I see you are facing the same problem as I am now. I have been following up with 25 Chutti Customer Care over email since the lockdown was over till May 2022. They responded to my email, but now it seems like their website is shut down, there are no responses on emails, and phone numbers have been switched OFF for a long time.
I have a 5-year membership with them. Does anyone have a working contact number for the 25 chutti teams? How do we solve this problem?
Can you get in touch with me, Sameer, @ [protected], so we can discuss the next steps? I am having the same problems as you, and I feel cheated!
