I have bought mts device from mts authorised store on 23 june.
Since than I was facing the speed problem. I logged the complaint against it to mts customer care. But they didn't provide any satisfactory solution. They are saying that area, which you are living in is highly consumed area and it will take 4-5 weeks to solve this problem. But I can't wait so much for this bacause my work got affected. I mail them for this issue, But they didn't provide any solution too.

    I got my dongle in end of nov 2015 and it was some what working. Later on in december, i raised a complaint saying that the internet connection is not working. Due to heavy rains in chennai, i was unable to follow up with the complaint.

    Even without resolving the issues i was still paying the bill 3 - 4 months and i was raising so many tickets to resolve the issue, i. E., internet is not working at all. So i asked them to resolve the issue and then i will pay the bill. For which they have not reverted till now but they are asking to pay 1367 and sending me many messages.

      I contacted customer care to deactivate my mts postpaid internet connection due to relocation from chennai. They tried to give some offers but due to unavoidable reasons i had to disconnect my connection. They raised the deactivation request and when i asked about the advance money i paid when buying the connection they said that will send dd to the address from where i am going to move out. When i requested to send the dd to the new address, the customer care said that it is not possible. Until they were explaining offers the guy who spoke was good, but after the deactivation request and i asked about the advance money the way he was dealing with me was not fair. I requested that i will not be available there, so it may go to other person and please send me to the address which i provide, but he said its not possible. I asked to transfer the call to higher manager where i can raise my concern, he replied there is no such person. Really the customer service of mts is very poor.

      Not sure how can i collect the dd where i will not be available when they deliver it.

      If there is a reason they can choose as relocation when deactivating, its fair for them to send the advance money as dd to the new address. Its obvious if i relocated i will not be available in that address and they don't bother whether the money reach the right hands.

      Very poor service. Expecting some action regarding it. Thanks in advance.

        I am unable to access internet at all using my MTS data card. From what I have understood, MTS is a company that cheats customers by providing internet access for the first 15-16 days so that you don't file a complaint. Then they cut off the internet entirely and refuse to refund your money stating that the refund can be initiated only if purchased in the first 15 days. The call center people do not register a complaint and they lack the courtesy required to deal with the customers. Extremely unprofessional company. I urge them to at least show some decency and return my money. And please note I am typing this entire mail using my TATA PHOTON +. Shame on you guys at the MTS..if you cant deliver.

          I have stopped using mts dongle.
          Complained about poor network
          Complained about cancellation
          No actions taken
          But generating bill and sending legal notices.
          These types of cases are more and they are making consumers fool.
          They customer care services of mts is not responding.
          If we are not getting network how can i use my net.
          No logic is applied.

            I am dr. Divya ravindran.. Am an ayurveda doctor.. Am an mts data card customer.. My data card no is [protected].. Many of my friends have also took mts and using as per my opinion... Now i am facing a problem regarding my device and mts customer care teams response is so bad. Am calling to mts customer care regarding the device complaint since last 4days.. You can check it.. I got the connection problem on mts system update day and they told that prob is due to that and will be ok soon.. But it is not at all working.. Today mts executive told i have to get a new device paying almost 1000rs.. And only my balance amt vl be credited.. My warranty period jst finished.. If the device is getting damaged so early it clearly shows the bad quality of the device. I have jst rchrgd 18gb for 1599rs... If i have to take a new device i told them to credit new data balance also along with old one.. Or you reduce the amt for the duplicate device.. If i have to pay 1000rs i should get the new data balance also along with old data.. Do something on this.. Hope u will do the needful..

              This is becoming weird.

              We keep getting call and reminders from MTS for bill payment. Our calls and mails are falling on deaf ears. I get a call every couple of days from MTS saying your query is being resolved. Then get a message that the complaint has been closed sucessfully.

              3 days back again received a call from a gentleman called Saurabh. He mentioned to come on Friday (24th June), today and to call in morning once in Dehradun, yet its past noon and we are still waiting.

              Sir/madam, you are requested to please end this plight of ours and take the connection back and refund our money. We would rather buy the data connection from a more organised and reputed company, Tata or Airtel.

              I am appalled at the shabby customer service of MTS.

              In the last 10 days, twice we have received the message saying something like - thank you for having spoken to ABCD for your query, if you are satisfied with the resolution send NO else YES to 1551. We have tried sending NO several times, sms does not go only.

              After making the complaint for 'n' no. of times, 2 days back i was told that no complaint had been registered and every time to our complaint of poor connectivity/speed, we were given some hog-wash about resetting the Wi-fi equipment. On thursday i was told someone would call with 4 hours to resolve the query. No such thing happened. On lodging another complaint on Saturday, i got a call from a lady who very politely called half hour later (as i was driving at the time).

              She told me to log-in again and check speed by trying to log-in to You-tube. I also tried Gmail/hotmail, to no avail. Then she abruptly cut the call after saying there is some problem and will have send someone.

              Till date and time, no response.

              My sincere request to you is to kindly arrange to set the equipment/connectivity/speed issue right ELSE take the equipment back and refund our money.

                I have a mts-wifi data card ([protected])

                From last month i am recieving speed & connectivity problem in my data card and i have complained about the same to the customer care on 18th june'16

                My complaint no - jun/4541
                They told me that technical team will reach to you in next 22 hours working hours.

                Some vicky singh fromm technical team called me today on 21st june'16 and told me that there is some network problem in your area due to increasing no. O[censored]sers in your particular area.

                I told him that it is not my fault if your users are increasing in this area you need to take care of your customer grevience.

                Then on this he replied that it will take 4-5 weeks for correction of this problem and you have to wait for such long time & now we are closing your complaint.
                I told him not to close it, because the problem cannot resolved by saying only this

                After talking to mr. Vicky singh from technical team i called up customer care again on 21st june'16 and told my problem again to them, they told me that we are forwarding your request to technical team, and they will contact you in next 4 hours.

                In 4 hours mr. Shailendra from techincal team is on call & start giving useless solution to my problem and this time they have different excuse
                He also start misguiding me that you need to open your laptop and check network signals etc
                But how can i check it if i am not recieveing any signal.
                To open a single website it need more than 20 refresh.

                They all are wasting my precious time and can't resolve my problem

                Sir all my office work is being done with the help of internet.
                Now i am facing problem as all my work is lagging due to internet problem and nobody from mts is ready to help me.

                Sir i am currently paying rs1150 every month for net connectivity and not getting satisfactory service.
                I think i am wasting my money on your data card every month

                I am very dissapointed from mts data card service

                Please take proper action & revertback

                  I talked to MTS customer care executive as many times i have discussed many times my net speed issue but they told me daily new excuses about MTS data card like (first-we are working on 4g network so you have to face net slow speed after few days i call to mts customer care second-now this time they told me that your are living in a highly used area so cant access 3g net speed.after three days i again call to the customer care.this time they told me reset your mts data card two times then you can access your 3g speed.
                  now present day i told the customer care many time please open my complaint about net speed.they told me that we cant open your complaint because you are living in highly used area and also you are not in 3g capable area.

                    Have spoken to about dozen of agents and supervisors and team leaders. Names I can remember are Ram Babu and Ashish Kumar..just for simple complaint of card activation..agents, supervisors and team leaders have all different information. some can not see notes for calls I made. Then other supervisor say they have notes that previous agent gave incorrect information but can only share feedback with agent and cannot do anything about expediting activation process..too bad service. loosing on validaty of card..please resolve at earliest..contact number [protected]

                      Now a days my MTS device is giving very pathetic speed. Just imagine
                      GMAIL is opening only in HTML view. Its working slower than 2G.

                      I have deleted cookies, clear history, even tried this device on
                      another PC and also reset device but nothing happened, still speed is
                      very slow.

                        My name is Abhishek Saji Mathew and I am currently residing in Ambattur, Chennai.I have ordered for an MTS data card and last Sunday[protected] two sales person whose name was Bala and Rajendran came to my house.They demanded an activation charge of R.s300 and one months advanced payment of R.s1000.So as a total I have paid them R.s1300 in advance as they demanded.The data card was supposed to be activated by Monday[protected], and now it is the fifth day and the connection is still not activated.I make calls to the MTS customer support three times a day just to hear the same kind of lame excuse from the customer care executive.If I try to contact the local sales person he is repeatedly disconnecting my call.I am a person who relies completely on internet to run my business and I work from Home and it is costing me extra money to recharge my mobile data and to make calls to the customer care agent.I have asked them to cancel the data card and refund me my money to which they responded ironically stating that "we don't have an option to refund your money back".I have also asked them to raise a compliant and give me the reference number and the same statement came back again "WE DONT HAVE AN OPTION TO RAISE COMPLAINT".I am here in the midst of nothing where I have lost my entire hope and is now afraid whether I will be loosing my money.If you have an option to listen my calls, you will understand the number of lies they have told me.This is the worst customer support I have experienced in my entire life.I wish you to look into this issue seriously and warn the company, so that they will have at least some interest to look into my grievances.
                        And to those who are reading this.If you have no other option also please do not go with MTS data card.They are thieves sitting to loot the customers money.Even after it is activated the speed will be far less than the promised speed.
                        I request you to kindly look into this issue seriously take necessary action.I have provided the necessary information below

                          I bought a mts 3g plus dongle from Mr. Fahim on may 7, 2016. Since that date I am facing major speed issues in my area, that has already been confirmed by your member of networking team, Mr. Varun. He gave me a replacement dongle for the same that even didn't work. Now my data and days were getting wasted due to no network connections and I was told that the network tower in my area is not working and repairs are going on. I was hearing this from 1 month. Now that I have to recharge it for data carry forward, I did 1gb recharge for rs 248. Now they are telling me that for carry forward I need a minimum recharge of 299. This was not at all mentioned before when I bought this dongle. I was told that any minimum recharge will do.

                          I feel that I'm totally cheated by your members. Now I have a 0 balance in my account and that too with facing so many problems. Please look forward to this.

                            We bought MTS datacard postpaid connection
                            But unable to configure .and requested them to return the amount of Rs 1300 but they refused .
                            As there is one year warranty they provide and one of the employee of mts told us that if the vonnection fails to cofigure then they return the totsl amount.
                            But I am not getting any positive response from them.
                            This company only fools the people and keeps on taking money as a bill charge. Without providing services.
                            Sorry to say this matter should be looked into and action should be taken

                              I recharged my wifi dongle with 1000 rs and they given me balance of 1096.91. I want to activate rs 999 data plan from main balance. They are saying that I should use basic data plan i.e 3 paise per 100kb until my balnce runs out.
                              customer care are not usefull. As it is dongle, I can only use it for data. so, most of my money is screwed. most of other telecom provider, provide facility to recharge from main balance

                                I have requested for the de-activation of my data card # [protected] in the first week of may 2016. The same got deactivated on 10th May, but without my request/knowledge, the same got activated again on 18th and they are claiming the bill amount for that. I have sent so many mails to customer care, called them so many times, but no action has been taken to close the account and send the revised bill. I have been working in telecom sector for long and even if I face these kind of issues from MTS, I can imagine how will they exploit the common people.
                                Also, they had a long history of changing (reducing) the data limits of the on-going plan without even notifying the customer. They did this at least two times.

                                  we are purchased the MTS dongle for internet. when I look demo of MTS donggle before purchasing the spped was verry good but when I purchased MTS donggle the speed was so slow & sometimes internet is coming & going.

                                  for above issue I went to MTS office govaves circle but they have not given proper reply & not helped.

                                  So please help me for this issue.

                                    I recharged my MTS mblaze data card no [protected] on Feb, 5 2016 for 18 GB valid for 3 month of rs 1599.
                                    Afterwards I started to use with the speed of 5 to 7 kbps so with that speed even Google page can't be opening. Then I keep complaining for 5 to 7 times about the issue the greate customer care provideed every time a complaint I'd with the update we can't do anything bcos u are in high utilize area so it will take 3 to 4 week time to work around technical team is working .so now 4 month passed nothing happened .my 3 month validity is expired and loose 18 GB data and lot of invaluable energy in checking speed test of 5 kbps, opening google, explaining to customer care, waiting there technical support call in half hour to whole day, then while explaining to great tech support he sudden disconnected the call with his job done.I request MTS to fix the issue and provide me 3.1 Mbps not 5 kbps.provide me 18 GB data and 3 month validity and provide genuine customer support and service.All these MTS must provide to proceed if any other way we can have better service then MTS can suggest to try.lastly provide the solution of dard-e-speed-e-mts

                                      I recharged my mblaze WiFi card with rs 499 but after waiting for almost half hour i didn't get my balance. So i talked to there customer representative and they told me to recharge again with same amount and i will get refund of one of my balance. But after an hour i got both of my recharge done.
                                      Now MTS is not refunding my money, they said its because of our technical failure but still they cant do anything. Even there customer representative are not responding properly.
                                      I called them 4 times but they always cut my call or just give me false information like -"you will get your refund tomorrow" or"we will call you in 4 hours". But still i didn't get call or my money. Please take proper action

                                        My MTS mobile number is [protected] they deducted Rs62 balance from 30th may. And refunded only Rs40. Again today rs10 has been deducted. When I called customer care they said for downloading wallpaper you have charged rs10. But I have no any options to download wallpaper and my mobile is not supported gprs. It's model number is Samsung sch-b209. Which is a reliance mobile I unlocked the mobile and put in MTS Sim. So how I can open Internet from this phone????? But they continuously saying that you downloaded wallpaper.
                                        I complained here before but they not replied. So I decided to go to the court... MTS is a fraud company. They have no any responsibility and customer service agent also have no good behavior.
