Hi all,

Please don't register with this fake travel company called 25 chitti which also a part of alluri travels.
They have cheated me around 2 lacks.

We paid an amount of 2 lacs to them for our future tours and trips scheme.
They will show us the beautiful picture while the time of registration.

I am trying to contact them to book my holiday trip and i am literally chasing them daily and they are not replying to me.
They also moved their shop from pune amanora mall also.

They are cheating so many people and i am going to file a case against them.

Please come along with me and we will collectively put a strong case on them.

Myself Nisha Hodekar once visited Sarvodaya Mall Kalyan
They got one slip filled from us saying that u visited this Mall so they are getting it filled

After few days we got a call from somewhere in Thane stating that we have got a free gift and to come and collect
We had argue with that lady that in the name of free gift is there any plans or schemes u r going to discuss they plainly said NO its only free gift
This arguement went for 2 3 time and everytime they said No its only free gift

We went there they said us to give details of our job we told them we have come for free gift spending 250 rs to reach there . She said there is a family function going inside so ask us to attend mean while she will get the gift ready

We went inside we were given one table chairs to sit asked us coffee and tea

Then they started with their conspiracy . Had a nice talking with us they explained to us many many things all gol gol
Not clear it was 10 pm we were not getting convinced they were again and again trying to convince us at last they succeded in doing so for rs 30000 for 5D/6N 6N/5D per year for 5 years one International and rs 9000 to be paid every year
In this they told us many many many things such as pick and drop, for sight seeing they will provide us with car they will allot us 5 Star hotel breakfast dinner flight ticket and all and also they said this all is for family i told them i am having son of 20 years and many more which i could nit recollect.

We told them that we will come tomorrow for the same but they said no plz do it today as it is already 11 and all and the offer was only for today They again and again insisted us they were insisting us one or other way whenever we refused they provide us with new offer something or other AND then atlast we agreed we told we will pay the amount 2mrrw as we do not have any documents with us no pan card Aadhar card But again they insisted that to pay the amt today itslef and for documents they may send the person to our house the next day, we paid the amount of whole amt of Rs 30000 and they gave us the receipt .

They took signature on few papers which were not completed filled and then they took that papers with them we thought that they will provide us with one copy so we asked they said no they will give us with welcone kit and all .

This got over

Next day I got a call that welcome and they said it is Rs 60000 No Papers Yet send and all I told them to hold down before I sought the matter

Then i called chetan to send me papers it took 3 4 days that to send papers in that it was written all what i read i was horrified the way they cheated
There was no name of my son it was under 12 years and also the amount they wrote was 60000 and also upon that 9000 every year Cheated us
I was horrified because they explained many things but what was finalized was 30, 000 But Now they were also not responding properly So I went to their office

I went to their office again and had talk on that about minor child and also about 60000 they denied stating that I was aware of all this ( where as i was not aware ) and also now again they offered me once again saying that pay 60000 and they will give me 2 more years and also something like one year returned International ticket
I told them i want to withdraw the offer and refund the money they plainly said NO insist they can offer me two years more

They were so rude now and also their tone was changed I thought of getting legal help which I do not wanted to goto nut no option left ( i was not ready now )

I told them on the recipt they have not mentioned any balance, even they took signature on empty papers .

I also told them ki money return nhi karna toh Jo aapse 30000 mei ban sake woh de duo will do yu toh hamara paisa aapney pass na rakho but they plainly refused

Then after 2 days i called but no reply I came to know Archies got married and no one to reply to me It was disgusting but left with no alternative i have to wait .I made up my mind now that with this cheater company i do not want to keep any transaction and NO faith left . THEY HAVE TORTURED US LIKE ANYTHING WE ARE MENTALLY TORTURED

Sir This is what you Employees have done with the hard earned money of the public

It is not the money which we have got it from one cheating It is hard earned money Struggling right from morning 6 to evening 10

They cheated us badly we had tears of blood in our eyes but no hesitation on the face of your employees they are busy cheating others

We have all proofs with us empty paper where they took sign all written material and receipt where no balance is mention

from April to Sep They have not even called to ask what process or what way it could be settled


i will be using all my political social contacts to get money back now No compromise

This company says that money cannot be refunded there is no institution where money is not refunded where the service is not used I have not used their free service also

25 chutti is totally fraudulent and cheat company.
The previous post was given as they had extended my holiday for 4th year as they were not able to provide me hotel bookings with a promise that i would be given bookings as soon as i asked for same.

However, i regret to note that 25 chutti have gone back on their promise.

I had applied for hotel booking on 2july 2019 for dharamshala/dalhousie and they kept offering packages. On insisting that i wanted only hotel accommodation, as usual they said bookings were full and offered alibag, panchgani. Why would a person staying in mumbai want to go repeatedly to these places??.
Subsequently, as they could not get me hotel booking, i requested them to give me their per day charge, and offered to book, and any excess i would pay directly to hotel. Mr. Kelvin did not give me per day charge but gave bookings with extra payment of ₹1550/- per night.

I refused and categorically told them that i had paid 45000₹ for 5 years, ie ₹9000/- per year. (Eligibility ₹2250/- per night) if he is going to charge me ₹1550/-per night for a hotel whose rate on website is ₹2368/- (Snapshot of same was sent to them) that means they are paying only ₹818/- against my eligibility of ₹2250/-. That too at normal retail rate.

Mr. Sujal shah, as also their complaint cell has not responded to my numerous mails till date.

Please beware of this fraud company.in fact all their customers should take them to task for cheating customers of their hard earned money.
In short they will not give a booking without charging extra. Which is a violation of their contract. As they cannot fulfil the terms of mou, please refund for 2 years with interest @9%.

Dear sir, i was asked to visit thane high street mall thane as a lucky prize winner. There they asked us to attend a seminar of 45 mins. During this seminar they explained about their holiday services and gradually started putting pressure on us to immediately decide and pay the money. I under the pressure paid rs 10000 as advance and agreed to become a member. Later when i read the document, there were lot of deviations on the commitment. I also went through the reviews on internet and found that they are used to cheat people. I then immediately on the next day requested them to cancel the booking and refund me the amount. But they denied returning the same. I have not used any facility from them and seeking help to get my hard earned money return. I even asked them to deduct a reasonably fair amount from my advance and return me the remaining amount. Before booking, they even agreed to give electronic items as refund, if we wish to cancel the membership. But later denied of any such committmnent. They are not at all cooperating. Please help.

25 chutti sales making fool their customer promising moon but actually giving only substandard service.

I had many occasion mentioned to discontinue their member ship and return my paid amount. But they refuse to give it back. My membership detail is as follow

25chutti management not paying me back my hard earned money. Which I paid them online for holiday package as advance and immediately on next day requested to cancel it after I could study flaws in their package and their past cheating records.
I visited their office and requested them but they have not returned back my money

We were asked to collect free gifts. At first they did not disclosed the topic. they gave 23000 from us for membership booking. In case we wanted to cancel or do not wish to take membership, they promised for the trip for the money we invested. It has been almost a year and they have not planned any trip neither they returned the money.They are completely fake and do not even give any information or updates.

We (My self my wife and 15 year old daughter) have been given a membership of 25chutti.com by misguiding and with false commitments in the month of december 2018. I have paid rs.90000/-
While giving membership mr. Deepak palve and aarti dandage were the sales executives who told us that they provide us complementary candle light dinner, rs.200/- cash back on movie, 2 nights three days at ice apple resort for all the three. However, we have been continuously following deepak aarti and their customer care no. But we regret that till now we could get only candle light dinner and that to in the month of may 2019 after a long chase. We have call recording, text messages and what's up messages to support our sayings.
We have so many times sent mails messages calls regarding availing the complimentary stuff but we would only have false commitments of call back and email revert.
We have yet not even traveled with them to their suggested locations.
We totally regret on becoming a member of 25chutti.com.
We wish to take back the amount given to the organisation.

Even i have taken membership of 25 chutti.com 3 years ago. When i went to avail my holidays they said that your one year holidays will be lapsed. I told them i was busy for 2 years. Initially they said that you can avail the holidays for 5 years now they are saying that the holidays are lapsed. Kindly look into the matter and help me out. I had paid 25000/- initially

My membership id is 307878. The membership is on my wife's name pallavi pednekar. Registered mobile number is [protected].

We have paid rs 15000 downpayment and 3 cheques of rs 1875 to the agency. Committments were made while taking membership as we will be getting stay in minimum 4 star hotel as per our choice. But hotels suggested are of very low budget.. Why should we take membership to stay in such under graded hotels!!

Also folllow up is continuously taken on calls and mails to booking queries and package related quiries but hardly any revert received from the agency.

Kesari and veena world are far more better than these people.. These people can never ever match their level..

We need our amount to get refunded by hook or by crook.

On 18 may 2018- as i got a call from 25chutti team early in morning that my mobile number is lucky and i will got some gift from 25chutti. On same day i was visited the 25chutti office in kalyan sarvodaya mall. First 45 min some tours package was discussion given to me... Later on they were telling me that we will give you tours with reasonable prices all over the world as i all was not at all interested in those package any how they manage me to took into interest in it and l had given 10000 with debit card.. After few hours i call to their team member that i didn't want to continue with this package as i am not interested in those package also i was visited the office to refund my money i given written application to them but they refuse to give me money since past three month i am try to refund my money from 25chutti.com as i am not at al interested in those package. Plz help to refund my money as earliest as possible

I enrolled for membership on 30th sept. 2018 at amanora mall, pune. They promised me to give holiday package for 5 years and with that
1. 2 years free free gym (Earlier they said any gym and later back out saying they have limited options in gym)

2. 2 free movie tickets per month for 5 years (Later they said it's up to rs. 100 off per ticket), they said you have to get ticket to our office and we will reimburse (This never happened)

3. They said you will get ac hall for your functions 1 per year but because of their fake promise i missed my program and i had to do it at home.

4. They also said you get free event passes when there is any program in pune and said mostly it happens in west inn pune but i never get any benefit as most of programs happened already.

Above all this they said you will get welcome within 45 days but i never received any welcome kit and membership card till now. Later on when i inquired they said it is 45 working days but still i have not received any kit. When their people checked in system it is showing that kit has been delivered but they don't have proofs/records to whom they have delivered.
I am really frustrated with this behavior of company and feeling chitted. Till after getting membership i have visited their amanora office for at least 10 times. This is absolutely very bad customer satisfaction.

My name is prafull Gore and my customer ID is 209909 . I paid 20000 rupees one time for membership. But due to medical issues with my parents I take loan on interest for that, i couldn't able to paid EMI.
So this is my humble request to you please cancel my membership with refund as per some percentage of your cancellation charges.
I hope you will have take it postively and to be resolve my issue as early as possible.

My membership no. Is 12102. I have paid ₹45500/- for hotel accommodation for 4 nights /5 days every year for 5 years.

Last year they backed out saying minimum 25 days advance intimation is required.
This year we informed 4months in advance for booking hotel for 4 nights at dharamshala by email dtd 30/7/2018. They replied that booking not open and to inform in october. When we pointed out that their mou mentions only minimum 25 days they sent one word "noted". We asked them to book as and when booking starts. They replied details sent to booking dept. Subsequently they sent exchange package of ₹28000/-. We informed we only want hotel bookings as per mou. They informed they do not have promotional rooms. Then later they offered 2nights in 1*hotel against 4 nights in 3*. Then on 1st october they wrote that dharamshala hotel booking is sold out. When we informed them that as on date 5rooms are available in the same hotel they mentioned in their brochure, at their budget, they offered 2nights in alibaug.
They have charged ₹45500/-for 5 years which works out to ₹2250/-per night and they offer us room in 1* hotel @₹900/-. Is this not cheating. They have no intention of giving booking so they are delaying that this year also ends. I have sent mail again on 11th october and 4 reminders after that but no reply. Is this service industry? This is totally fraud company. Their website complaints section does not work and no mention of promoters/ directors /co on website and on asking also they have not given.

Kindly refund my balance amount with 9%interest till date as they do not have any arrangement with any hotels which they claim.

I am member of 25chutti.com. I took membership from amenora mall, pune office. At the time of taking membership they told me you can book any 5 star hotel within the amount which you have paid and when i go for hotel booking they are saying you have to pay some extra amount as well.
I mailed them and called so many times regarding this concern, but they are not replying.

I had purchased a membership of this company for my dad in last oct and had given them 25000/-. Later on req of the sales agent i had made a second payment of 15605/- [emi payment till march]
Later i followed by many time for the next payment, my services, past payments to be uploaded on their website.in all these process we inderstood that this company doesnt suit our requirements and hence we requested for refund and they agreed. Bit since that day we have been calling them and repeating things but no proper answer has been rec.

I am here to submit a complaint for this company. I was told that i will get a verification call in one day and membership card within 45 days. I paid for 5 years package for 75000 on 23 july 2018 and till date i didnot recieve any verification call or welcome kit from 25 chutti.
I would like to have a refund of my money.

Many promises were made but none was completed till, like i was told that i will b give 100 rs cash back on two tickets each but that never happened. I didnot evem recied my membership card for furthur booking.

As i have attended 45 minutes presentation of 25 chutti.com at raghuleela mall, vashi, navi mumbai on 02 aug.2018 i received free movie tickets coupon. (Coupon no.25chcu[protected])
I wish to redeem the coupon against movie tickets dated 06/08/18.
I visited vashi, navi mumbai office thrice to redeem the coupon. But the chair person at the office refuse to refund it. He said as you have not taken membership so its not possible and leered me is such a way... ("na jane kaise kaise log chale aate hai")
But the facts mentioned in coupons were different. The coupons were given as gift for attending 45 minutes presentation of 25 chutti.com

25chutti.com offered us 30 year Holiday membership (With many promises & attractive Deals along with allotment of 750 sqf plot at Alpine Valley). When we asked them to give us some time to visit the plot & decide, they told us it will be difficult in such rains to have site visit, & we would miss the deal as the offer is available only for that day, being their 7th Anniversary. The sales person also said that, if you dont like the site you can downgrade the membership to 10 years(with amount 1.25 lakhs without Plot offer). So we got carried away & accepted membership & paid 2.5 lakhs rupees on 14th July 2018. Later after reaching home we realised we took the decision in haste, without checking the plot & crosschecking their credibility. The Plot which they promised is supposed to be in between a Resort which they say will be ready by next 2 years. But when googled, there does not seem to be any resort construction even started. Immediate Next Day morning within 12 hours, we called the Sales Person & asked them to stop their processing & cancel the membership & refund our money. Its two days now, and Manager is telling he has forwarded the request to his seniors & will revert within week. But we are afraid, after 1 week he will come and tell us that processing is done & cancellation is not possible. We have not availed any of their Services or free cupons, and has asked to cancel membership within 12 hrs, so Request to help us get the membership cancelled & our amount refund.
