I have ordered a crank case assembly LH for pulsar 150 on 8th April, 2021. Order No.[protected]

On 15th April, I found the part locally and placed a cancellation request.

As per their cancellation policy, which is mentioned as
"99rpm offers cancellation & refund before products are invoiced. All you have to do is to notify via email. For cancellation, you need to contact at [protected]@99rpm.com with your order number. (exceptions apply, see sections below)."

By the time, I placed the cancellation request, the product was neither dispatched nor invoiced. Despite this fact and my repetitive requests over emails, the 99rpm team dispatched the product with partial parts and refunded the amount with out my consent.

Now what should i do with the part and this company breaching their own policy.

I seriously demand a full refund of the amount.

We ordered one order .but till now we didn't get any information about the order.we paid money from Google pay .but order was in pending.please solve our problem as soon as possible

Presently i am having a bajaj pulsar ns 200. So i need some parts of that bike so i ordered them from 99rpm.com. I thought the website is genuine. I placed the order 3 weeks back. They send us automated mails but they are not of any use.They said me on mail thay the product has been handed over to the courier company and the tracking id was provided but it was a wrong tracking id. Still now i keep mailing them but they do not reply for my refund.

I had ordered looking Glass and side faring cover of my bajaj bike which was worth Rs 1149 including shipping.
It's been more than 20 days and still products are not dispatched yet.
I tried to contact CUSTOMER service through email as only the way to get in touch with them but no response, only auto generated message I get in response. I guess I won't get those stuffs any more now nor I will receive refund on it.
I suggest to CUSTOMERs do not buy anything from this so ### called 99rpm.com ever.

Had ordered xcd master cylinder with lever and recieved different product. It doesn't have lever, fitments, nor its cover

Order is not reached

I had placed an order on the website 10 days back i.e on 27th December 2020. The order hasn't gotten dispatched yet. (Usually the order is dispatched within 4-6 days). I mailed them multiple times to cancel my order and issue me a refund against it but I got no reply from their side.

My order no[protected],[protected] &[protected] for my motor cycles but you delivery service is too late. so i request you kindly delivered the items as speed as possible with couriers, my mottorcycle is lying waste without the spareparts which i ordered in ur site, i will be grateful to u

My Order #[protected] was placed on November 2 that included the complete clutch assembly that cost me Rs 5029 /- they have taken the full amount. It was said the order will be dispatched within 5-25 days but it hasn't dispatched yet after almost 50 days. And they have pathetic customer support, they don't even reply to my emails of enquiry about my orders. I definitely am disgusted by this behaviour and I think its a fraud.

I ordered my bike (pulsar 160ns) 8 parts.. But they send me 4 parts only..
And they are not replying my mails...
I have ordered on 9th sep 2020. And the 99rpm company dispatch policy is maximum 7-25 days.. But 44 days has already completed.. & the company has not refunding my money...

I put up a mail on 12/10/2020 clearly stating that Please cancel this order, and kindly refund the amount in the original payment method. Again I put up a second mail on 14/10/2020 asking them to atleast respond and give a reply!
Since then, no email or update has been sent to me. I request u to kindly look into this matter and hope to get my money back ASAP.

My question here is, when people are cheated so much by this company, why is it still there available to take the payments of common man and dissappear!

They never ship your product.. they only charge money from you.. SCAM website..

I kumar gaurav raj from jaisalmer. I have ordered a fuel pump for bajaj rs200 worth of rs 4181 including shipping charges on 24th may2020. But they didn't courrier my fuel pump and they also not agree to refund my money. I have sent more than 15 mails. As reply following quoted line is repeating" we are currently focusing on dispatching of order."

I ordered bajaj spare parts on 2nd August 2020, after one week I got email states package has been dispatched however I never heard back from them till today despite several emails,

I asked for cancellation of this package and refund the amount still not getting any response from them, how can this fraud company is running operations and authority is not taking action.

My order #[protected] with 99rpm has been placed 8 days back and still it is showing as processing and no update for the email sent to the support team, i feel like some fraud activities are happening

I have ordered one spare part of my Bajaj bike order no.[protected] Rs. 1035 on 04/07/2020 but still didn't received any any confirmation from 99rpm side. The order is still showing in processing and they are even not replying of my mails neither I have any contact number of their customer Care. Please help us and many other by file a strong case against this fraud company.

I placed an order on 99rpm.com, and tried to contact them manu times to cancel or update my items in order. Because, later i realised that order has been placed for wrong part.

They do not have any customer care phone number neither they reply on your email.

They will dispatch your order but no support is available if you want to return or replace the item. You will be ended bu stuck amd lose your hard earned money.

Their online store should be ban, their straight strategy is to just get the money from customers and job ia done. Not a customer centric company.

Do not order from 99rpm.com ever.

Please don't buy from 99rpm.com website. This is a fraud company they will not let you cancel your order and in terms and condition they have written after bill generate we will not cancel. They will quickly generate your invoice. And ship item very late and item you will receive will be damaged or defective item. So kindly beware from this site and don't order otherwise your hard money will go in vain.

I had ordered 13 products from 99rpm out of wjhich i received 1 incorrect product and another product with a damage, when this issue was reported to the 99rpm team they respond back stating due to the nature of product packaging there is no refund for it. And regarding the incorrect product until this date they have not responded nor provided a resolution to any of concerns reported.

My order number is[protected]. I ordered the rear seat cowl with two other items for my Bajaj Pulsar NS200 2017 on 10th September 2019 for a total of Rs.1944 . I received the order on 21st september 2019. The rear seat cowl I received was broken. So, I sent an e-mail to them regarding this. They promptly issued a refund of Rs.1633 for the rear seat cowl. But instead of transferring the amount to the original payment method I used that is my credit card, they gave me a store credit which is not at all right.

This store credit blocks me from using the amount somewhere else when needed. That amount should have been credited to my credit card instead of the store credit.

I have sent them an e-mail today itself regarding this as well. I'am waiting for the answer.

Can someone suggest me any other ways of getting that amount back to my credit card.

I purchased a left mirror for my bike, as the stock mirror of my bike is giving some vibrations (No damage of mirror infact).
I got the left mirror from 99rpm in a bajaj genuine box pack, but to my surprise the seal was already broken and when i inspected the mirror quality, eveything matched with the stock mirror except the mirror quality which is the important factor of a rear view mirror. The image in the new mirror was distorted and i became 100% sure that this is not an original part.
When dropped and email to 99rpm about the issue, they insisted to show me some pics of both stock and new mirrors.
I somehow manged to get the pics with difference, but 99rpm replied back saying this is not incluced in warranty and no refund.
Totally furstarted, and i have to go physically to a store to get the original mirror.

99rpm the biggest fraud online company, fraudulent deal

I have wasted my much time for getting my own refund. There should be a court case on these fraud service.

Really much frustrated service of 99rpm

I have ordered the spare parts for my bike 200ns. Order number:[protected],
Dated on: 08/11/2018, in which total cost was rs2639, including shipping and handling charges rs 1000, and subtotal was rs1619.

First of all shipping charges rs1000...? Is too much insufficient cost for
Shipping charges.

Even, most (40% parts) of the parts was not received, i have all proof with picture and mails to show that. Even i have sent many such mails for resolving but no solution i have received till now.

After, contacting (For resolving the matter) with mail only 99rpm refunded only 35rs, that was not the actual refund value.

I have sent the mail for further fraud enquiry but there was no reply for that, even
They have posted the wrong phone number of office and address on site. Only post the postal address that is (99rpm, gat# 376, kharabwadi - 410501)

Now, they are ignoring my all mails for enquiry. Much frustrated deal and last say-no-to-99rpm, till now i have not received my refund value.

Respected, consumer court team,

I have all proof for showing their fraudulent deal. Kindly, help me for truth and refund. I will never give up for availing the refund from the fraud 99rpm, until i get true justice. This is truly frustrated fraud deal. 99rpm is really dealing the fraud with customers. And also they have not the actual products as they mentioned in their website (www.99rpm.com)
