I have adopted 3g mts wi-fi data service in january 2016 and the service was started from 03rd january 2016.
Unfortunately, my device is not working and connecting properly from day 1. Speed and connectivity both are worst (From 0 to maximum 2 mbps, however mts representative has confirm the speed minimum 7 to 10 mbps for 3g)... My mts data card number is "[protected]". I register a complain in customer care for the replacement of the data card as my data card has been stolen/lost.
Customer care representative "himandhu singh" asked me to make a recharge of rs699 and then they will deliver the product to my address as per their commitment... i wrote a letter to mts that asked to pay rs. 950 against my surrendered mts doongle. I asked to explain why shouild i pay the amount, because after the bill rs. 450 i request them to close or stop my mts service which they told that within 30hrs it will be stop/close which is recorded but they now tell that after stop the service i have used itfull month how it possible... When i purchased they have guaranteed me the speed. But speed was so bad that i was not able to open even google,.com. W... and Final payment of MTS Data Card Number - [protected] in the amount of 717. But the payment has not been updated at their end since then, and I keep on receiving call on a daily basis from their Collection Department and I also receive messages on a daily basis from MTS to make the payment... dont believe nodals of mts they are totally waste and dobt waste your time if you go for mts you will have to pay extra amount for their mistakes... purchasing the card mts store manager told me that whenever i will surrender my device i will have 50% of its bill amount and now they are denying to pay.
2. From last two months i was facing speed issue for which i have complaint for that many times in store but not even a single time my complaint got registered... I would like to deactivate my MTS WiFi dongle no. [protected]
Because of highly unavailability of MTS payment counters because of which almost every month I have to face the harassment of temp. Deactivate my connection several recovery calls . despite of me saying that please get your cheque collected they just shuffle me from one executive to other... I used mts mblaze data card. I have raised request to close my connection and i paid total outstanding amount before raise request.
Mts customer care employee said, to complete this request they need 7 days of time and i should not use that device in that 7 days... Today (15/09/2016) i received a call from +91 - [protected] which said it's from icici credit card department and fraudu... I had an MTS connection 4 years back and I disconnected due to pathetic service and extremely rude customer service. I was asked to pay the bill of 640/- even after disconnecting the service and they kept calling and harassing me and my parents to pay the bill even When i had stopped the connection... I've had a MTS dongle for past 10 months, and had subscribed to the prepaid Rs 999/- package wherein i was getting data of 10 GB by day and 10 GB buy night.

I bought an MTS Dongle for Rs. 1500 from a local MTS outlet in Mangalore in March 2016. When I bought device I was promised 3G speed along with 1. 5x data usage for lifetime. After three months this offer was stopped.
Ever since I bought the device, I'm getting very less speed sometime as less 0... Mts mblaze 3g plus speed in my wifi card is pathetic at max of 350Kbps compared to promised speed of 9. 8 Mbps. Never ever buy the [censored]. They lure customers regularly by giving big free offers. After that nothing. You will be forced to use it just because you paid an upfront amount. Moreover the data card demo guy used showed up to 8... I took an MTS data card connection (no: [protected]) on 2015 and been using it since. Last 4 months am facing difficulty in connectivity of device. In July 2016, I had to pay Rs. 1, 910/- . The amount was for 3 months and I used the data card only for 1 month. (My monthly rental is around 600 Rs... i have purchased MTS dongle 2 years ago and since that time i am complaining about low speed but nobody is seeious from their team. so i stopped paying and infomed them to stop the services and they stopped. now i am getting calls to pay 25k otherwise they ll take serious action.

First of all, MTS service worst than worst, i never get more then 100 kbs speed in feasible area of my 4 th floor pent house, as they promise MTS could get upto 9. 1 mbs speed, same i called to Cusmercare over and over,
after facing bad experience of 3 months, i mail them to close the connection but they did same in next month mid, so its take 40 days to close connection, now they asking me to pay this 40 days amount with daily 4 t 5 harassing sms, and mails,
please any help me, how to raid the issue... On 22 march 2015, i bought mts date card ([protected]). i made this purchase at uttam nagar, delhi and continue uses your services and also doing payment on time. unfortunately, i miss 2 months payment due to out of city. came back to delhi and talking with your customer support regarding payment and continue our services... I had taken a postpaid internet connection No:[protected] and due to poor service we discontinued the service but after some time we got bill from their side stating that you have dues, their customer care executive (pooja: contact:[protected]) called us and asked to submit dues before 31 august 2015 and she stated that "please pay remaining Rs... I have been using MTS and paying bills on time, recently because of bad service from MTS I decided to discontinue service from MTS, but the matter of fact is that even after discontinuing they are generating bills and charging me for illogical reasons! They are creating bills and telling me to pay and not even deactivating my account! Please help me! This is cheating!... note I recharged my mts no [protected] with 25 and 37 to get benefits of 25 rd talktime valid for 7, days. But I got validity of 3, days. I wrote to customer care which they say is correct but if it's correct they need to update their sites so that we are cheated.
Similarly it happened I recharged with 37 to get 250 mb talktime... | |
