I had taken 25 chutti membership in 2019 for Rs 50000. They have been untraceable after that, their phone numbers do not work. They lured me to get into there scheme, now they are not picking any call, they closed their facility center too which I visited in High Street mall in Thane, they are not relying to emails too, when I called Archies(Branch Manager) who convinced us to take scheme) said he is not working there at the moment, I am so disappointed. how can I get my money back, can any help me please, having all the documents & papers in hand written, someone guide me the process

There was a booking made thru Chutti that I didn't authorize. I've tried to contact them thru email, chat, and call to no avail. I paid thru tabby but they also can't reach Chutti support.

I had paid 60, 000 to this fraud company. now no one is responding when i want to avail benefits promised by their sleazy sales men. Refund my money asap

Myself Nitin prakash Dawange, i taken 10 years membership from 25chutti.com (kalyan branch) on dated 3 April 2018 . i have paid 31, 000 towards 25chutti.com on dated 3 April 2018. EMI first installment 2144.00 also deducted from my bank account on dated 16 May 2018. I want my whole money back … company totally fraud not responding any calls and msgs

Before covid I had paid 10k and10k through emi. Need my money back.

Need refund, have not availed any travel package and customer care is not reachable

Booked tickets on website, flight was cancelled and after 11 hours of wait, no alternates was provided. No we need refund on our original payment method.

The company is closed and I paid 75k to this company and just received one night trip to Karjat in February 2020. Nothing after that. Please help in getting backmy refund....

My ID is 181346, I taken package of 5yrs for 90000rs, but after completing my EMI office shut down and till now no one is answering about my payment made to 25chutti, main person was sushant sonawane and mayur allure. I want my money refund and want to cancell my membership.

I am Pawan Naikodi stays in Kalyan. I have purchased membership from 25 chhuti worth 1 lakh Rs.
First year they have not any availability for bookings as they have promised it will not happen ever with this company. From 2020 they are not receiving any calls, no email replies, n websites also not working.
Now in 2023 they email are also getting bounce. Unable to connect any one.
I have wasted my 1 Lakh rs. I want it refund. pls help me out.

My Father had bought a package amounting 33k from them in 2019. Since then there is no trace of them no contact details, fake address shown in Google and when you visit the given location its closed.
This is a complete case of fraud they have ran away with our hard earned money. Please help us getting our money back.

I have taken membership on 26th Nov 2019. 4B-48, 4th Floor, Highstreet Cum Highland corporate centre. Kapurbawdi Junction, Thane (W) 400607. There are 2 sales person involved Mr. Chetan Sharma Mob. No. [protected] and Miss. Nayanika Mob No. [protected].

Now when I called both not picking my call. Customer care also not reachable.

I have trusted company and sales team that was my biggest mistake. they have even do not allow us to take paper where they have explained & written services and promotional offer to me & my wife. they said we require this for filing. you will get everything in welcome kit.

Following features / offers committed to us by sales team (Mr. Om Lahoti)

1) 6N&7 Days any domestic package inclusion everything flight tickets, food, & private car. which we can avail any time during my membership period. no compulsion to avail this year. They will help to book additional two tickets for my children in discounted rate.

from their book let (Kashmir, Andaman & nikobar, Shimla here were 7 to 8 packages they shown)

2) 4N/5 day package for 5 years in = 3* hotels which includes breakfast & lunch or dinner & private car. I can accommodate less than 8 year 2 children with us without any additional charges if I do not demand for extra bed.

3) You do not have any travel restrictions you can go any day among 365 day in year. you have to just book 25 or 30 days advanced.

4) If place is not available their listed location we can get booking from tied up hotels for which we have to pay nominal amount which can be very 500 to 1000 depending upon hotel.

5) they will plan our entire itinerary and help us for air booking in discounted rate.

6) You do not have to pay additional if you gift holidays to friend or relatives or they accompany you.

7) you do not have to pay maintenance charges if you are not availing holidays in that year. You have to pay it only year when you avail your holidays.

8) They have given us 2N/3D stay to attend presentation and said if you take membership any condition mentioned in voucher is not applicable to you. I will arrange lonavala trip for you from tied up hotel.

After becoming member I could not call due to busy schedule after some time covid-19 come in to existence as per sales person these 2 year can be extend. But now when I am actually plaining to go Shimla nobody is replying me. Customer case number also not reachable. They are not replying on mail also. Bothe sales person Mr. Chetan and Nayanika not picking call. It seem sales person behaviour suspicious. When I try to connect with google lots of complain are there. Now I understood that they have make me fool.

I am feeling like cheated and wish to file FIR for cheating and unethical business done by your company. I want to cancel my membership and want my money back. I do not want to continue relationship with the company which is not ethical.

After personally visiting and dog like follow-up still they have not updated services in portal and today they have emailed me MOU in which one clause is written do not trust sales person verbal promises.

they have fooled me... I want to warn all people do not deal with them they are liars cheater and not doing ethical business...

Company just collect money from all customer and run away. if any one filled police complain against 25 chutti. please add me also.
