I am a Eureka Forbes customer and I got gift offer from Euroka Forbes message and thro the link I sent Rs 313.95 for hand towels thro PayU from 360inex. My HDFC Bank account was debited but I have not received any acknowledgement and order confirmation and delivery details to my mail. I sent mail to them but they are not responding. Thro BHiM I paid the amount to the following request
360 IN EX CREATION PRIVATE LIMITED has requested money from you on your BHIM app. On approving the request, INR 313.95 will be debited from your account. NPCI and I approved and payment made.
