I got your device after confirmation by your store manager that you will get speed at least 3g now speed is no where my 2g connection is far better than your device. I just want to know that was just loot on me by your side or this is your policy to make fake promises for the money.

I am highly dissatisfied and i know you won't provide even your customer care services are fake all fake promises.

You won't develop like this.

    Sir we have taken the mts data card on 6th july 2016 and were confirmed by mr vikram that we would get activation in 2 hrs but it was not done after that the he gave his number [protected] he is not picking the phone after that. he also gave us the number of his senior mr varun gupta-[protected] . even he is also not picking up the phone . then we are complaining from that day till today to customer care-[protected] but they are just giving us hopes and it has been that half month has gone please take action against the company please before the situation becomes grim we are wating fro your reply iam sending you the details about the mts data card.

      I have been using the mts mblaze postpaid dongle for 1 year till june, 2105. After which i repeatedly told the customer care to cancel and deactivate my account.

      I went to netherlands for my higher studies in august and had no idea that even after paying all my bills and requesting for deactivation, they still didn't deactivate my account and sent another bill for november 2015 for the amount rs.114.

      I did not notice this email until yesterday when i received two legal notice that i have not paid the bill for november which is overdue.

      I have paid the amount as of now (17.07.2016).

      I want to deactivate this account as soon as possible which they are still not doing.

        I want to complaint about ms. Pooja rathore. She called me and said that i am calling from tees hazari court and said you have not paid the bill of rs 1192/-. I called many times and said please cut the connection but they dis not. Every time they said they will just pay the bill of this month.
        Even my usage was zero. She was threatening that she will destroy the future.
        Kindly do the needful, even i paid the bill but i have paid the same forcefully.

          I bought mts post paid data connection ([protected]) on march 2015 and was using the connection till march 2016.Initially the connection speed was good and later from apr 2015, it reduced from 1mbps to 50 kbps, it was raised with mts team on 4 apr 2015 and no action was taken. Later i was told from the team new tower will be installed later it would be corrected. But never happened. So thought of disconnecting on march 2016, so stopped using the connection and informed to customer care and they told they will consider for disconnection. But it was not happened and got bill continuously which i was denied to pay.
          Later i got that information, once i paid the amount they will take the disconnection request and it was informed by the lawer raghavan. So i cleared the mentioned amount (1382) and raise the request to disconnect my connection on 29 apr 2016 and same was acknolowdge (Req no 6958164) by mts customer care and informed that with in 7 days it would disconnected.
          Eventhough next month i got the bill to pay rs 259. I thought it would be for which might be for 7 days. So i paid it.
          But again i got the bill on jun around rs 116. Which they sent one message and never got any message. Later one week back i got one message it was due if not will legal notice will send which i did not notice and today i got legal notice. Here after 3 months of disconnecting the connection i got bill where i did not used the connection.

          As I got mail from MTS stated that they have disconnected the connection on 16 May 2016. But I got the bill of 116 on 18 June 2016(My bill date is every 18th to next month 19th) . Why the bill was raised after disconnected date and legal notice also raised and it gave me mental depression.

            I have been using the mts data card for internet connection [protected] from the year 2014 and since from the date of issue of connection, i have never been a defaulter for the monthly bill, and the net connectivity was very excellent upto 12/2015.
            But from the year of 2016, the internet connectivity became very worse and i could not browse the internet normally.
            There was no connectivity to the websites and the net speed was dead slow with frequent disconnections, hence i made series of complaints frequently with reference as detailed below..
            1. complaint no. feb/13947 dated :28.2.2016 (closed without action on 01.3.16)
            2. complaint no. mar/2250 dated :05.03.2016 (closed without action on 08.3.16)

            But all of my complaints was unsolved and closed by the mts customer care with a remark that i have been residing in the high utility zone. since i haven’t got my problems solved, i asked the mts customer care to solve the problem and only after that i would be able to pay the bills,
            But without any intimation, i was informed that the mts net connection was disconnected during the month of by 18th march 2016.
            But after that i have been receiving frequent sms and calls to pay the outstanding bills, for which i explained that i have placed several complaints stating that the internet connectivity is not usable practically.
            Since i was not provided proper internet connectivity, i requested them to waive off the outstanding bill and convert the postpaid connection to prepaid service,
            Meanwhile i received a call from mts bill collection team, madurai from the number : [protected] and the person who talked to me informed to pay the outstanding at the earliest, for which i informed him that the internet connectivity was provided to me during the billing period, since i have not utilized the service, i could not pay the outstanding and i also informed that i have placed frequent complaints regarding the above issue.
            For that, he replied me to pay a sum of rs.500/- plus rs.300/- totaling 800, so that he would convert my mts connection to a prepaid one.
            As per his instruction, i have immediately paid the amount of rs.800/- through online mode on 09.05.2016.
            But after receipt of the above payment, the mts official who spoke with me from the number : [protected] has stopped to give response to my call, and even when i call from other number, my call was disconnected soon after providing my datacard number.
            I clearly understood that i have been cheated by the mts company bill collection officials, and as such i have made a complaint to mts customer care and narrated the above issue and my complaint was registered with number : [protected]
            Afterwards, my complaint was being closed without any solution and intimation, and whenever i call the customer care and enquire the status of my complaint, i was being informed by a fake information that i didn’t picked up the call.
            This is very false information and the mts officials are in a motive to cheat me and to threaten me to collect the payments, for non service period.
            I have also placed a complaint again duly providing the details of conversation received from the mts collection team phone number : and to take immediate action against concerned officials for also which i haven’t received any reply and all the complaints placed by were closed.
            In this regard, i am to inform that, i have not utilized the datacard due to connectivity problems, and also placed clear complaints regarding the above issue, it is against the justice to force me for the payment of bills for improper service.
            I have been receiving frequent of threatening sms and emails to pay the bills to avoid legal action against myself. meanwhile i also received a email stating it as a legal notice, (vijai associates advocates, advocates - high court, h. s. mohamed rafi, m. a. m. l., c. k. vijayakumaar, b. sc., b. l., r. perumalraj, b. a. b. l.) and asked me to contact mr, jena, regarding the payment issue to the mobile number :[protected]
            On contact with him over phone, i gave my explanation as above and also informed him that the customer care team of mts has sent me a email informing me to pay rs.800/- for which i have denied to pay with the collection team.
            He asked me to forward the email to: [protected]@gmail.com, and as such i have sent the email on[protected] at 11.49am.
            On receipt of the email, he informed me that, he had forwarded a email to concerned team and soon he would contact me back,
            But even after one month i didn’t received any reply, and i am getting legal notice from someother s (veerabadran associates, advocates - high court
            K. anand, m. a. b. l., e. c. veerabadran, b. a. b. l., b. praveen, m. l.,

            When, i contact the above person, he demands me to pay the entire amount or otherwise, i will take legal action.
            But, no one answers about the complaints i placed regarding the improper internet connectivity and the previous conversations and email correspondances with mts customer care, collection team, appealate authorities etc.,
            I request kindly to take immediate action in this regard and to get the mts connection closed without any charges, since i could not pay the entire amount for the non provided service.

              My name is kishor kale. i was give a buttery and data cable to replacing in 15 may 2016 from pune my order no is-mh pun sstl 145. my mobile is in warranty card so i replace this but, any buddy cant given a replay about that i calling to customer care 5 time but they say wait if within 2 days my order is not receiving then i will complaint in consumer court.

                MTS is cheating me for past 3 months billing. I mailed them to disconnect my line 3 months back but they continue to send bill and also they were telling me that i used some data's. Once i called customer service they were told that discontinuation of line should be raised by calling customer service only not through email so and then I asked the same representative to raise the discontinuation of line and he also confirmed. Later on again i received bills from the fraud company and they told they will file complaint against me. Since I am in out of station I don't want to waste my time on travelling to my home town and work location. So I paid the bill amount of 2500 and asked legal team to discontinue my line. But now again I am receiving bill and calls from the company to pay the bill again. Help me out on this.

                  I had used mts internet connection for few months by purchasing mts homespot wi-fi for rs.1399/-. the connectivity was very poor from day one and many days, it didn't work completely. also they were charging additional amount of rs.33/- every month along with the rs.999/- plan is unfair and also was not communicated by the executive while taking the connection in august 2015. as per trai, no service provider to charge additional amount for using different websites/ url. also billing for the unused period (01.02.2016- 29.02.2016) that was communicated well before on 31.01.2016 for disconnection. even after many complaints, and informing to discconect nothing happened. but they didn't disconnect and keep on adding the internet charge for the following months without disconnecting the connection. now they are asking me to pay for that also.

                  Also customer care executive started calling were threatening me with legal course of action for no fault of customer. the act of mts on these issues as a whole shows deficiency in services and has caused lot of mental agony affecting my work and family life.

                  Violation of indian laws:

                  •as per the indian laws and dot notification no 842-488/2004-vas/2, verification of address is mandatory. but till now they didn't do proper address verification. it is essential for indian national security.
                  •after disconnection they called me daily from different numbers like ([protected], [protected], [protected] and etc) and told me that she is calling from delhi high court and she is court officials, a case was registered against me so i need to come to court to pay against some case number.

                  Threatening in the name of court official and faking identity is against our laws. now they have sent legal notice in the name of veerabadran associates chennai to sue under sections 403, 405, 406, read with section 420 of the ipc which are baseless and appears the entity and the lawyers and the address seems to be fake...

                  I have enough evidence to prove my above charges against mts.

                  That you had subscribed for the postpaid voice/data services being offered by sstl in accordance with the terms& conditions set out in the customer acquisition form [caf], which was duly signed for and acknowledged by you.

                  1. that in support of your credentials /verification you had furnished / attached along with the caf, the photocopies of the requisites documents (viz. your photo id and address proof etc)

                  2. that the caf clearly states that the terms and conditions for the services to be rendered by m/s. sistema shyam teleservices limited,. the said caf also provides the manner and the duration till which the sim card/dongle was to be used by the person subscribing for the services of sstl, and its return to its rightful owner (i. e. m/s. sistema shyam teleservices limited) in the eventuality of discontinuation of said services..

                  3. that the “sim card/dongle” being provided to the subscriber is the property of m/s. sistema shyam teleservices limited and the same has to be used and utilized by the subscriber strictly in the manner stated in the caf and only till such time the terms and conditions of the said caf are being adhered to by the parties,. you had been entrusted with the sim card/dongle by m/s. sistema shyam teleservices limited with express instructions that usage of the same to access the network of m/s. sistema shyam teleservices limited shall be done by you in accordance with the terms and conditions of the caf. however, you have failed to return the same to sstl. and retaining the same illegally and the same amounts to misappropriation of the same.

                  4. the bill, which duly and timely reached you, clearly stated a date of payment in the bill statements. this was followed by verbal communications / repeated requests for payment via tele-calling and sms messages for the same. however till date we have not received any payment towards the discharge of your outstanding liability which amounts to rs.2263/- therefore, despite having availed and enjoyedthe services promised and duly delivered by m/s. sistema shyam teleservices limited, you have dishonestly and fraudulently induced sstl and thereby causing wrongful loss to sstl and wrongful gain to yourself.

                  5. please take notice that should the property (sim card/dongle card) m/s. sistema shyam teleservices limited, given to you in good faith, for a specific purpose, not be returned along with the paymentsdue and outstanding, within seven clear days from the receipt of this notice, sstl shall be constrained to initiate/invoke all or any of the legal remedies available under law to recover the same ;in addition to the your prosecution under sections 405, 406 and 420, of the indian penal code read with section 190/200 and 357 of the code of criminal procedure, before appropriate court. furthermore, sstl shall be at liberty to share the information regarding the unlawful retention of its sim card/dongle and the default in payment on your part with other telecom operators or credit verification agencies.

                  6. however if you have made payments prior to receiving this notice, please ignore this notice and kindly furnish us the proof of payment to avoid further action.

                    I am continuously facing speed related issues on my number:[protected] entire days from past 2-3 months.
                    I have complained about 3-4 times for the same, but complaint gets closed due to no reason.
                    I have tried cleaning temp files, recent histories and prefetch files but none of them worked.
                    I have tested my speed both on speedtest.Net and trai my speed app, and the downloading speed is showing 0.40mbps, and upload speed 0.43 mbps.
                    Please help me in this regard.

                      I got a call from mts +91 [protected] asking me to try the mts 3g+ dongle with promise of refund if i don't get good speed (at least 3 mbps). i explained to him that i've already tried two years ago and it didn't work and i got my money back only after a lot of struggle. he said things have changed now and the network coverage has increased due of partnership with reliance. i still didn't want to take it but he convinced me to try (as of now there is no internet service in my area other than airtel 3g). i said i would take it only if the promise of refund in written form was included with the dongle. the person on the other side agreed.

                      The next day i got another call from another mts personnel +91 [protected] for confirming if i wanted to purchase the dongle. i asked her if it is guaranteed that i will get a refund if there is no network coverage in my area. she said there will definitely be a refund if i don't get good speed or network coverage. she noted some of my details and told me that somebody will call me for delivering the dongle at my address and that i have to pay 1600 at the time of delivery. when the dongle was delivered to me, i paid 1600 but i did not receive any written promise of refund and upon asking the person who delivered the dongle, i was told that i must contact the customer care since he is from delivery department and won't be able to help.

                      When i tested the dongle, the network speed was so poor that i couldn't even open google.com. i called the customer care and none of things they asked by to try worked so i asked about the refund. the reply was that there is no such policy at mts and that i should contact the seller.
                      I called the numbers from which i the sellers called me. [protected] cannot be reached and on calling [protected], i was assured that somebody will first verify the network issue. after a few days when i called [protected] nobody answers the phone no matter how many times i call. i have spoken to customer care after that but nothing helped and my ticket was closed (twice) even though it was not resolved.

                      I have been trying to get my money back for weeks and the customer care is not helping. i think this is a case of cheating.

                        MTS barred my services for month of May and i received three messages for the same. reasons remained unknown but i was happy as there services were pathetic and expensive. i paid my previous month due and asked them to deactivate my services. But after a month i got a bill for Rs 1068 for month of May. for services that i did not use.
                        after sending them n number of messages and talking to n number of their executives i came to know that all they want is your money and they refused to respond to the messages that showed that my services were barred.
                        On asking them to send me an itemised bill they send me an image for 4 days usage which was completely fake.

                        also receiving threat calls from court and something about a case.

                            I ordered an mts data card ([protected]) on june 21st; although i had doubts about the connectivity and signal strength in my area (thirumudivakkam, chennai), the sales person assured me that the signal strength is good in my area and he already sold many connections there. believing his words i purchased the data card after paying inr 1500 + inr 100 for activation charges.
                            As promised the data card was activated the next day and i discovered the speed was around 40-50 kbps as against the promised "up to 9.8 mbps"
                            I complained with mts customer support and they sent a service engineer, who confirmed that signal strength is poor in my area.
                            I placed a request for refund of my money which is yet to be satisfied. so far there has not been a proper response from mts.

                              This escalation against mts data card department for unnecessary fraud call generation for harassment. mts number [protected] i disconnected my data card service on the first week of april as i was not using the service and after that i started receiving calls from mts at frequent intervals for the payment and i said them that i will be paying the amount within the next due date. but still they continued to call me and one fine day i received the cal on the name of "delhi high court" which was completely a fraud call and the person's name was tina sharma (+91-[protected]) who told that she was calling from delhi high court as mts has filed a case against me for rs.30, 000/- and she said that i should have received the court notice for the same. and another fraud person called me in disguise of an advocate named sanjay sharma (mobile number [protected]) and he/she also told that they sent me a court notice in my home address. but later on i found that this was totally a fraud call which was generated from mts, just to make the customers afraid and nothing else because if this was a court notice in reality, then i should have received the hard copy of the communication or atleast some email, which was not there at any time now before my due date only mts people have started doing this fraid and cheat calls, which is not at all accepted. i need this matter to be investigated on utmost priority and i want compensation for the same or else, i will file a case for the same in consumer court once again.
                              Please compensate me for this type of fraud calls without any significance

                                This is my MTS no: [protected] .
                                The big useless thing i ever did is bought this MTS Datacard postpaid connection. It was giving a poor of 100 kbps but they promised for 9 MBPS. I asked them atleast 500kbps is happy with me. but due to poor signal it was not working properly. But I adjust and using it. after a month the LED light in dongle is not blinking and internet also not working, its due to the device fault. they said it is under warranty so can replace it. but i was facing so much problem with the speed, so i wanted to permanently close this account.

                                When I call them and said it is not working so close this one. My billing date is 15th of every month, i asked them to close 13th of may. it is before the bill generate. so not even a month is completed.

                                They said 7 days it will take and i need to pay for that 7 days too. i dn't understand when the device is not working why i need to pay for that 7 days.
                                finally they gave Rs.1249 bill amount and when i ask i havn't used it even for a month but maximum bill amount for one full month won't be even Rs.1100, they said Pay Rs.1000 only. i will give remaining amount as discount.

                                Anyway it was my fault to choose that MTS, so i just paid Rs.1000 and they said account closed i won't be disturbed again.

                                now after one month again one more lady called and saying from delhi court, and asking to pay Rs.249, if i don't pay i will need to come to court.

                                I am in huge upset. i dn't understand what is happening. I am not even asked them to replace the device when it is under warranty, when I do favor for them in everything they are cheating me in everything.

                                Just want to make sure i won't get any nonsense calls hereafter.

                                Please help me what is the procedure deal with it.

                                  I have raised a concern with mts few months back for converting my postpaid plan into prepaid plan. despite my multiple efforts through written applications, repeated calls to mts customer care. they haven't converted my plan to prepaid.

                                  Every time you go to their store or call their customer support. there executives tell a new story and never provide complaint number as well. despite my multiple attempts this guys haven't converted my number.

                                  Now, when i haven't used the connection for few months, this guys have spammed me through multiple calls and sms throughout this months. despite the fact that i have not used the connections, i agreed to pay some settlement amount.

                                  This guys sent me a simple mail saying please pay this amount. when i replied asking for details like on what basis you are charging this amount, usage details and other details, this guys have not sent me any details despite multiple reminders.

                                  Every time this guys call they are bothered about money only and not about customer concerns and satisfaction.

                                  Any now this guys are threatening me with calls saying we will file a legal case against you and all that stuff. this guys are very arrogant on call and are harassing me.

                                  If this guys have not done thier work properly, this is not my fault. despite my multiple mails if they don't respond it is not my fault.

                                  Mee to have the same pblm...? any idea how to solve it?

                                      I bought a MTS data card and the amounts were paid but the data card never worked so I made repeated complaints to the Customer care (duration of complaints being 3 hours on phone continuously and for 5 days) and to the person who sold me the data card but in vain. The person who sold the data card never turned up and acted very indifferent as though he had done me a bit favor and he initially left promising to bring the bill. He never returned and the bill was never given to me. With great difficulty the Customer care of MTS sent a technician who sat for more than four hours on my computer and the data card worked for some time after he left. The next day the data card did not work once again and I went on making complaints to the Customer care of MTS and mind you each of my calls lasted for more than an hour or two and they did not send any technician and I ended the call saying I will not be making any payments. All this has happened to me in three to five days time of purchasing the MTS Dongle. They promptly started raising the bills in my name and harassed me by calls and finally a legal notice was sent to me to make payments and also return the Dongle as it is the property of Sistema Shyam Teleservices. I had never heard of this company until the legal notice was sent as the Dongle payment was made to JKB Pragathi Computers Bangalore when my cheque got encashed. I don't know how Sistema Shyam Teleservices came into the picture and the legal notice also mentioned that the Dongle is the property of Sistema Shyam Teleservices and how come I need to return the same as I purchased it. The legal notice says I have done some Crime in retaining the Dongle and I don't understand as to what crime I have committed, I have made the payments and I would strongly recommend to any person or company who want to make any purchases from MTS to read this complaint of mine and then take a decision. These people are cheaters and they are the worst. I suggest and recommend to one and all never to buy MTS.

                                        I Bought an MTS connection as a sales rep promised me to provide over 2mbps speed on their 3G plus service. Customer id [protected]. The deal seems good. But after activation of device I noticed I was not getting 2mbps, not even 1mbps. I was merely getting 80kbps which is even less than 2G. Which was way less than promised.
                                        I called their customer service and complained about many times. But almost nearly 3 week passed and nothing happened. I also contacted the MTS store where I bought the device but they very rude and told me that they can’t do anything about it
                                        I called customer service again and complained but nothing happened. I called and complained again, this time in a 2 days’ time I got call from there engineer. He checked through remote access and said this is the speed I will get in my area. So I have also recorded his call. I can’t believe this with 5 bar of 3G plus Network I am only getting 80kbps which lower than 2G speed. I have asked for refund several times but no avail. How can some company like this operate? Where is the governments protection from there corporate thieves who hide behind their lawyers and advocates to cheat and stake from common hard working, tax paying citizen?
                                        I kindly request my refund of Rs.1200 which I paid for the device because I can’t even open a webpage on that speed. There is no use for me
