[Resolved]  25 Chutti — Cheated by fake promises on the package membership

On 4th june, 2016 when we visited raghuleela mall, vashi we were told that we are one of the lucky winners and if we spare 45 mins for a presentation we will be given 4 gifts – 2n/3d domestic hotel booking, jewelers discount voucher, spa discount voucher and a kitchen appliance.
We visited the office – it was 25chutti and they gave us their presentation which lasted for around 2.5 hrs. They indicated that if we take their membership we will get the below benefits-
1) 4n/5d stay in 3 to 5 star hotels across the globe per year valid for all 365 days
2) breakfast, lunch and dinner was included in the membership
3) we will get a private vehicle for transfer from airport/station to hotel and sightseeing. We need not pay anything extra (Like the driver charge, toll charge etc) except for the fuel charge.
4) we will be able to use the resort without any cost
5) we will get event passes like tv and film award, festival passes, concerts etc free of cost throughout the year
6) we will be able to book banquet halls for no cost 2 to 3 times a year, we only need to pay for the food charges
7) we can gift our vacation to friends or relatives at no cost
8) under global exchange offer we can exchange our 4n/5d with the tour packages which they offer time to time for no extra cost

The total cost of the package was inr. 225, 000 for 10 years and we were told that we are one of the 10 lucky family and hence if we book the same day we will get a discount of 6%. Since the told cost was a huge amount we required some time to think. The sales executive told us that once we pay the amount we will get a documented agreement with all the above points clearly indicated. We were also told that if we do not book that day then we will not get the benefit. When we thought of giving a second thought before booking they offered us the below added benefits –
1) 4n/5d hotel stay at malaysia
2) flight tickets for 2 adult and 2 kids to bangkok

Later after discussion they agreed for a full package to bangkok.

We were also given assurance that after going through the agreement which we will get at our home address in a weeks time, we can cancel the membership within 10 days. We were offered zero processing fee and zero interest on credit card emi. They swiped inr 175, 000 saying that the processing fee and interest will be borne by them. After making the payment when we asked for the paper on which the explanation was done, offers were made – they said that they require it for filing. I was not very much assured about what they said, but then the head of the branch – aditya said that he will send us the scanned copy of the agreement and the explanation paper the same day.

After 2 to 3 days we got sms with the login credentials and when i logged in it showed that we were entitled only upto 3 star hotels and nothing else which was promised to us was reflecting in the system. I tried calling the sales executive but no response.

On 8th june, 2016 i went to their office but some training with the sales team from thane was going on and i was asked to revisit again. Next day on 9th june, 2016 after discussion with aditya he assured me that whatever he has indicated was true and not fake. He also said that the voucher of 2n/3d domestic hotel which was give to us – he will book fariyas resort located at lonavala for 15th to 17th july, 2016. This will give us an experience about the kind of service and hotel which they are providing. He took a zerox copy of the voucher promising me the booking which is not done till date.

After reading the scanned copy of the agreement, i felt very much cheated. Nothing promised to us was indicated in the agreement. I dropped an email with all my concerns and asked for cancellation and refund however till date i have not received a positive response. It has been more than a month now, my package is not activated, i have not used any of their benefits and they are not refunding my amount.

We do receive emails about the exchange offer and what we were told contradicts that. We were told that we can exchange for free of cost, but these emails indicate that we have to pay additional charges over and above the exchange of 4n/5d. And the cost they charge is not nominal, it is a huge amount.

I would like to cancel the membership and get my refund as soon as possible.

Or first get everything on camera and on stamp paper and then get agreement done.

I also took the membership from vashi in dec 2017.
I am also cheated by the company in the tune of 65000. they gave false promises. they show some different papers during scheme and whiling some other papers which are totally opposite to paper what you read.
I am planning to lodge a police complaint against 25chutti.com, their staff and Allure travel seva services.
are u interested.
