Placed an order with 99rpm (Order Number:[protected]. The shipment was returned to the sender by Brazilian customs due to missing information on the invoice. I contacted the seller multiple times since March 31st, requesting either a reshipment with proper documentation or a full refund.
Despite confirming the return through tracking, I have received no response, no reshipment, and no refund. My last email on June 15th was ignored.
This has caused financial loss and inconvenience. I kindly request immediate resolution by refunding the full amount paid or resending the products with the correct documentation.
