Mts people - you bloody frauds!!!

Your device is not working and on top of that you have the guts of not refunding my money??? On what grounds???

I am asking for last time to refund my money - else i will take extremely strict action and you will be facing serious repurcussions.

I want a senior person to call me immediately.

    Hello, i'm using mts mblaze since 2014 and i have no issue but today. Last time i've recharged on 29/april/2016 of rs. 999 and on 19/may/2016 my all data usages consumed. So i've recharged again at 11:52 am via net banking 20/may/2016 of rs. 999. And when i checked the balance it's showing only 10gb night balance not day balance. I've talked to mts customer services. And they said 10gb day balance already consumed by you. I told them it's totally wrong. How can it be possible i've just recharged it and within 30 minutes you are telling me i've consumed 10 gb balance. The first thing i didn't receive 10gb day balance that's why i am complaining about this issue. And they are telling me i've used the balance. How can i use the balance when i can't access the net in a day. It doesn't make any sense at all. And they replied sorry we can't help you on this. I've called again and they have filed my complaint no. May/3069. And they told me it will be refunded within 12 hours. And i am feeling like i have been scammed by mts. I've attached screenshots so you can verify all details regarding recharge. My friend had the same issue and he never receives any help from the mts.In my case, i like to raise my voice against this fraud company. I am warning the people to think twice before you buy any products from mts. If companies can't assist their customers with respect then there's no reason to buy their products. Be aware.

      Hi i am using the mts data card no#[protected], form last 4 months the company is charging the extra amount in the name of value add services charges. I didn't apply for these services. They them self-charging these

      Details:-
      Bill no jprind[protected] inr 36.00
      Bill no jprind[protected] inr 84.00
      Bill no jprind[protected] inr 87.00

      The current bill is not available till yet but approx. Charges are inr 92.00

      The mts is cheating the customer, even there are network issues also.

      Team please check and take the action against the company.

      I have followed all instructions of customer care regarding installation of MBLAZE Ultra Wifi Dongle, but, installation was not possible.

        I have been using the MTS internet dongle and as they promised e.g. 9 MBPS speed before selling the device, they didnt even provide 1 MBPS Speed.

        I have used data in GB as mobile was connected to it and only 10 KBPS speed was coming whole month while browsing on internet and downloading. After many complaints against this issue I found no solution and they just said its multiple user load leaving me with any reolution. i.e. I have to deal with it and its like my money is gone in vain.

        Every time they said the same thing. Instead of resolution they close the complaint. Even one customer care executive closed the complaint forcefully. I have nearly 816 rs pending bill and now its become 1600 approx. I dont want to pay the bill as I have been facing MTS lies and fraud and I dont even use the internet and gmail properly which is my primary concern.


        I want action ASAP. Please find the mail thread below where I didnt get the resolution.

        I have faced many speed issues and logged complaint. They says it will take 5 weeks to resolve this issue. As I am the new customer and realy fed up.

        Will you by pass my first bill? As I realy didn't use Internet properly and faced speed issue. Although I have download gb 's data. But speed was pathetic. Please waive off my this month bill.

          I had 2 years old post paid data plan with mts dongle wi-fi. I did call mts help desk on 30/03/2016 to disconnect my service with immediate effect since my billing cycle was getting ended on 31/03/2016.
          I had stopped using internet service from the day i called. During the month of may, i saw they have generated a bill for 4 days for an amoutn of 153/-. I asked customer care and they replied that they disconnected the service on 4/4/2016 and they generated bill for that.
          Asked them why should i pay for your problem? Still they are continuous sending messages to my mobile that bill amount is due,

            Even after informing about deactivate my service they raised the bill for 400/- after some time it became 1580/-. After some tume I got a threaten from Tis Hazari Court
            To pay immediately otherwise I will be sued. Then I immediately paid. After that I again informed them not to raise any bill. But after one month I surprise to see their next bill of Rs.600/- I did not pay. After some time they deducted the bill for 250/- & send me the final settlement letter. Only then I paid. I advise all the customer to refrain from this company. Even at the time of booking what they promised was not fulfilled by them.

              Myself shipra today i got call on my mother's mobile ([protected]) from the girl pooja rathor ([protected]).. She threatening me and saying we got complaint of mts connection (Mts no is [protected]) which is ragistered with name nitin raj and he is not paid bill of amount around 2300rs and use the internet data services of it 23gb till march... But we didn't use it in between march as the speed is slow and sometimes network is gone as well we tried to call customer service.. They also not responding... And now on 13th may 2016 i got call for court notice... The girl told she is speaking from advocate narendra kalra's office, tis hazari court, chamber 34, near tehshil building... Her name is pooja she gave me her personal number ([protected])... She called me and said you have 30 minutes to pay your bill otherwise she will file complaint and will destroy your future.
              Please do the needful.

This company is fooling everyone. Increasing amount everyday, Changing plans every month. my plan was of 700 and you made it of 750. then i changed my pack. and why those infinite mails before due date?? please resolve it else i will go to consumer court.

                  I am using mts ultra wifi and facing problem of speed, it is the best speed modem available with bandwidth of 9.8mbps but it is not even giving bandwidth of 1mbps even in the area where every other are giving good speed.
                  I have complained to mts customer care several times and they check my bandwidth and revert that ' yes, speed is below than average', they takes complaint and say it is resolved but nothing has changed.

                    I given complaint regarding to stop my MTS data card services.they accepted on april 4th and they were not taken any action on that.now i have used single KB data but they charging 1100 aprox.i asked the store guy he saying that we have did it .but you have to pay the bill and you have to request customer care to close the issue.he is having all the details of my mobile and address and he is not at all informed and now he is saying you have to pay the bill.other wise MTS will take action legally.i dont know why it is.now i need to pay almost 1100 rupees by the negligence of store people and MTS service providers.the worst service i ever had

                    is it possible to take an action on these people??

                      I have disconnected my mts number [protected] and already have paid the dues twice. I am continuously getting in touch with customer care for refund of amount rs 321 which i extra paid and continuously getting assurance that with in 38 working hours i will get my refund but have not received it yet.

                      Kindly return the amount 321 which is being extra paid.

                        This is an example of bad customer service, check the records and i din't use your service and now i am again getting calls to pay this month bill. I won't pay single coin. You might have go through my request but you also did not completed the task!!!

                        I already told you that after this amount don't expect me to pay anything, you said to pay the amount and confirm for service disconnection... Why the hell service is not disconnected yet???


                        Call me thousand times and niether i will pick up the call nor i will pay anything extra.


                        I am going to post this stupidity on social network. First you don't seem to provide services (I was quoted 8mbps speed and i don't even get 2g speed, my phone works better then your so called wifi,) my office work got hampered... For that who is going to pay for that??? I work at home sometimes and with the speed given by you, i barely open a webpage.


                        Why did you not tell me that my next bill got generated (Very good - i don't even use your services and you think i am going to pay for your crappy connection. When i logged complaint that i am not getting what i have quoted, agent asked me to reset the device!!! This was not a resolution)


                        Someone called me and i asked her why is there 1300 something, she clearly stated that i only need to pay 725 and the connected will be disconnected. It's your choice to continue your connection on my name or not.


                        I am amazed!!! You have still not disconnected my connection. I would have done the same thing which others did to your company, use it and don't pay, but i still paid coz i don't believe in cheating, but you are playing very cleverly, you asked to pay the amount for last month and generated this month bill and now asking me to pay this month bill, which i didn't even use.!!!

                        I am not going to pay anything now.

                          My mts account no-[protected]. I have been victimized by mts. Regarding connectivity problem from the beginning and their signal was not proper so i could not activate my connection, no signal bar on blank, how it possible. Contacted customer care on day 1 - feb 11th, 2016, they told me to switch on the modem. Whenever they asked me to check and connect the card i did so that they can fix the problem. Till today no one issue solve the problem about it. I've filled customer complains till feb 25th and noone solved my issue, so i stopped following up and emailed them that i can not be charged monthly rental unless to fix my data card and power bank problem, but they stared sending bills without providing the service. And now they started threatening calls from their agent pretending that they are from teesh hazari court or karkarduma court.. I have acknowledgement from the company regarding the problems in the form of customer requests which reflects that they never fixed my problem. Still company goons kept harassing me for money. Now i want to file a legal case and bring the owners of the company to court for harassment and cheating as they have charged rs 2183/- for faulty data card and unnecessarily i have to pay an extra amount each month.
                          I will make sure company name is maligned in media and will file a fir against the owners as well. I want to take take my money back which i paid to buy faulty card and power bank. And will demand justice. Please help me in guiding the legal proceedings against the fraud mts company.
                          This issue has been prolonging for so already complaints to customer care after i stop calling them also.
                          I have been repeatedly stating that your agent who told me to make the final amount even though i have not used the data card.
                          I have not made the payment so already informed the customer care for issues but didn’t any response for service this is a mistake on your part, and threatening customer that you are proceeding for legal action.

                            I got MTS MBlaze datacard delivered on 4 may 2016 and its 7 may and its still not activated.
                            The customer care says for activation in 24 hours but they all only just say, never does. Every time I complaint they said to wait for 24 hours but it never came to an end.
                            They themselves told that my all documents are okay and are under updation and I will recieve a welcome message by end of the day. This is the same line they repeat every time.

                              I have taken MTS internet connection to work on my website http://nagrani.co.in At the time of taking the connection they offered 40GB for the rate 1199 but after 6 months they have cut short the usage and now came below the half of the usage like 12 GB in day time and 12 GB in night. Still there is no change in the amount that to be paid.
                              No speed
                              Sir I recharged fifty one rupees unknowingly my no is [protected] Karnataka telecoms circle didn't received any amount

                                I have used mts postpaid connection for over a year and due to not being satisfied with their service, i had called the customer care on 15/03/2016 for deactivation as the bill cycle starts on 16th. I had also settled my dues for the period 16/02/2016 to 15/03/2016 even before the bill was raised for the period.The customer care guy said he is has taken this request and i will receive the call from the retention department within 3 business days confirming the same. I did not receive any calls regarding it. I received the bill for the period 16/03/2016 to 15/04/201 despite my request for disconnection of the same. I called the mts customer care again and the customer care guy said he has taken my query and i will received a call within 3 business days regarding the issue. Till now i have not received any call for it. Despite my calls they are not disconnecting the connection and calling again and again for the bill. I have told them several times that i had not used the service but they are calling again and again and harassing me to pay the bill. They are not even bothered to reply back or answer me regarding the request made by me for the disconnection. Nonetheless, i won’t be paying their bill as i didn't use their service.                                   This is to inform you that, i have purchased the connection of mts wificard on 19th april from mts sistema shyam teleservices, race course rd, vadodara the sales person mr. Sandeep, he misguided me & misselling about the speed. As i already asked him that i stay in manjalpur area & is the speed & network connection is okay? But he said company claims upto 9 mbps but atleast you'll get 1 to 4 mbps.

                                  Secondly connection has been started on 21st april & from 22nd april i started using it in manjalpur area of vadodara & from that day i'm facing terrible issues related to speed. First time after the complaint lodge an engineer (Talpan shah) came to my residence to check the authenticity of complaint & he found that the speed is really low & not even going above 200 kbps. He said he'll inform to higher authority & it'll get resolved i received the message that complaint has been resolved but still it's not. Again i have lodged a complaint apr/4958 on 28th april & i have been told from your one of the dept that again one sr. Engineer will visit my place to check the speed but i never received any call & on 29th april i received a text msg that complaint has been resolved.

                                  I continuously following up for the same thing about the speed issue but i have been made false promises & had given a date that 3rd may your problem will get resolved but till date no such action has been taken from mts, now whenever i call their customercare they give very lame excuses that your current location is 1.2km away from their tower & thatsy you are facing weak network & low speed but our engineers are working on it, but in reality they are not.

Ive all the proofs of customer service request that they will replace the caed which they did not. Whenwver they asked me to check and connect the card i did so that they can fix the problem. Till today noone cared about it. But thry star6ed sending bills without providing the service. And now they started threatening calls from their agenst pretending that they are from teesh hazari court. I have acknowledgement from the company regarding the problems in the form of customer requests which reflects that they naver fixed my problem. Still company goons kept harassing me for money.                                       I have made the payment and it has been committed by you that Rs.300 will be waived off.
                                      Do check the usage. Also stated to cancel the line at the month of January.

                                        On march 28, 2016, i made a cash payment of rs 1100/- against purchase of mts data card from oasis it zone - sim/esn no.[protected] from executive nikhil.
                                        After providing my aadhar card copy and other necessary documents also they didnt activate my data card subjected to the reason o[censored]nclear photograph. When complained to refund the money and discontinue the services(Complaint no. 1128130, 1117007, 1115513, 1114489) they activated the account on april 28, 2016 on the basis of the same id card copy.
                                        Since then, the company claims that i have exhausted my 3g data limit of 5 gb and now i am left with 2g data speed of 20kbps or so.
                                        After bring this matter to the notice of the official through 'twitter platform and registering complaint - may/481 with the customer care department also i am asked to drop in another detailed mail!
                                        I am extremely disappointed with their irresponsible behaviour and want a refund on immediate basis.
