Sir we have taken the mts data card on 6th july 2016 and were confirmed by mr vikram that we would get activation in 2 hrs but it was not done after that the he gave his number [protected] he is not picking the phone after that. he also gave us the number of his senior mr varun gupta-[protected] ... I have been using the mts mblaze postpaid dongle for 1 year till june, 2105. After which i repeatedly told the customer care to cancel and deactivate my account.
I went to netherlands for my higher studies in august and had no idea that even after paying all my bills and requesting for deactivation, they still didn't deactivate my account and sent another bill for november 2015 for the amount rs... But from the year of 2016, the internet connectivity became very worse and i could not browse the internet normally... MTS barred my services for month of May and i received three messages for the same. reasons remained unknown but i was happy as there services were pathetic and expensive. i paid my previous month due and asked them to deactivate my services. But after a month i got a bill for Rs 1068 for month of May... My data card no is [protected] . i have recharged 999 pack on 29 june and from that day speed and connectivity problem a... I ordered an mts data card ([protected]) on june 21st; although i had doubts about the connectivity and signal strength in my area (thirumudivakkam, chennai), the sales person assured me that the signal strength is good in my area and he already sold many connections there. believing his words i purchased the data card after paying inr 1500 + inr 100 for activation charges... This escalation against mts data card department for unnecessary fraud call generation for harassment. mts number [protected] i disconnected my data card service on the first week of april as i was not using the service and after that i started receiving calls from mts at frequent intervals for the payment and i said them that i will be paying the amount within the next due date... I have raised a concern with mts few months back for converting my postpaid plan into prepaid plan. despite my multiple efforts through written applications, repeated calls to mts customer care. they haven't converted my plan to prepaid.

The big useless thing i ever did is bought this MTS Datacard postpaid connection. It was giving a poor of 100 kbps but they promised for 9 MBPS. I asked them atleast 500kbps is happy with me. but due to poor signal it was not working properly. But I adjust and using it... I am facing lot of network problem in my area.Network coverage problem and no network or searching problem for day by da... I bought a MTS data card and the amounts were paid but the data card never worked so I made repeated complaints to the Customer care (duration of complaints being 3 hours on phone continuously and for 5 days) and to the person who sold me the data card but in vain. The person who sold the data card never turned up and acted very indifferent as though he had done me a bit favor and he initially left promising to bring the bill... I Bought an MTS connection as a sales rep promised me to provide over 2mbps speed on their 3G plus service. Customer id [protected]. The deal seems good. But after activation of device I noticed I was not getting 2mbps, not even 1mbps. I was merely getting 80kbps which is even less than 2G. Which was way less than promised... I have bought mts device from mts authorised store on 23 june.
Since than I was facing the speed problem. I logged the complaint against it to mts customer care. But they didn't provide any satisfactory solution. They are saying that area, which you are living in is highly consumed area and it will take 4-5 weeks to solve this problem... I got my dongle in end of nov 2015 and it was some what working. They raised the deactivation request and when i asked about the advance money i paid when buying the connection they said that will send dd to the address from where i am going to move out... internet at all using my MTS data card. From what I have understood, MTS is a company that cheats customers by providing internet access for the first 15-16 days so that you don't file a complaint. Then they cut off the internet entirely and refuse to refund your money stating that the refund can be initiated only if purchased in the first 15 days... But generating bill and sending legal notices.
These types of cases are more and they are making consumers fool.
They customer care services of mts is not responding... Am an mts data card customer. My data card no is [protected]. Many of my friends have also took mts and using as per my opinion. Now i am facing a problem regarding my device and mts customer care teams response is so bad. Am calling to mts customer care regarding the device complaint since last 4days... | |
