I have purchased MTS Mblaze Data card Yesterday, Sales people committed that this support 9 Mbps and will support at least 4mbps in my location Sithalapakkam. I have requested multiple time for Demo but they told no provision available to demo. After activation it support only 0. 3 Mbps... MTS added Rs 129 as VAS in my bill
They activated services without any verification from my side.
This is 2nd month in row they charging me this extra amount.
The reason they telling me for this extra charge that i mistakenly click on any popup.
I already called their customer care and tell them to deactivate this services, but this month again I am force to pay this VAS charge
Data Card No [protected]... MTS is a good service provider. No doubt about it. But they ask for payment in the wrong way for postpaid customers. My bill generation date is on 15th every month and in June, I got a message that "your bill is xxxx, pay by 03/06/16. I always pay my bills by 1st or 2nd of the next month. Anyway these people cut of my connection in the current month itself saying that I had breached my credit limit( which is 3000)... Im sakthi dharan, and mu mts data card no is [protected]. On april 14th i have recharged my datacard using my mobiwik wallet for rs. 999 (10gb day and 10 gb night), as it shows transaction failure error, i recharged again, few minutesd later i was shocked to see that my amount has been deducted 2 times... I purchased wi pod mts from sehgal associates vikaspuri and since the day i purchased this device is just not working have registered complaints and every complaint no issued and after some they simply close the complaint without even taking any action on it. This is a fraud thry refuse to refund my money and the franchisee sehgal associate has shown me challan which is issued by mts to customers who are not satisfied and rthe refund is processed... And using mts services from last 5 years. But from last three weeks my internet is not working. I have complained 3 times over internet & through call, but no action has been taken yet. They have just given false promises that an engineer will call you but none of then approached me.

my reliance cdma to mts as reliance was creating unnecessary harassment for my upgrade to 4g.
On 19the may 2016 i applied for mnp with mts for my reliance cdma number [protected] at south city mall kolkata after submitting all my required documents.
This step i need to take as i went to three store like ay communications of reliance, reliance store at park street and one at prince anwar shah street and all three have rejected to assist me and upgrade to 4 g or even 3g... days validity for this MTS no [protected]. But it didn't happened, now the senior customer care (Nakul Sharma) says there is nothing to do from their end on this following call 21 may 2016 at 12:38pm. I just want my fund back. paid data plan with mts dongle wi-fi. I did call mts help desk on 30/03/2016 to disconnect my service with immediate effect since my billing cycle was getting ended on 31/03/2016.
I had stopped using internet service from the day i called. During the month of may, i saw they have generated a bill for 4 days for an amoutn of 153/-... Even after informing about deactivate my service they raised the bill for 400/- after some time it became 1580/-. This company is fooling everyone. I paid 832 and i will pay remaining 109 only, and will deactivate my data card. please check my mails sent to you... I am using mts ultra wifi and facing problem of speed, it is the best speed modem available with bandwidth of 9. 8mbps but it is not even giving bandwidth of 1mbps even in the area where every other are giving good speed.

I given complaint regarding to stop my MTS data card services. they accepted on april 4th and they were not taken any action on that. now i have used single KB data but they charging 1100 aprox. i asked the store guy he saying that we have did it . but you have to pay the bill and you have to request customer care to close the issue... I am continuously getting in touch with customer care for refund of amount rs 321 which i extra paid and continuously getting assurance that with in 38 working hours i will get my refund but have not received it yet... Regarding connectivity problem from the beginning and their signal was not proper so i could not activate my connection, no signal bar on blank, how it possible. Contacted customer care on day 1 - feb 11th, 2016, they told me to switch on the modem... I got MTS MBlaze datacard delivered on 4 may 2016 and its 7 may and its still not activated.
The customer care says for activation in 24 hours but they all only just say, never does. Every time I complaint they said to wait for 24 hours but it never came to an end.
They themselves told that my all documents are okay and are under updation and I will recieve a welcome message by end of the day... My mts account no-[protected] is still unpaid. I have been victimized by mts.
