I placed an order for bajaj Pulsar RS200 Regulator spare part, on 24th of February, 2022, and today is 4th April.
Through tracking I find that the order returned to its origin on 23 March, So its their responsibility to initiate the full refund of the order.
99rpm.com they don't even provide any customer service contact no. Only they provides a mail ID, where they don't even response.
I checked their Facebook page, there also no updates since 2015.
Now I don't know how to get my money back.
Nothing mentioned about company's address,
I checked their invoice, in the invoice Nothing, no registration no. GST, seller info not a thing.
