A resident who has recently purchased a house in our society has illegal enroached a part of street roads that causes ac... families are chasing eldeco for their oc and convenience deeds from last 3 years (since 2018) at eldeco panipat sector 6, they are not a reliable group to deal, better to avoid them. They take your all money and make you keep running behind them... I left DPD ELDECO, Lucknow on 12th of October 2021. My CTC was 40000. Due to pandemic, I was paid only 25000.
Its been more than 6 months but the deducted amount has not been credited into my account.

Our neighborhoods are quite frightened and disturbed by the terror of stray dogs for the last few days. These dogs bark all night and the early morning runs on any walk to the passerby at any time, which is facing a lot of inconvenience and the fear of fear prevails... The MD of Eldeco, the other members . anyone or anything relating to Eldeco are unreliable. The construction quality is the worst. They sell houses claiming they are earthquake proof and yet their flooring is so weak that the tiles randomly pop out.
U can only imagine what the quality of the building is... Eldeco — poor construction (complaint)
The complain was raised to eldeco, the construction company and they were not willing to visit the site and they told that they have already handover the flat to the current management of eldeco and it is not their responsibility.

colony [ekta vihar, eldeco udyan 1, lucknow, zone 8 ] due to the pond situated at village bhadrukh.
There are approximately 15 houses [who are regular house tax payers] in our colony which are badly effected as the pond is just adjacent to the backside wall of the houses. All the dirty water and garbage coming from village side is being stuck here for many years... them catches from the Eldeco. i hv lodged the complained with the company but they said that the MCD of sonepat is not responding

Eldeco send Final demand notice and stating that they have send one letter in January 2014 which i never received. I asked below question and now Eldeco not replying for below queries. I asked them to send me correct Final demand notice to finish the possession process. I will pay as per my agreement... I had booked a flat on July 2010 at Eldeco eternia (tower 2) of Lucknow. They promised to hand over the flat on 36 months and if they will not able to do this within 42 months they will provide compensation. I'm a resident of ELDECO COLONY, UDYAN- 2, SECTOR- 3 RAE BARELI ROAD, LUCKNOW , and wants to draw the attention of concern authority over the Worst/ pathetic condition of roads and untreated undisposed garbage in ELDECO COLONY especially in ASHRAY part.
Sir / Ma'am roads running in eldeco colony are almost next to impossible to drive on, especially road which run along the ASHRAY part is worst of all, this part is vital of all because UPRSTC bus service runs on through this road in order to provide public connectivity to the people of Eldeco colony to rest of the Lucknow... Eldeco management is illegally debiting amounts at their will to the prepaid system and charging the residents and harrassing them by disconnecting the electricity without any information.
This requires immediate action agaiunst the builder. Pls help.

Roads present in ELDECO Udyan II are very poor and is badly damaged throughout. Please get this road maintenance done as soon as possible as we are facing many problems due to this... yards in Eldeco County, Sonipat from Eldeco in 2008 and payed EDC charges of Rs. 360000/- in next one month as demanded by builder. The project got delayed by 1 year and I also delayed my last two installments. Now builder has sent a final demand notice with increased EDC/IDC charges and huge interest ( 18%) on delayed payments... design , managemnt of Eldeco has paid no heed to the complaints .
1. Water sipage on walls
2. poor quality of wood used in door and window frames
3. Switches are of inferior quality.
I don't know if submitting my complain here will give any results , but i want to raise my voice so that tomorrow no one should buy their property... | |
