I have been using MTS prepaid data card from a month. I m very disappointed with the services and speed. I was using 10gb day/nigt plan. The high speed data got over so i got a recharge done. I was not able to use since the speed was very low. For two -three days speed was same so i called up customer care and they said since your previous plan was unlimited one, the new recharge will only be updated once that is over.They said its company policy. They are even not ready to refund money. I had pid 899 and its useless. Customer care is also not responding.Request you to take it up and take an action against it.

    I had been a postpaid user of MTS MBLAZE for more than a year and recently as I got a different broadband connection, I requested for disconnection of my MTS connection as I no longer needed it.

    I called up customer support and they processed my request after I made.my outstanding payment.

    My current MTS number hasn't been active since and I started getting calls from MTS asking why I had disconnected. Every time I'd explained. MTS asked me to be on a plan wherein I could have the data card number inactive for 3 months and reactivate it after should I wish to, by just paying 50 rupees a month. I disagreed. Then they said they'll keep it that way free of cost. I disagreed to that as well.

    Now, every month since, I've been receiving bills with increasing amounts though my number is inactive and I've not agreed to any of their requests for retaining the number.

    This week I've been getting messages from MTS threatening legal action against me if I don't phone the bill.

    I simply can't Fathom the level o[censored]nprofessional conduct and the harassment they've been meting out when they're at fault.

    I would like to make it clear that I would initiate proceedings against MTS for the same if they don't stop this at the earliest!

      I bought a mts data card a month ago . I was promised a speed of 9.8 mbps . But the speed i have been getting since day 1 is below 400kbps . I have complained many times . An engineer visited 3 weeks ago and he said its a clear case of network issue so someone from the network team will come and get the problem sorted . No one since then has contacted me . I have mailed customer care and called more than 10 times and they say the problem will be resorted soon but nothing happens . The customer service is pathetic .

        I made a complaint to mts customer care couple of times through mails and calls that i am facing a severe network issue in my mts wifi 3gdata card.

        The issue i am facing since last 2 weeks only at evening time after 8pm onwards around every day and there is no such issue in day time. I can able to see the live videos in daytime. At night time the speed comes down to 200kbps - 300kbps where is it should be more than around 900kbps.

        Every time i am getting a call from technical team that they are checking the issue remotely from their end and saying there is no issue in network and everything is perfect so closing the complaint even though i have shared the screenshot evidence of the speed after speed testing.

        I have mailed to all of the mts department and the escalation matrix but no luck. I am really getting annoyed by seeing this customer service and false statement. They promise fake commitment at the time of purchase.

        They are cheating with me now and seems that this issue will never be solved.

        Kindly look into the matter.

          This is regarding mts data no. [protected].Complaint Request no: 2991044, 2954234, JUN/60 and the several mails thats I have been sending to customer care since a month. I was charged wrong late payment fee for the month of Mar-Apr in April, but i paid the late fee. I was told I will get a waiver in the next bill. I have got the bill for May but there is no waiver. I have called to the customer support which is very rude and in no mood to listen and understand. One Gurpreet Singh who replies to mails seems clueless and always says will get back in two days. I resorted to twitter and facebook also, but ai just get the standard automatic reply that the reuest in under process. I need a closure to this. I need a response to my emails at my registered emailid with a resolution.This is no way to treat a customer!! And so that i do not have to prove myself again, I am attaching the payment receipt for which i was fined( The due date was 3rd April and I paid on 28th March). I paid on time !!! Please resolve this issue.

            I went for mts connection 2mbps plan. One mts agent came to my home on april, 28 2016 and gave mts wireless device and i have paid 1000rs and he said it is refundable. He said the receipt will be mailed to me, but i did not receive any mail. Even it got activated after 5 days and net is very slow, so we went for deactivation. I have paid the used internet bill. But now he is not answering my calls, when i have called to customer i got info like it is not refundable. But i called about 30-40 times, but no response. Please take legal action on him and i need my money back

              My MTS mobile number is [protected].on 30th may rs10 has been deducted from this number, then I complained to customer care same day at 6:14pm.they regiregistereda complain and said " your balance will be refunded within 24hrs."on 1st June I called customer care again they said "due to some technical problem your balance hasn't been refunded but it will refund soon I sent your number to our siniour department."I asked if my balance will deduct again? they said no ...you can recharge your account.


              on 3rd june I recharged my account by rs50 and then my total balance was rs41.02. But at the morning I saw it was only rs1.02.no massage received by me. after 8:00am I saw it was only rs0.02.
              total rs51 has been deducted.
              I shocked again.and I understand that MTS is the fraudest company.and I decide to port out from MTS.THANK YOU MTS carry-on ...

                Mts data card number [protected].
                I'm already report this problem mts customer card other write a email.
                But not solve.
                Mts providing speed up to 9.8 mb/ps this advertising fake. I will get the speed 220kb/ps maximum speed.
                So many complaints register but no replay.
                Customer care service very bad.
                Appelatte not answering call.
                Please check the report and solve this problem.

                  Dear Sir/Mam,

                  I am using mts wifi postpaid 999 plan which offers me 40gb. from last few days i am suffering from very low speed issue.when i contacted the customer care they said that in your area this speed issue is going on and our team is trying to resolve but when i asked the time duration i was asked to wait till 4-5 of october.
                  Is this the way of providing service that a user has to suffer till months and you are charging the same amount for that negotiable speed. Sorry but i got really disappointed this time. Kindly fix the problem ASAP or let me know if i should choose any other network.

                    This is with regard to my data card - [protected] (registered in the name of " Manoj Kumar Gupta")

                    I recharged my data card with 999 rupees on 20 May, 2016 at around 1:40 pm. I was supposed to get 10 gb day and 10 gb night data for the above plan.

                    But I received only the night 10 gb balance and the day 10 gb balance was not credited.

                    I have been trying to get this problem resolved for more than a week now. Nobody is able to solve the problem and I am being harassed by agents. This is absolutely the worst customer experience I have witnessed.

                    Some agents are accusing that I have consumed the 10 gb day balance which is utter nonsense. If I have consumed the 10 gb day balance then I need a detailed report on my surfing and usage logs.

                    Request you to resolve this asap.

                      I purchased a MTS data card postpaid connection and wanted to get it disconnected in the month of February 2016 i went to the outlet in dandeswaram nagar and paid in full the bill amount plus the disconnection charges.
                      The store just forgot to process the disconnection request and i was sent a bill of two months in april 16 which i again cleared after being promised that it will be disconnected but again there was no disconnection processed.

                      They are continuously billing me without me being using even a single byte of data and despite numerous requests for disconnection the call center told that they can not do anything and the shop is telling that they too cant do anything and that i have to contact the customer care itself.

                      The MTS group has put me in this loop and now is extorting money out of me causing me immense mental and physical harassment.

                        Hi,
                        I have purchased MTS Mblaze Data card Yesterday, Sales people committed that this support 9 Mbps and will support at least 4mbps in my location Sithalapakkam. I have requested multiple time for Demo but they told no provision available to demo. After activation it support only 0.3 Mbps. I could not load any audio vedio materiel. Please do not purchase any body in this product in Sithalapakkam. Somebody help me to get direction to return this product and get money back

                          MTS added Rs 129 as VAS in my bill
                          They activated services without any verification from my side.
                          This is 2nd month in row they charging me this extra amount.
                          The reason they telling me for this extra charge that i mistakenly click on any popup.
                          I already called their customer care and tell them to deactivate this services, but this month again I am force to pay this VAS charge

                            MTS is a good service provider. No doubt about it. But they ask for payment in the wrong way for postpaid customers. My bill generation date is on 15th every month and in June, I got a message that "your bill is xxxx, pay by 03/06/16. I always pay my bills by 1st or 2nd of the next month. Anyway these people cut of my connection in the current month itself saying that I had breached my credit limit( which is 3000). My bill was for 2747 and they included some part of current usage to make my credit limit over 3000.. So therefore I had to pay my bill entirely before the 3rd of June itself to avail their services... I will be using others services . These guys have lost me as a customer.

                              Im sakthi dharan, and mu mts data card no is [protected]. On april 14th i have recharged my datacard using my mobiwik wallet for rs.999 (10gb day and 10 gb night), as it shows transaction failure error, i recharged again, few minutesd later i was shocked to see that my amount has been deducted 2 times.
                              When i called the customer care, im getting the reply that my first data recharge has been overwritten by the second recharge. So i can get only the benefits of second recharge.
                              1. They have not mentioned anywhere that carry forward feature is not available.
                              2. Such kind of problems are not available for post paid customers, then why prepaid.
                              3. They are saying that there is no refund available, then atleast i should get my data back, 999 is not a small amount that can be simply taken and said that your request has been denied.
                              4. Each and every data providers are providing carry forward plan, if not then atleast previous data should be added to the newone, but nothing is done in yourside.

                              I demanded for refund, in the form of money or data. But i simply got the reply that "your request has been denied by the backend".

                              Did i ask for their money?, im just asking them to give me back my money. But they are just repeating the same answer again and again. Which is making me irritated

                                I purchased wi pod mts from sehgal associates vikaspuri and since the day i purchased this device is just not working have registered complaints and every complaint no issued and after some they simply close the complaint without even taking any action on it. This is a fraud thry refuse to refund my money and the franchisee sehgal associate has shown me challan which is issued by mts to customers who are not satisfied and rthe refund is processed. In my case all of you are cheating shame on this organization for rs 1000 you made your reputation so poor in public will never recommend any product of this company i am being harrased by your organization you are fraud and i m being cheated. I want my money back i hv seen the proof that money is refunded by the challan issued by you.

                                  Am regular user of mblaze with postpaid connection ([protected]). And using mts services from last 5 years. But from last three weeks my internet is not working. I have complained 3 times over internet & through call, but no action has been taken yet. They have just given false promises that an engineer will call you but none of then approached me.

                                  Am business guy, this really sucks.

                                  I haven't heard anything from MTS yet. I have called their support but they are not ready to act upon my problem. By giving silly reasons they cut my call.

                                  I have discussed 3 minute with support to make them understandable about my problem. But when its out of their head then they just cut the call by giving network problem issue.

                                  If MTS records an call then they can check my conversation with your support team. I Called on 24th May 2016 at 11:53 AM with number +[protected]**.

                                  Am expecting some positive response from MTS to take necessary action on my problem & to your support for their misbehavior with customers.

                                    Please note i applied for mnp for my reliance cdma to mts as reliance was creating unnecessary harassment for my upgrade to 4g.
                                    On 19the may 2016 i applied for mnp with mts for my reliance cdma number [protected] at south city mall kolkata after submitting all my required documents.
                                    This step i need to take as i went to three store like ay communications of reliance, reliance store at park street and one at prince anwar shah street and all three have rejected to assist me and upgrade to 4 g or even 3g.
                                    Now after this i didn't not have any other things to do except to go mts so i went to mts store at south city mall kolkata, submitted my documents and also given my upc number which is valid.
                                    Today on 21 st one person with mobile number [protected] called me and he said me he was from mts and my mnp request can be processed siting reasons time is very short secondly saying you need to go post paid.
                                    I am frustrated because of this and i need immediate help

                                      I have been misguided by customer care on 20 May 2016 at 2:30pm. I was told if I recharge for Rs 45.00 then I will get the following benefits local/std 0.30paisa per min with 60 days validity for this MTS no [protected]. But it didn't happened, now the senior customer care (Nakul Sharma) says there is nothing to do from their end on this following call 21 may 2016 at 12:38pm. I just want my fund back. I hope the policy and honesty matters to you. You can check the voice call record to validate my claim.

                                        My device is deactivated due to unpaid bill. I ask them to deactivate the account. They said, "Once you pay the outstanding bill amt of 2291/-, we will deactivate the device". So I made the payment and called the customer care instantly to deactivate my account. They said, "Your account will be deactivate sooner". And they given the cancellation request no 6971413. After 4 days I received a new bill of 174/-
                                        So I asked them to send me
                                        1. Detailed bill for 174/-
                                        2. Cancellation policy of your company.
                                        I didn't get the both yet.
