This is a totally bogus company,
i have paid 60, 000 for 5 years for holiday package registered at their office in thane in month of november 2015, after 3 months their office has vanished,
till now i have not received a single single destination,
the company customer service, managers and senior member response is very poor and pathetic,

if you call them they will ask you to send a email and then there is no feedback for ever.,

they are big cheaters and liers and they should be black listed immediately so that we can save other people before they are conned by these thugs.

I took membership of this company 2yr before. I paid all the money through emi but till now i haven't availed any holidays. Reason is, process of booking is only through email in which they unnecessary make long thread of email exchange and take minimum 10-15 days if response is positive.
First thing i would like to share is they make completely false promises.
1. They provide hotels of minimum 3 star, when u will get documents then u will find its upto 3 star.

2. I[censored] ask me for booking at least 20 days before in any season, they will certainly give the booking. They emphasis on this point and says that 25chutti is better than mahindra club in this regard.
Reality is even u ask for 3 month before in on season, u will not get booking.

3. They said, food will be at discounted price.
When i was about to finalised a booking, i found condition of comulsory meal with exorbitant price.

4. They said there will be pick up and drop facility from nearest airport or railway station.In my case they said that there is no such facility for this location.

5. They mentioned about gifting the package to ur relatives with very nominal charges. But actually the nominal charge is more than half of actual hotel charge. I asked for a gift, they asked extra charge of 1000 rs per person per day.
When i independently searched the rate of the hotel it was 3000 rs. Per day.

There were many false promises. Which i cannot recall.
Finally if any how i will avail the package then only thing they will provide is booking of rooms.


Ingle highhandedly advice is don't take any such package.. All such company's make u fool only

On 4th june, 2016 when we visited raghuleela mall, vashi we were told that we are one of the lucky winners and if we spare 45 mins for a presentation we will be given 4 gifts – 2n/3d domestic hotel booking, jewelers discount voucher, spa discount voucher and a kitchen appliance.
We visited the office – it was 25chutti and they gave us their presentation which lasted for around 2.5 hrs. They indicated that if we take their membership we will get the below benefits-
1) 4n/5d stay in 3 to 5 star hotels across the globe per year valid for all 365 days
2) breakfast, lunch and dinner was included in the membership
3) we will get a private vehicle for transfer from airport/station to hotel and sightseeing. We need not pay anything extra (Like the driver charge, toll charge etc) except for the fuel charge.
4) we will be able to use the resort without any cost
5) we will get event passes like tv and film award, festival passes, concerts etc free of cost throughout the year
6) we will be able to book banquet halls for no cost 2 to 3 times a year, we only need to pay for the food charges
7) we can gift our vacation to friends or relatives at no cost
8) under global exchange offer we can exchange our 4n/5d with the tour packages which they offer time to time for no extra cost

The total cost of the package was inr. 225, 000 for 10 years and we were told that we are one of the 10 lucky family and hence if we book the same day we will get a discount of 6%. Since the told cost was a huge amount we required some time to think. The sales executive told us that once we pay the amount we will get a documented agreement with all the above points clearly indicated. We were also told that if we do not book that day then we will not get the benefit. When we thought of giving a second thought before booking they offered us the below added benefits –
1) 4n/5d hotel stay at malaysia
2) flight tickets for 2 adult and 2 kids to bangkok

Later after discussion they agreed for a full package to bangkok.

We were also given assurance that after going through the agreement which we will get at our home address in a weeks time, we can cancel the membership within 10 days. We were offered zero processing fee and zero interest on credit card emi. They swiped inr 175, 000 saying that the processing fee and interest will be borne by them. After making the payment when we asked for the paper on which the explanation was done, offers were made – they said that they require it for filing. I was not very much assured about what they said, but then the head of the branch – aditya said that he will send us the scanned copy of the agreement and the explanation paper the same day.

After 2 to 3 days we got sms with the login credentials and when i logged in it showed that we were entitled only upto 3 star hotels and nothing else which was promised to us was reflecting in the system. I tried calling the sales executive but no response.

On 8th june, 2016 i went to their office but some training with the sales team from thane was going on and i was asked to revisit again. Next day on 9th june, 2016 after discussion with aditya he assured me that whatever he has indicated was true and not fake. He also said that the voucher of 2n/3d domestic hotel which was give to us – he will book fariyas resort located at lonavala for 15th to 17th july, 2016. This will give us an experience about the kind of service and hotel which they are providing. He took a zerox copy of the voucher promising me the booking which is not done till date.

After reading the scanned copy of the agreement, i felt very much cheated. Nothing promised to us was indicated in the agreement. I dropped an email with all my concerns and asked for cancellation and refund however till date i have not received a positive response. It has been more than a month now, my package is not activated, i have not used any of their benefits and they are not refunding my amount.

We do receive emails about the exchange offer and what we were told contradicts that. We were told that we can exchange for free of cost, but these emails indicate that we have to pay additional charges over and above the exchange of 4n/5d. And the cost they charge is not nominal, it is a huge amount.

I would like to cancel the membership and get my refund as soon as possible.

My name is milind patil and i was told that i was shortlisted for some special offer given by 25 chutti.com when i was visited big bazzar in bhayandar max mall. next day i visited 25 chutti office in kandivali at raghulida mall. there they advised that you will get an holiday offer for three couples in this year and accordingly i paid rs. 30, 000/ but now their customer care is not aware of such commitment and they are not even responding to my emails. i want the refund of my money as i feel like cheated. please help me to get my money refund.

This is not regards to any complaints neither in favour of any company or justify the the other complaints by the members .
It is an only opinion to identify the right person for contact to solve your complaints most of the time sales people gives you broad exploitation and possibly forgets to give you minor details which crates negative impression of the company which leads us to get in to write this forum .
I myself is the member and faced the same problem my member id TS 9777876 and have recently visited Pattaya with my family and i realised instead of wasting time and money on the forum try to find the right point of contact which is end solution pls visit their contact us page and clip a mail within 48 hours you get the solution same what i did ..best of luck and hope you enjoy your holidays..thnx ..Bryan

I went raghuleela mall Vashi.
They tell me I can take a tour programme in just 15000 rs for 4 night 5 days visit in India wherever I want to go.
I am 15 k and they tell me signed some papers without reading it .
After all they send me mail that I have to 70000 rs. More to visit.
When I try to call them they don't receive my call

We took membership in the month of August 2015. On 20th august on their promotional offer they invited us. We went around 8:30 pm.They explained about their package and total amount is 60, 500/- for 5 years. They said that we can go for holidays throughout the year. There is no proper period. Secondly they said that if we feel uncomfortable or any other issues, we can cancel membership and 500/- will be deducted from whole amount. After one hour around 9:30 pm they came with agreement paper (MOU). We were ready to take membership. When we started to read MOU, they said they are providing a copy of this, no need to worry. We filled everything in the agreement paper. After that they asked for payment. We told them that we cannot go for holidays this year because our son is in tenth. Then they said this package will forward to next year. We asked for EMI for payment. They said they have an option. We done payment through credit card. We get agreement copy by email.

They packed receipt and other pamphlet in an envelope. Around 10 pm we came back to home. Next day I received a message of payment and confirmation message will come after 3-4 days.

Next day when saw their receipt we were shocked. They swiped entire package amount in stead of EMI. We rushed to their office and asked about this. They said that they have this option only. We asked agreement signed by me. Then they said you get its copy, it is already in Chennai. They gave Xerox copy of agreement. We argued there only for seal and sign. But they said, it is MOU after 15 days we will get signed welcome kit.

After coming home I read MOU again shocked, In MOU they mentioned that after seven days we can't cancel membership.

Next day we rushed to their office and enquired about what they said and mentioned is totally different. They denied all and whatever told as in agreement. We asked them for cancel the membership and refund money. Mr. Manoj mishra (manager) started talking rudely. As mentioned in agreement membership can't cancelled. Problems during booking or after, we can cancel the membership.

We put complaint to Swapnil Gautam (CEO) and contacted on their helpline. But nobody responded properly.

Now they closed their Thane office calling as head office. Complete thane team left the job.
When we contacted Zubeda and others, no body was receiving our call. We want to go for police station and lodge complaint.

If anybody have same problem, please contact me on my email. So that we together lodge complaint against them.

I have taken membership on 26th December at Raghuleela mall kanadivli branch. There are 3 sales person involved I do not remember name of all but their boss name was Mr. OM Lahoti.


now when I called customer care they say it is not reflecting in system and not under your membership you need to take upgraded membership for that.

Hello, I am Amit Kumar Gupta and my wife name is Monika Gupta. We have been invited to Raghuliala Mall(Kandivali, Mumbai) for your sales promotion on last Saturday(19/12/2015). Your Company representative(Manoj Mallick, Om Lahoti, Sanjay Roy) told me about 25chutti.com and Allure Travelseva. They told me about your different products and taken me in confidence of good product and services instead of saying 4 times No from my side. By beleiving and with good faith I have taken 5 years 4N/5D package/year at cost of Rs.50000 with below terms and condition 1. I have total flexibility to move my services in any years within contract of 5 years. 2. I can take any hotel of 25chutti.com and allure travel and also affialated and tie up with them. 3. All side seen, food(breakfast and dinner), Baby care, luggage security and many more things are included in the package. 4. I can gift my holiday with charge of Rs.1000 per day by writting a letter to company. 5. 2 air ticket up and down within asia. These types of many more promises they have done. They also told me if you find anything wrong entire amount will be refunded. They also asked us to sign MOU and we said its alright. When we were going to read this MOU, they build a trust that everything is fine please sign immediately as they have to follow some other customers also. I asked my wife to sign on it with trust and faith that they are correct. Now I asked for a copy of MOU and they said it will couriered to you within a week. With trust and faith by paying amount of Rs.50000 by credit card and taken the receipt of it. I have done everything at that time with good faith and trust that they have said everything correct. On Sunday, I visited again at same place asked for MOU copy, by forcing a lot they given me xerox copy of it. The MOU terms and condition is totally different what they said. Now, I understand it was trap for my family and due to my blind trust and faith to these guys at that time I am with wrong product. Till now I have not received any services or utility of this holiday package product so request you to cancel this holiday package product for my family and refund my entire amount.
