I have ordered for an MTS data card and last Sunday[protected] two sales person whose name was Bala and Rajendran came to my house. They demanded an activation charge of R. s300 and one months advanced payment of R. s1000. So as a total I have paid them R. s1300 in advance as they demanded. The data card was supposed to be activated by Monday[protected], and now it is the fifth day and the connection is still not activated... I bought a mts 3g plus dongle from Mr. Fahim on may 7, 2016. Since that date I am facing major speed issues in my area, that has already been confirmed by your member of networking team, Mr. Varun. He gave me a replacement dongle for the same that even didn't work. Now my data and days were getting wasted due to no network connections and I was told that the network tower in my area is not working and repairs are going on... We bought MTS datacard postpaid connection
But unable to configure . and requested them to return the amount of Rs 1300 but they refused .
As there is one year warranty they provide and one of the employee of mts told us that if the vonnection fails to cofigure then they return the totsl amount... I recharged my wifi dongle with 1000 rs and they given me balance of 1096.91. I want to activate rs 999 data plan from m... kind of issues from MTS, I can imagine how will they exploit the common people.
Also, they had a long history of changing (reducing) the data limits of the on-going plan without even notifying the customer. They did this at least two times... Sir
we are purchased the MTS dongle for internet. when I look demo of MTS donggle before purchasing the spped was verry good but when I purchased MTS donggle the speed was so slow & sometimes internet is coming & going.
for above issue I went to MTS office govaves circle but they have not given proper reply & not helped... I recharged my MTS mblaze data card no [protected] on Feb, 5 2016 for 18 GB valid for 3 month of rs 1599.
Afterwards I started to use with the speed of 5 to 7 kbps so with that speed even Google page can't be opening. Then I keep complaining for 5 to 7 times about the issue the greate customer care provideed every time a complaint I'd with the update we can't do anything bcos u are in high utilize area so it will take 3 to 4 week time to work around technical team is working ... Now MTS is not refunding my money, they said its because of our technical failure but still they cant do anything. Even there customer representative are not responding properly.
I called them 4 times but they always cut my call or just give me false information like -"you will get your refund tomorrow" or"we will call you in 4 hours"... Mts — Again and again deducted my balance (complaint)
My MTS mobile number is [protected] they deducted Rs62 balance from 30th may. And refunded only Rs40. Again today rs10 has been deducted. When I called customer care they said for downloading wallpaper you have charged rs10. But I have no any options to download wallpaper and my mobile is not supported gprs... I have been using MTS prepaid data card from a month. I m very disappointed with the services and speed. I was using 10gb day/nigt plan. The high speed data got over so i got a recharge done. I was not able to use since the speed was very low. For two -three days speed was same so i called up customer care and they said since your previous plan was unlimited one, the new recharge will only be updated once that is over... I had been a postpaid user of MTS MBLAZE for more than a year and recently as I got a different broadband connection, I requested for disconnection of my MTS connection as I no longer needed it.

I bought a mts data card a month ago . I was promised a speed of 9. 8 mbps . But the speed i have been getting since day 1 is below 400kbps . I have complained many times . An engineer visited 3 weeks ago and he said its a clear case of network issue so someone from the network team will come and get the problem sorted ... I made a complaint to mts customer care couple of times through mails and calls that i am facing a severe network issue in my mts wifi 3gdata card.
The issue i am facing since last 2 weeks only at evening time after 8pm onwards around every day and there is no such issue in day time... This is regarding mts data no. [protected]. Complaint Request no: 2991044, 2954234, JUN/60 and the several mails thats I have been sending to customer care since a month. I was charged wrong late payment fee for the month of Mar-Apr in April, but i paid the late fee. I was told I will get a waiver in the next bill... I went for mts connection 2mbps plan. One mts agent came to my home on april, 28 2016 and gave mts wireless device and i have paid 1000rs and he said it is refundable. He said the receipt will be mailed to me, but i did not receive any mail. Even it got activated after 5 days and net is very slow, so we went for deactivation... My MTS mobile number is [protected]. on 30th may rs10 has been deducted from this number, then I complained to customer care same day at 6:14pm. they regiregistereda complain and said " your balance will be refunded within 24hrs. "on 1st June I called customer care again they said "due to some technical problem your balance hasn't been refunded but it will refund soon I sent your number to our siniour department... But not solve.
Mts providing speed up to 9. 8 mb/ps this advertising fake. I will get the speed 220kb/ps maximum speed.
So many complaints register but no replay.
