us like anything we are mentally tortured

I use to msg in between but no reply

Sir this is what you employees have done with the hard earned money of the public

It is not the money which we have got it from one cheating it is hard earned money struggling right from morning 6 to evening 10

They cheated us badly we had tears of blood in our eyes but no hesitation on the face of your employees they are busy cheating others

We have all proofs with us empty paper where they took sign all written material and receipt where no balance is mention

From april to sep they have not even called to ask what process or what way it could be settled

I will be using all my political social contacts to get money back now no compromise

Sir i[censored] understand that money was hard earned. To earn the money how much we are struggling we know

Do not underestimate anybody

This company says that money cannot be refunded there is no institution where money is not refunded where the service is not used i have not used their free service also

Upon checking the website, i was not able to register the email address further i have already registered my coupon code for the holiday package for 2 nights/3 days and my travel date is 1 feb 2020. Unable to contact the customer service and facing a very slow response. I need to know who is the focal point here so i can contact them. Please let me know.

I got call stating i won free gift vouchers and i have to collect it from their office. They have wasted my 3 hours in showing membership presentation. Gifts which i have received are useless. They have treated us badly and we have been insulted by almost staff member after denying purchase of membership plan. It was worst situation.

Don’t go there for free gift.
Gifts are as mentioned below.

1. 12 movie tickets - upto rs 100 reimbursement on buying of 2 movie tickets every alternate month. Will have to visit their office to get rs 100 with original tickets.

2. Imagica gift voucher - pune imagica water park. Need to redeem within 16 days. It was offered in the month of january to mumbai staying people.

3. Kalyan jewellery vouchers: 5000 cashback on purchase of 50000 fashion jewellery. Totally waste.

4. 2 nights/ 3 days holiday voucher - need to inform before 60 days. Can book standard non ac rooms for weekdays only. Hotel quality as per their choice.

My Wife had Filled one form in Dmart for lucky draw and then i got a call from 25Chutti.com on 13/10/2019 we were asked to visit thane high street mall thane as a lucky prize winner.
We have visited around 3:0 PM as there was continues call from may be around 8 calls to come and visit the location.
There they asked us to attend a seminar of 45 mins. During this seminar they explained about their holiday services and gradually started putting pressure on us to immediately decide and pay the money.
Executive Name Pooja and Sarfaraz .
Under the pressure paid Rs 22000 as advance and agreed to become a member.
We have done payment through ATM Card as we don’t have any cash money that time.
After payment I got one call from same number for confirmation about membership as per that call was recorded.
We have received some gift card which only recover with them by visiting there office.
we have some Medical emergency and when i tried to call them no answer .Later when i read the document, there were lot of deviations on the commitment. I also went through the reviews on internet and found that they are used to cheat people. I then immediately on the next day requested them to cancel the booking.
Lastly there is lot of fraudulent case registered against them on online consumer Forum. There reviews are negative and services are pathetic according to existing members.any one who faced the same fraud contact me so we can together going to register FIR against them.

25 chutti is total fraud company, while taking membership they have not even given the time to read the documents and have taken membership charge of rs.60000/- at the once. Executive with his manager has told me to trust them and have faith on company.
When i planned my first holiday in alibaug, customer care executive said that it is not listed in their holiday destination. They also asked for amc which was waived off as per the manager and the executive.
After few months again i tried to plan my holiday and have come to know about surcharges. When i complained about the same they said that it is extra and is written in agreement (Mou). When i asked for mou then they have sent me which was supposed to get in 45 days by default after taking membership, also i come to know that they have given membership for 5 years which was supposed to be of 7 years. Post that i have received the membership card and it was also having date for 5 years only. When i complained about all these issues, they told me have patience as their concern team is working on same.
I have taken membership in sep 2018 and still i have not got any holiday planned by them and no proper response from their team, only response i get is "have patience our concern team is working on the same".

I have lost all my faith and trust on this company and still waiting for membership cancellation and refund of amount which i have paid to them.

I have been made complete fool by 25chutti people of thane, majiwada branch. The branch head archie is a fraud person. Whenever i go to branch offc they say to request through e-mail. And there is rarely any response provided by them through e-mail. They are fooling people and looting money by promising holiday trips all over world.in actual they take amc charge, exclusion charge per night, do not provide pick and drop also. They suggest really cheap hotel even after promising 3 star hotel in contractuql agreement. I request 25chutti to cancel my membership and refund my 75000 and also pay fine for fooling for last 2 years.

Please don't register with this fake travel company called 25 chitti which also a part of alluri travels.
They have cheated me around 2 lacks.

We paid an amount of 2 lacs to them for our future tours and trips scheme.
They will show us the beautiful picture while the time of registration.

I am trying to contact them to book my holiday trip and i am literally chasing them daily and they are not replying to me.
They also moved their shop from pune amanora mall also.

Please don't register to this.
