[Resolved]  2Gud.com — Paid for two headphones but received only one

I am working with the Department of Agriculture as A.M.O. posted at Faridkot Division, Punjab. I have paid for two headphones with order no OD[protected] on 2GUD.com. When I received that shipment, with great regret and surprise, I got only one when I opened that package.

I have all the original packaging materials and photo proofs of the package. I immediately booked a complaint within half an hour on 2gud Portal. Today I got sms surprised to know that without giving me justice and looking into the matter seriously my refund/return was rejected as per attachment.

I never asked for a return? How is it possible to return a good when I didn't get that? My concern is not for return. I am again and again saying that I have only got one headphone from the shipped pack (I have all the original packing material is with me) and paid for two.

Where is my other headphone? I am again hoping for a positive response from your end soon. Thanks.

Company said that the seller has emailed me on registered email id, but I didn't get that. Also told me that seller denied for refund on the basis of that the courier company delivered me the 2 headphones but how the courier company knows that there are 2 inside the box? I have the photo proofs and also I have with me the original shipment box. I asked and am going to ask the company that there is no extra room for the second headphone to put it in the shipment. Also company asked me to contact/revert the email that is sent tome by seller but why I reply/revert that email? I have purchased/ordered/paid to company not to seller direct. Then why I interact with seller? I need justice and refund. If company/seller legally proof that there will be 2 headphones space in that shipment box then I will take my complaint back. I am hoping a kind response from your end soon. thanks.
