I bought an MTS Dongle for Rs. 1500 from a local MTS outlet in Mangalore in March 2016. When I bought device I was promised 3G speed along with 1.5x data usage for lifetime. After three months this offer was stopped.

Ever since I bought the device, I'm getting very less speed sometime as less 0.02 mbps I have complained several times but I get no response at all. There are many people who have been unsatisfied by the service provided by MTS. I work and earn from online sources and this service has been a hindrance to my job as well.

    Mts mblaze 3g plus speed in my wifi card is pathetic at max of 350Kbps compared to promised speed of 9.8 Mbps. Never ever buy the [censored]. They lure customers regularly by giving big free offers. After that nothing. You will be forced to use it just because you paid an upfront amount. Moreover the data card demo guy used showed up to 8.5 Mbps. Never ever buy this. This company should be made to run out of India

      I took an MTS data card connection (no: [protected]) on 2015 and been using it since. Last 4 months am facing difficulty in connectivity of device. In July 2016, I had to pay Rs. 1, 910/- . The amount was for 3 months and I used the data card only for 1 month. (My monthly rental is around 600 Rs.). Customer care executives had called me for bill amount collection and when I explained to them that I have not been using the same since 2 months due to connectivity issues, they simply told to pay the amount.
      Further I raised a complaint with the team. One person came from their team and the line was activated for a few minutes for checking connectivity. After checking, the person told that the issue was due to signal and not with the device and left without telling anything. Further no communication was sent from them. Without any way out, I had to pay the entire amount after they threatened that they would take legal action.
      The same problem has repeated again. I haven't used the data card for 2 months now and my bill keep generating. Yesterday I spoke to a person who offered me a waiver of 300/- Rs. if I pay the amount on the same day. When I refused the person connected me to her higher official and that person took a complaint. Person from complaint team had called and registered a time to visit tomorrow (24th Sep 2016) morning to address the issue.
      Today morning i again got a call from them saying " Sir, we have registered complaint. So, at least please pay the due amount so that we can activate the line when our person comes tomorrow". I replied to them in negative stating that I won't pay until the issue is sorted. The lady kept calling me but since i had to attend a meeting i cut the call.
      Afternoon am getting a message from "RM-OVERDU" that advocate notice has been issued against me for non-payment of bill.

      My Questions are below:
      1. How can MTS initiate advocate notice when a complaint raised by them against my data card number is still active and not closed.
      2. Without giving prior intimation how can they initiate a legal complaint me?
      3. I had not refused to pay the amount. Instead i merely stuck to my statement that once the fault has been identified and addressed I would pay the amount in full.

      Kindly look into the case. MTS is the worst sort of service provider one can ever imagine.

        Hi i am atif..i have purchased MTS dongle 2 years ago and since that time i am complaining about low speed but nobody is seeious from their team...so i stopped paying and infomed them to stop the services and they stopped..now i am getting calls to pay 25k otherwise they ll take serious action.
        i dont knw why..when i wanted them to resolve my issue they didn't take any action..now they want me to submit 25k
        please look into the matter

          First of all, MTS service worst than worst, i never get more then 100 kbs speed in feasible area of my 4 th floor pent house, as they promise MTS could get upto 9.1 mbs speed, same i called to Cusmercare over and over,
          after facing bad experience of 3 months, i mail them to close the connection but they did same in next month mid, so its take 40 days to close connection, now they asking me to pay this 40 days amount with daily 4 t 5 harassing sms, and mails,
          please any help me, how to raid the issue

            On 22 march 2015, i bought mts date card ([protected]). i made this purchase at uttam nagar, delhi and continue uses your services and also doing payment on time. unfortunately, i miss 2 months payment due to out of city. came back to delhi and talking with your customer support regarding payment and continue our services. they told us after doing full & final payment, you can continue your services. they also send us f&f mail regarding this from (shailendra. [protected]@mtsindia.in). this mail i am forwarding to you. i made this payment after getting mail and send payment receipt on the same mail and also request to continue my services.

            But after doing payment they din’t pick any call, no noc is issue, which was promising in the mail, no response from your customer support. there is no professional way to talk with customer. not continue my services.

            I apeal to all kindly do not use mts, their only motto is to loot your money.

              She has called me to know my debit card details. She said this call is for issuing the new card. She is asking me whether i m using visa card or master card. The call was made by a lady and she said she is speaking from bank of baroda head office.

              I would like to request you the authority to take the necessary action against this caller.

              She has called me to know my debit card details. She said this call is for issuing the new ICICI card. She is asking me whether i m using visa card or master card. The call was made by a lady and she said she is speaking from bank of ICICI BANK head office.

              I would like to request you the authority to take the necessary action against this caller.

              I also got the call from the number [protected] on 27th Jan, saying ther r calling from Visa and took I debit card details and deducted amount Rs. 7999. Please don't believe these guys they are fraud.
              other two numbers involved in fraud are

              I too get the call form this number and her name is Anushka and Rohith Saxena they his employe id is 109997 in Visa debit card processing office noida city center K32.
              But what is the use no one is taking action against them.

                I want to discontinue my MTS wifi service. My data card no. [protected]. The technical person talled me that they will contact me on my no. [protected] within 8 working hrs but I haven't received any call from them. on 13 Aug 2016 I called to MTS no. [protected] and they called me that they will stop my service in next 24 hrs but in Sep 2016 I received my bill of 1123 rs. On 19Sep2016 I call to above MTS technical no. but they are not giving good support.

                  Dear Team,

                  This complain i am registering against MTS, company is continuous harassing me for NON payment of bill which i have already submitted to them but they prepared new bill and harassing again and again.
                  I had taken a postpaid internet connection No:[protected] and due to poor service we discontinued the service but after some time we got bill from their side stating that you have dues, their customer care executive (pooja: contact:[protected]) called us and asked to submit dues before 31 august 2015 and she stated that "please pay remaining Rs.1532 for full and final settlement we also received an email from "nalini.[protected]@mtslive.in"
                  to settle account.

                  After that we had submitted the payment and send an email to MTS stating the same but again after some days we got ebill stating we have dues against which i contacted MTS customer care and they replied we will look into this matter and you don't have to worry and i also send an email stating
                  that connection was discontinued and we paid the dues to their email address "Inderdeep Singh, "nalini.kanakam" " but we got no reply from them.

                  Today I got an email stating legal notice from "Ranvir vats" stating we had dues on mts and have to pay i am attaching and screen shot of the same and just want to say that i have already submitted the dues and please stop harassing me.

                    I have been using MTS and paying bills on time, recently because of bad service from MTS I decided to discontinue service from MTS, but the matter of fact is that even after discontinuing they are generating bills and charging me for illogical reasons! They are creating bills and telling me to pay and not even deactivating my account! Please help me! This is cheating!

                      Good day,

                      Please note I recharged my mts no [protected] with 25 and 37 to get benefits of 25 rd talktime valid for 7, days. But I got validity of 3, days. I wrote to customer care which they say is correct but if it's correct they need to update their sites so that we are cheated.
                      Similarly it happened I recharged with 37 to get 250 mb talktime. In return they gave me 72000 sec mts minutes which are not required for me, which they say is for smartphone user s, Please note that I am using honor holy which is a smart phone. So why we are every time cheated like this

                      Mts is cheating customer s. They are saying I have not done smartphone recharge .Please tell whether honor holy is a Smartphone or not. They are not updating there website and creating confusion to people. My 60 rd is trapped with them for no reason s.They are really fraud. They are not returning my money for wrong amount

                        I was using an MTS Mblaze connection ([protected]). The device stopped working on 25 December 2014 midnight and I had lodged a complaint for the same. In response to this call, they called me back on 16 January 2015 to enquire if its ok. (Pathetic customer care took more than 20 days to followup with a complaint). I told to the customer care executive that I dont want your service anymore as the device was working and they failed to find a solution. 25 December 2014 was the last date o[censored]sage as the device was dead.

                        Later I got a Notice from MTS saying they are going to file a complaint against me in court if I dont pay their bills for the months of December and January.

                        I went to their MTS Store, Attakulangara, Trivandrum, and negotiated to pay the bill for December month and refused to pay the bill amount for January as the device was dead by December itself. They agreed and cancelled my connection.

                        Now, on 09/13/2016, I got a message that I have Rs, 1124 pending payment for my MTS number and it has a advocates number in it([protected]). When I called her to clear the issue, she was adamant about the payment and started abusing me using foul words like Bastard, Dog, Stupid etc.

                        I dont know how long MTS will keep hunting me for their pathetic services provided. I am not ready to pay the bill and I want justice.

                          Hi,

                          I'm writing regarding Vijay Bora's Mts a/c, [protected]. This a/c was disconnected on the 21/07/16 after a payment of Rs1, 500/- (settlement) straight after 2days I received a legal notice stating payment due. When I called the customer service Mts they told me there was some problem in their system hence I received the legal notice as due to their system error I was overcharged. He even apologised for the same. Past 1 month MTS agents have been calling me threatening me saying they are lawyers and if I don't pay Rs1, 500/-extra they would take actions. I even mailed MTS stating my concern. (I have the mails exchanged). They continuously harassed me to pay for the service I haven't used. They can check their customer service voice recordings. Today they threatened me by the head constable named Mr.Brahmaraj. I feel vulnerable and scared. I have send the attachment of the message they send me after the police threatening.
                          I received a call at 05:28pm today (14.09.16). From Karkardoma police station, Mr.Brahmaraj head constable, I'm a girl when I questioned him as to why he had called, he started yelling at me and threatening me saying he'll come to my house after 7 & I can do whatever is in my power to stop him from coming. I tried reasoning with him when he stated harnessing me and yelling, threatening me. I told him he's a government official and he's not suppose to talk to a women in a threatening manner, nor come home after 7pm but he yelled again.
                          I'm all in tears an feel that my security is in danger as he has threatened me.
                          He said the MTS Guy is along with him without giving me a moment to speak he outbursts. I could not believe my years.

                            At 12-Sep-2016, I got a call from MTS Bill Department, A person told his name is Jatin from Okhla Office Delhi, And his mobile no. is [protected],
                            He said to me that if you pay your bill today, Pay only 500/- He also toldl that after submit payment we arrange a settlement mail on your registerd mail id, he knew very well my mts personal details
                            recently i got a sms from mts bill amount is 289 is pending.
                            I have his recording. to hear check attacment.

                            Last month i got a call from MTS Care he said to me that we provide you Rs. 100/- waiver,

                            I would like to know that, what is MTS Care, They missguide too much.

                                For clarification i will paste the e-mail i send to mts and there reply back to me after that incident guy called me for settlement and send e-mail from official e-mail id (Shailendra. [protected]@mtsindia.in) and i settle the amount mentioned on there mail same days with in 15 minutes of receiving there mail. Now after 6 days mts again start calling me and start sending sms and e-mail to me asking for money. When ask for e-mail address person provide me e-mail address ([protected]@gmail.com) which look like fraudulent to me. Settlement e-mail from mts is attached with this e-mail. Settlement amount i was ready to pay was again more that i use mts service they disconnected my connection on 1 week of july and my payment till april was cleared so i was only left with may payment and 3-4 days of july which should not be more that rs. 1400/- including taxes.

                                Please check the e-maili send to mts and there reply you will get to know about there customer services efficiency and way of handling the complaint.

                                I got at least 30 call from you end regarding payment due for [protected]. I never denied payment to single person. Your earlier advisor was rude and talking lies. Later on few people i guess from recovery were talking sense and at least 3 person agreed terms with me but never send e-mail to me for agreed amount which they promised one of them has sent me sms from personal number but i ask him i need mail or sms from mts official id.

                                Giving you bit of brief about the issue. I called on december to cancel my mts connection because i moved to ahmadabad from delhi you advisor suggest me not to cancel connection because mts don’t charge for data roaming but did not specify that it’s only for few state, so i was in impression that its free all over india.in may 2016 i moved to pune which is not come under free data roaming. Which i am not aware about and i did not receive any mail or sms while using the data card and i am not happy to pay roaming charges.

                                Which i explain to your advisors who called me for payment. Then as i mentioned few of your people came to term with me to pay rs. 2300 and will close the connection but every time i was promised that i will receive mail from mts saying rs. 2300 will be my full and final payment but none of you people send any e-mail to me.

                                Now you must have sent my file to recovery department to whom i am not interested to make any payment. My case should have be settle by your company advisor itself if people who call me should have know how to speak with customer.

                                I wants to settle the amount for which i have used the services and was agreed with you advisor.

                                I am also working for telecom industry so stop calling me saying call from court. Its sound childish stop doing all this rubbish. Just send me e-mail from mts e-mail stating “rs. 2300 will me the final payment and you are closing my connection and i don’t own any more payment to mts after this” and i will clear the payment same day.

                                We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.

                                You have expressed your concern in the email dated sat, 13th august '2016 regarding postpaid mts number [protected] about cancellation of your account, we would like to inform you that your number has already been temporarily disconnected since 14-jun-16 due to exceeded credit limit. We request you to pay your outstanding amount of rs 3244 and write us back to raise a request for account cancellation.

                                About roaming charges, we would like to inform you that we are giving high speed in only mts circles (Delhi, uttar pradesh (W), gujarat, karnataka, kerala, rajasthan, tamil nadu, kolkata and rest of west bengal) with no extra usage charges. However, customer roaming in other than mts circles will be charged a fixed rate of 3 paise per 100 kb for all data consumed.in bihar, assam, jammu & kashmir and north east states, currently we are not providing voice and data services. We are also not providing voice services in panchkula, chandigarh, mohali, lucknow and kanpur, though there is no impact on the data card roaming.

                                  Last week I did port my number from AIRCEL PREPAID to AIRTEL POSTPAID.

                                  Miss. Tania Roy (Contact: [protected] / [protected]) of Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited generated my lead and took 400 rupees from me as a deposit money which included 100 rupees of activation charge.She also proposed me to adjust rest 300 rupees in my 4th bill.

                                  But recently I have come to know from the customer care that the activation charge is rupees 300.
                                  Moreover whenever I am calling them regarding any quarry they are just disconnecting my call and further not receiving.

                                  Except that the customer care is asking me to call the distributor from whom I had taken the connection and the distributor is asking me to contact with the customer care.

                                    On 5 August of 2016 i have complain them by phone through their customer care number to deactivate my MTS MBLAZE NO.[protected]which i want to surrender and i told them that i will pay the last outstanding which is due Rs.483. They send me a request number 3713441and told that within 30hours it will be deactivated, but now they are claiming Rs.950 and in reason they are saying that i have use that much. So, i want to know that if the MTS MBLAZE has stopped after 30 hours against my complain date how could i have been used after the time.Also i have telephonic conversation recorded in my phone.
                                    So, i am requesting you to look after the matter seriously

                                    The data card mts is not accessible on Mts settings. dialled the check my phone number but application returns a success dilog box without showing the data card number.

                                      Dear sir myself suresh my mo no [protected] ported from airtel thought good service of mts but after 1 month company has deducted, 15 rs from bal 30 rs and cust care said that call attended and responded and three sevice activated by me but I had disconnected tha call and if picked nothing presse except disconnect button please solve it otherwise I will claim to trai please refund 45rupees for smooth service

                                        I Prashant Rai is genrating this report to the mts on the basis of illegal bill generation ... on my no [protected]... i have given my Last bill of August 2016 of 1149.00 Rs with the request of diccontinuation of my net sevices to Customer care as I had lost my MTS Mblaze in July month. futher after talking to your company customer care they had confirmed on call that your service will be discontinued now and you will not recieve any bill on September ... but instead of that ... my bill was still genrated on the mobile no... NOTE: I don't have request number message as i had lost messages, But you can check call record of August month with customer care for this discussion so, As per recent discussion with customer care they said that call was dropped so request was not completed last time, but as per conversion they said we had discontinued your service so, i'll not pay this bill amount of 1149 Rs of september month because of customer care fault.
