I did Online shopping on 6th August 2025, under HDFC Bank's 'Get Exclusive Deals', after clicking on the link sent, it took me to 360inex.com wherein i purchased wallet and belt.

I got the successful payment mail, but thereafter till date, i've not received any order details and delivery details. i mailed on [protected]@360inex.com but till now no response has been received......

I have received sypkar watch and the same is not working. I have reached out to the 360inex customer care at [protected]@360inex.com.
They have asked me to share a video of the defective product and I have shared the same over email on June 18th 2025.
There is no response from customer care team after this. I have followed up multiple times, but there is no response received....

I ordered one Sunglass. Order id is #HDAL026292 but I received broken Sunglass. So I Returned that one with delhivery, tracking ID AWB #[protected]. Sunglass delivered in 24th September 2024. But till now I didn't get my refund.

I got the successful payment mail, but thereafter till date, i've not received any order details and delivery details. i mailed on [protected]@360inex.com but till now no response has been received.

WAHD020716 this the transaction id for my purchase on 24th April 2024. Till today there is no details about my delivery or any tracking information.

There has been no response from your side even after 3 days, just understand what type of customer service we are talking about hope you know what a customer feels when he feel that he has lost money to the site to which he can't contact neither there is no response from 360inex.

HDFC bank's net banking website routed me to this site where I purchased a bag which seemed like a good deal.

But when I received the product, I was disappointed by its quality. The product was not even worth the heavily discounted price. I emailed their customer support multiple times but they did not revert....
