2Gud — purchased new mobile got defective they didn't return or replace within 10 days period

I purchased mobile redmi note 5 pro from 2gud website (Sister concern of flipkart) on 17th oct 2019. It was delivered on 21st.
It was defective. Camera not working after flash on.
I request for return on 22nd october2019. They rejected my return.
I again request for return they again rejected by saying that you should go to service centres.
I again request for replacement but they again denyed.

Now i am in very big problem. What i should do nobody is there to suggest me.
Sir please take action against theses for20 website.
So that they couldn't cheat anyone in future.

If possible please contact 2gud to return or replace my mobile phones.
I will be highly obliged of you for this kind.
