2Gud — faulty mobile supplied against purchase of refurbished iphone 7 | |||||
I bought a refurbished iphone 7 from 2gud in jan'20.in feb'20, an official firmware update was made available by apple & i updated the phone after which following issues were observed - 1. Mobile data & network services stopped completely 2. Battery status changed to 'service' I wrote multiple mails to 2gud/jeeves/f1 customer care after which they confirmed to pickup the phone in end mar'20, however it got delayed due to lockdown announcement from 22nd mar'2020. Online sales have started online since more than a month now & i have been chasing them as well as flipkart for arranging to pickup the device but there is no response from anyone. I am sure they will come up with a response in jul'20 that warranty was for 6 months and that it has expired and hence service cannot be provided, whereas fact of the matter is that i have been supplied with a faulty phone. I am attaching screenshots of battery status, mobile data/network error, confirmation of software update, invoice copy, followup mails & escalation to grievance officer in support of my claim. I want full refund against my purchase and would handover the faulty phone with all accessories & box to whomsoever the company nominates to pickup the device. Was this information helpful? | |||||
