I have cancelled the bose earphone which i had purchased via 2gud.com. So i expect my money get refunded to my account.
I mailed their executive for the same so he asked me to wait for a week during this time i will get the money in my account according to some procedure.
Today, ie., two days after the deadline i still haven't received the refund.
I have contacted their executives twice or thrice but every time they kept on assuring me that money will be refunded and for that they felt wrong. (Smart move to tackle the customers).
Please help me to get refund my money from 2gud.com
