I have opened demat account in 5paise capital limited through online. My demat account was successfully activated by 5paise capital limited. After one year i don't want to use that account anymore so i decide to close the account. I have opened one ticket in 5paisa about the 'close account'. They respond me that please don't close your account with us via email and after that closed that ticket without giving me further details about close the account. Now if i am sending any email in that support email address ([protected]@5paisa.com) then they are not responding me anymore. Is this way to resolve any ticket when any customer is facing any issue and opened any ticket in the 5paisa customer support. I want to close my demat account anyhow. They are even not receiving calls. Pathetic service of 5paisa. Please consumer complaints, help me in it. Was this information helpful? |
