My phone automatically gets disconnects after sometime when logged in. I am using iPhone 6 and when i am using the wifi then suddenly after sometime it gets disconnects. I issued a complaint but there was no response of it. The customers care guys said he'll call after sometime but there was no response of that guy. The number of mts mblaze is [protected].

    I bought mts wifi mblaze last week with rs680 plan prepaid but every day in the evening time like right now i get extremely slow speed. Even simple web pages take a long time to open. I called customer care and was told that they have noted my complaint and will do something about it. Now i got to know from someone who lives near by that they also get slow speed during evening times. Is there something i can do at my end to help the situation?

      My postpaid connection number is [protected]. I have informed to close this connection 3 months before. Still it is not done and I got a call stating legal notice and they asked me to pay extra bill of Rs 2312 for which I have not used at all. I lost my datacard too now. This is really ridiculous that still the connection is active. I guess they may ask me again to pay some money.

      I have the post paid MTS dongle with no. [protected]. I want to stop the connection from next month onwards.How can I do that?

        MTS is adding VAS without my consent and even if I cancel they are activating without my knowledge again. We use a data card for my family. Even after multiple complaints they are not acting on it . This is happening for the fourth time and even if I don't use and cancel also they are charging and reactivating. Some stringent actions should be taken and process should be changed when we add new VAS we should send mail or SMS to provider rather than simply activating by provider itself.

          I have been trying to get the number disconnected since the last 10 days, but no action has been taken on it

          My MTS No is : [protected]

          After the 3rd call the associate tells me, he cannot cancel the plan and I have to redial from my registered number..
          The plan as such is useless... speed is slow as an ant and I have not been using the service since months.. Instead of disconnected, they expect me to pay the money first and keep sending me reminders for it
          MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I have MTS post paid data card past 2 years, now a days the signal strength is very poor in our residential area past 6 months. so many complaints have registered but problem has not solved yet.
          So please reply what is the procedure for cancellation of data card.

            I got an MTS Internet Connection information on my mobile phone as follows:-

            My data card No. (MDN No.) is [protected].
            Bill plan is 99149.
            Bill cycle is 16th of every month.
            Query call No. is[protected].

            On the 03/10/2016, I sent Rs. 690/= on line and got the message as follows:-

            YD-MTSBILL
            03/10/2016 03:26 p.m.
            We confirm you the receipt of Rs. 690/= on 03/10/2016. Thank you.

            On the 07/10/2016, this amount of Rs. 690/= was reversed at 12:00a.m. with T.I. -[protected]. Since then I have been receiving the messages on my mobile phone as well as on my E.Mail I.D. but on talking to the customer care personnel, I am made to send the message to the customer care E.Mail I.D. i.e. [protected]@mtslive.in but all my messages are sent back as undelivered.
            e.g.:-

            Subject:- Payment of Rs. 690/= done on 03/10/2016 at 03.26 p.m. for MDM No. [protected] got lost from MTS account

            It is stated that I deposited Rs. 690/= on the last day of payment 03/10/2016 at 03.26 p.m. and got the following message from YD-MTSBILL on my mobile phone :-

            '[protected].26 p.m.
            We confirm you the receipt of your MTS bill payment of Rs.690/= on[protected]. Thank you.'

            But I got the pending of payment message again and again daily.
            When I contacted the customer care personnel, I was informed that the aforesaid amount got transferred as under:-

            'Reversal amount of 690/= on 07/10/2016 at 12.00 a.m. with Transaction I.D. [protected]'.

            It is strange that money was transferred somewhere from MTS account and I am made the scapegoat to suffer the carelessness at MTS end so that my internet connection has been blocked for nonpayment of the bill.
            Please find out why such mismanagement occurred and why I should suffer for no fault of mine.

              Actually i am getting an issue i.e. my MTS data dont work sometimes in roaming locations and moreover at local areas also for the same i logged complain. two Complain i had logged but both have been closed without any and resolution and feedback moreover there is remark in your data base that i had not any issue
              complain ids are as follows : oct/1487 and oct/1621
              both have been closed without any logical solution and this call closer is done by your technical team. the level of support of customer care executives are less and maximum improvement
              today i have also logged one complain with complain id OCT/2038 but you see that this will also get closed without any resolution their executives do nothing but make their customers fool.
              After following up two to three time i came to this portal
              please resolve these issue

                Dear team mts,

                I have adopted 3g mts wi-fi data service in january 2016 and the service was started from 03rd january 2016.

                Unfortunately, my device is not working and connecting properly from day 1. Speed and connectivity both are worst (From 0 to maximum 2 mbps, however mts representative has confirm the speed minimum 7 to 10 mbps for 3g). I have complained many time to your mts store (Of shalimar bagh, from where, i have purchase the connection) but they always confirmed that “connectivity and speed is ok in this area and there is no problem.”

                But from the date of connection active to till date, i have never used this device comfortably and always faced very low speed and connectivity problem, however data may consumed by data card normally (Without proper usages) and i am paying rs. 689 every month and this is actually total wastage of my money and time. I again registered a complaint (Wide complaint no. Aug/3246 dated : 19.08.2016) today regarding the same.

                I am just want to say that mts is completely misguiding their customers and charging huge amount for that services which are actually mts is not providing. This completely against the rules and regulations of “trai” and “department of telecommunication”.

                I am unable to bear it more so request to please look in to this matter and arrange to refund my total amount (Against all paid bills + device charges) to me and discontinue the service before 31st august 2016 positively.

                Next level complaint:

                Dear mr. Vinod,

                Before blaming me, please go through attached mail trail of my complaint and first justify it.

                I have never appose to pay your bill and regularly requesting to revise it as i have not used your service due to bad connectivity and signal problem and that was also confirmed by mts representative during his visit at my home.

                Your all representatives are useless and repeatedly following up with me only for payment but what about my complaint…???
                Nobody is willing to resolve my problem and pressurizing me to pay money of that service which was not used by me because of worst service of mts.

                I have all the communication and will submit soon all the facts to “trai” and “department of telecommunication” about the harassment by mts of their customers.

                I am again requesting that arrange to close this matter soon and send me the revise bill (Of actual usages of data for the month of august and september) and waiver balance amount so that i can pay the bill accordingly and change the plan from postpaid to prepaid.

                But i have not received the same till date and mts only harass me mentally and calling me 5-8 times in a day only for payment and noboday is ready to listen my complaint.

                  My mts data card number is "[protected]". I register a complain in customer care for the replacement of the data card as my data card has been stolen/lost.
                  Customer care representative "himandhu singh" asked me to make a recharge of rs699 and then they will deliver the product to my address as per their commitment.
                  I made the recharge on 29th sep and drop a mail to mr. Himanshu. I got the reply form him on 3oth sep that "we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your concern to the concerned department. We request you to kindly wait for 48 working hours" and this the last mail i got from mts care. Since then i am continuously doing mail and call to the customer care. Over call the care person is saying that they have no idea about this complain and
                  Over mail no one is responding to the mail.
                  I have sent 6-8 mails after that and still waiting for their reply as i have spent rs699 and didnot get the product yet.

                    Sir/ madam,

                    Before this letter i wrote a letter to mts that asked to pay rs.950 against my surrendered mts doongle. I asked to explain why shouild i pay the amount, because after the bill rs.450 i request them to close or stop my mts service which they told that within 30hrs it will be stop/close which is recorded but they now tell that after stop the service i have used itfull month how it possible. I can pay rs.450 + rs.50 or rs.100 how could be more than that.
                    Please look after the matter and please explain how a stop or closed doongle can be used for a month.

                        When i purchased they have guaranteed me the speed. But speed was so bad that i was not able to open even google,.com. When complaint was raised, they said i am in congested area and thats the speed limit.

                        So i decided to go for disconnect. They are asking me to pay rs.123 as the processing fee for which they wont send me the bill. To stop a service why should i pay extra rs123?

                          I have made the Full and Final payment of MTS Data Card Number - [protected] in the amount of 717. But the payment has not been updated at their end since then, and I keep on receiving call on a daily basis from their Collection Department and I also receive messages on a daily basis from MTS to make the payment. I have been emailing them on a regular basis that I have made the payment and they are replying that they are looking into this but still they have not done anything. They also gave me my complaint number as but when I called customer care they told me that there is no complaint with this number.After all they say that you have to pay your payment of Rs 1187 . But i didn't used the data card because my number is deactivated because i have done full and final payment . It's a fraud company of fraudsters...

                            There was was an additional and unwanted charged twice billed one year back and upon many follow up with the customer care one charge was reversed and I am following up for other one charge till now no response. When i decided to close thus account seven months back a executive ms Gajalakshmi have convinced me that these charges were inadvertently billed and promised me that this reverse besides many follow up thus still not resolved now after few months they say these charges were outstanding inpiste.

                            Please dont believe nodals of mts they are totally waste and dobt waste your time if you go for mts you will have to pay extra amount for their mistakes.

                              1. I bought this data card with Number [protected] 1 year later. At that time its speed was good and at the time of purchasing the card mts store manager told me that whenever i will surrender my device i will have 50% of its bill amount and now they are denying to pay.
                              2. From last two months i was facing speed issue for which i have complaint for that many times in store but not even a single time my complaint got registered.
                              Then on 28th of aug i used to call customer care and told complete story to executive and i requested him to diconnect my connection and i told him that u have to pay back 50% of my data card amount as promised at the time of purchase.
                              I wont pay any final amount u have to adjust it from my data card value and i can surrender my data card but i wont pay any amount.
                              Now their executive called me daily 2 or 3 times and use very harsh and abusing language and asking for final amount.
                              Kindly register a complaint against their misbehave and misguiding me.

                                  I used mts mblaze data card. (Num: [protected])
                                  I have raised request to close my connection and i paid total outstanding amount before raise request.
                                  Mts customer care employee said, to complete this request they need 7 days of time and i should not use that device in that 7 days.
                                  So i did not use that device in next 7 days and my connection was closed. But now mts is demanding me to pay amount for that 7 days.
                                  If i am calling customer care they are not clarifying my doubts and more over they filed case on me for due amount.

                                  My questions are : 1) as mts customer care said, i did not used that device in 7 days. Why should i pay amount for that 7 days?
                                  2) if they take 20 days of time to close a connection means, do i need to pay amount for that 20 days?
                                  3) taking more time to close the connection is problem with me or mts?
                                  4) why mts is talking 7 days time to close a connection?
                                  They are continuously calling me and sending messages to me, this is causing mental pressure to me. If they are able to prove that mistake is from my side i am ready to pay the amount they are asking.

                                    Today (15/09/2016) i received a call from +91 - [protected] which said it's from icici credit card department and fraudulently taking my card credentials and all the identitiy proofs, bank statement, residence proof, pan card and other number which was used to send messages is +91 - [protected]

                                    Both above no. : +91 - [protected] belongs to sistema shyam teleservices from delhi as per truecaller app.
                                    I need your assistance please in getting back my id proofs.

                                    Moreover please caution in medias about this fraud and try to ban both companies: sistema shyam teleservices and salemall_epaykerala.
                                    I am trying to lodge a complaint in delhi cyber cell

                                    The speed is so slow it is practically impossible to use right now.
                                    I have recharged my mts mblaze no. [protected] TWO times today with 999 recharge which gives 20 gb high speed data but the balance shows 0 high speed data available.I want this fixed as soon as possible.

                                      I had an MTS connection 4 years back and I disconnected due to pathetic service and extremely rude customer service. I was asked to pay the bill of 640/- even after disconnecting the service and they kept calling and harassing me and my parents to pay the bill even When i had stopped the connection. Just to stop the annoying calls I paid the amount got done with it. Year later we moved to another city and suddenly after 4 years they sent out an email that 253/- outstanding amount is left and if I dont pay the bill my connection would be disconnected and I can only pay 50% of if what is this nonsense Never ever use MTS
                                      I also called the lady Kalpana Chaudhary who's no is mentioned in the email who was extremely rude to me and asked me to pay the amout of face the consequences and hung up is this a scam to collect the amout?

                                        1. I've had a MTS dongle for past 10 months, and had subscribed to the prepaid Rs 999/- package wherein i was getting data of 10 GB by day and 10 GB buy night.

                                        2. I was satisfied with the service. My usage was such that i never used up my entire data...around 1 Gb of data used to be unused, both for day and night.

                                        3. However last month in Aug 16, i observed that my data had suddenly got exhausted well before its validity. This was unusual, as my usage habits were the same, but i still ignored it and bought another Rs 999/- package for 20 GB.

                                        4. However, this time it was even worse. I have lost a disproportionate amount of data within two days..a whopping 12 GB.

                                        5. I complained to customer care, but they insisted that i have used up the data.

                                        6. This is a clear case of fraudulent service.
                                        MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
