A very pathetic response from 99rpm.
After having taken my payment for the order of fiat parts on 5th feb 2019, there was an auto update regarding unavailability of parts on 10th feb 2019.
After which i decided to cancel the order as i couldnt afford to keep my car offroad, and look for an alternate arrangement.
To my cancellation request, 99rpm responded
Quote "please wait for 2-4 days as parts are expected soon, the delay is due to maintenance/relocation at the manufacturer's warehouse which had a tentative date to complete at 7th feb.... We expect your pending order to clear before feb 13th - 15th..." unquote

Since they couldnt arrange dispatch by 15th feb, upon sending the cancellation and refund request on 15th feb, they started giving a very unprofessional and vague response:

How on earth can a company react like this. When they are not able to fulfil their own commitment, they can simply refund our money they have already taken.

This unprofessional behaviour is very much uncalled for. While i had made many orders from them before, but this situation is pushing me away from using their service any further. And a big not recommended to buy on 99rpm. This is a second situation where i had to face this trouble from 99rpm.

The least they could do is mark the part unavailable in advance so that customer can decide.
Horrible experience.

5th times, again i am submitting my complaint because i have not get my solution for refund...

I have wasted my much time for getting my own refund. There should be a court case on these fraud service.

Really much frustrated service of 99rpm

I have ordered the spare parts for my bike 200ns. Order number:[protected],
Dated on: 08/11/2018, in which total cost was rs2639, including shipping and handling charges rs 1000, and subtotal was rs1619.

Transaction id is: s[protected]Pgdr/99rpm web pvt ltd-payu/[protected]:20:07/s) from my bank (Bob) account to 99rpm

First of all shipping charges rs1000...? Is too much insufficient cost for
Shipping charges.

Even, most (40% parts) of the parts was not received, i have all proof with picture and mails to show that. Even i have sent many such mails for resolving but no solution i have received till now.

After, contacting (For resolving the matter) with mail only 99rpm refunded only 35rs, that was not the actual refund value.

I have sent the mail for further fraud enquiry but there was no reply for that, even
They have posted the wrong phone number of office and address on site. Only post the postal address that is (99rpm, gat# 376, kharabwadi - 410501)

Now, they are ignoring my all mails for enquiry. Much frustrated deal and last say-no-to-99rpm, till now i have not received my refund value.

10+ times i have sent the mail regarding the refund to fraud 99rpm, but there was no response for refund initializing.

Respected, consumer court team,

I have all proof for showing their fraudulent deal. Kindly, help me for truth and refund. I will never give up for availing the refund from the fraud 99rpm, until i get true justice. This is truly frustrated fraud deal. 99rpm is really dealing the fraud with customers. And also they have not the actual products as they mentioned in their website (www.99rpm.com)

We ordered a Fiat Front Bumper parts on date - 26/12/2018 with 99RPM and paid upfront via debit card, but there is no way of contacting this company nor they respond to repeated emails sent to them. The order number[protected].
Today the 20/01/2019 i checked on 99RPM account to check the status of my delivery, it says the order is completed. We have been cheated by this fraudulent company for misguiding for offering spare parts at cheaper parts. when checked on the internet about this company, there are several complaints already. How can i get my refund from 99RPM.
